Pancasila sublime value is embedded as the foundation of the Indonesian people who are the spirit of the nation. Administratively, in the 1945 Constitution, Pancasila contains the values ??of national character education which play an important role as a spiritual dimension, a cultural dimension and an institutional dimension. For this reason, the noble values ??of the Pancasila should be practiced in life and lived rather not only as symbols. Often the slogan of the Pancasila noble values ??is a guideline for the life of the nation and state and a reflection of religion because Pancasila itself is contained in the Qur'an itself. Indeed, the precepts in Pancasila, accept things, which are also new to Muslims. Affirmation to the essence of God, humanity, unity, deliberation and justice is a terminology that is widely used in the Qur'an to be the goal of Islamic prescribed. The problem among the natives with the packaging of Pancasila is indigenous (non-Arabic) so that the taboo and blind people judge it as a value that comes from religion. This study is intended to review how evaluation of educational programs can play a role in optimizing the quality of learning. By using a qualitative ethnographic research approach in which we conducted direct observations and interviews with one of the teaching staff at the target school, this study found: First, evaluation activities were carried out regularly on a weekly basis. Second, the method used in evaluating madrasas is through standards of infrastructure, curriculum and financing. Third, the educational program implemented is a question and answer pattern regarding children's talents and interests. This makes it easier for educational staff to find out which programs are suitable to be implemented. The research method used is theoretical research, which aims to develop a conceptual framework and theoretical understanding of zero management. The quality standards and quality dimensions used in this study are derived from existing literature. The results of the research indicate that zero management has significant potential to improve product and process quality through the elimination of defects and operational efficiency. The study also finds that the successful implementation of zero management is highly dependent on organizational commitment, adequate training, and the use of appropriate quality management tools. The conclusion of this study is that integrating zero management with strict quality standards and a deep understanding of quality dimensions can lead to significant improvements in overall organizational performance. Manajemen keuangan yang efektif dapat memberikan dampak positif terhadap kualitas pendidikan dengan cara mengoptimalkan pengelolaan sumber daya keuangan, sehingga dapat meningkatkan akses, kualitas, dan relevansi pendidikan yang diberikan.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi manajemen keuangan yang diterapkan di sekolah tersebut untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. Melalui pendekatan studi kasus di SDIT Al Firdaus Banjarmasin, penelitian ini menggali lebih dalam tentang perencanaan dan pelaksanaan manajemen keuangan. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan untuk memahami pentingnya strategi manajemen keuangan dalam konteks pendidikan, khususnya dalam lingkungan SDIT Al Firdaus Banjarmasin. Proses penganggaran dipandu oleh skala prioritas yang terdiri dari empat tingkatan, yaitu mendesak dan penting, penting tapi tidak mendesak, tidak penting tapi mendesak, dan tidak penting dan tidak mendesak. Skala ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan secara efektif dan efisien. Pada penelitian ini, variabel yang diuji pengarunhnya terhadap motivasi kerja guru adalah komunikasi interpersonal dan budaya sekolah. Motivasi kerja guru di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Swasta yang berada di Kecamatan Curug, Kabupaten Tangerang mengindikasikan belum maksimal. Dibutuhkan adanya trigger yang dapat meningkatkan motivasi kerja guru dalam melaksanakan tugas. Komunikasi interpersonal kepala sekolah dan budaya sekolah ditengarai menjadi variabel yang dapat memengaruhi motivasi kerja. Populasi pada penelitian ini berjumlah 205 guru dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 136. Penetapan jumlah sampel dilakukan menggunakan metode proportional random sampling dengan rumus slovin dan sampel uji coba 30 guru. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan instrumen kuisioner yang disebar melalui google form. Data dianalisis dengan statistik deskriptif dan inferensial (pengujian hipotesis). Untuk menguji hipotesis menggunakan metode analisis jalur yang dihitung menggunakan software SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh langsung dan signifikan komunikasi interpersonal kepala sekolah (X1) terhadap motivasi kerja guru (Y). Kedua, terdapat pengaruh langsung dan signifikan budaya sekolah (X2) terhadap motivasi kerja guru (Y). Pengembangan karakter siswa salah satunya yang dilaksanakan di SMA Negeri 3 Torgamba melalui penerapan budaya 5S (Senyum, Salam, Sapa, Sopan, dan Santun). Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan budaya 5S di SMA Negeri 3 Torgamba yang dilakukan melalui perencanaan yang matang, pelaksanaan, pengawasan dan evaluasi sebagai upaya pengembangan pendidikan karakter siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, yang dilaksanakankan pengumpulan datanya melalui wawancara dan observasi serta dokumentasi. Penelitian literer sumber datanya adalah materi Kompetensi Dasar Al-Qur’an Hadis Madrasah Aliyah pada Surat  Keputusan Direktur Jenderal Pendidikan Islam Nomor: 2676 Tahun 2013 Tentang Kurikulum 2013, serta buku-buku yang berkaitan dengan pendidikan. Di samping itu pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan silang  (cross-sectional). Untuk mengolah data penulis  menggunakan  langkah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan.  Kesimpulan diambil dari analisis data berupa temuan karakteristik nilai-nilai pendidikan multikultural dalam pendidikan Islam yang dilakukan secara sistematis dan obyektif. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian tindakan kelas dengan subjek penelitian siswa kelas V SD Negeri 08 Kecamatan Pangkatan, Kabupaten Labuhanbatu, Sumatera Utara, sebanyak 24 siswa yang terdiri dari 18 siswa laki-laki dan 6 siswa perempuan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan sebanyak dua siklus yang terdiri dari siklus I dan siklus II dengan masing-masing dua pertemuan. Pengumpulan data dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan tes hasil belajar siswa pada setiap akhir siklus, lembar observasi dan dokumentasi. Data yang dikumpulkan kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif. Pada hasil penelitian ini, peneliti menemukan bahwa implementasi pendekatan Kooperatif STAD dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas V Sekolah Dasar Negeri 08 Kecamatan Pangkatan Kabupaten Labuhanbatu Provinsi Sumatera Utara, yang tercermin dalam beberapa aspek yaitu aspek kognitif, psikomotorik dan afektif yang menjadi acuan penilaian hasil belajar siswa. Ketiga aspek tersebut akan diakumulatifkan sehingga menjadi rata-rata keseluruhan hasil belajar siswa. Pada penelitian ini, terlihat siswa mengalami peningkatan pada hasil belajarnya yaitu pada siklus I dan siklus II. Pada siklus I, nilai rata-rata hasil belajar siswa mencapai KKM dan masuk dalam kategori cukup yaitu 76,67. Pada siklus II, niai rata-rata hasil belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan, melebihi standart pencapaian KKM dan masuk dalam kategori memuaskan yaitu 86,67. Pada siklus I dan siklus II terjadi perbandingan peningkatan hasil belajar siswa yang terlihat sangat baik. More than that, this study also explains how the school integrates learning ANBK questions that are literacy and numeracy through learning materials in the classroom environment and conducting simulations before the implementation of the ANBK exam. The method in this study is a quantitative method by observing and collecting school archive data related to the ANBK exam and conducting direct interviews with the school. This type of research is quantitative research with an experimental method and the research design is a two group posttest design. The population in this study was all class IX students with a total of 240 people and the samples in the research were class 9.A with a total of 30 people and 9.B with a total of 30 students determined using the Cluster Sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is the normality test using the F test, homogeneity test and hypothesis test. After conducting research, namely a posttest using the examples non-examples method based on the Canva application, the average score for the control class posttest was 52.03 and the posttest was 76.06. The results of hypothesis testing in this study were carried out by the \"t\" test at a significant level of ?= 0.05 and obtained tcount > ttable (7.2948 > 1.67155) thus that Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted and the results of the pretest and posttest prerequisite tests were normally distributed. and homogeneous.
