Stunted toddlers  will experience a level of intelligence that is not optimal, making children more susceptible to disease and in the future will be at risk of decreasing productivity levels. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors related to the incidence of stunting in pre-school age children. This type of research is observational analytics with a case-control design. The subjects of the study studied were toddlers who experienced and did not experience stunting. The sample of this study was children in PAUD schools and kindergartens in Ujung Bulu District, a total of 43 people consisting of 23 stunted  children  as cases and 20 children who were not stunted as controls.  The results showed that the results of the statistical factor test of ANC services (p = 0.001), breastfeeding (p = 0.000) and consumption of Fe tablets (p = 0.012) were related to stunting events. Meanwhile, the factor of the child's immunization history (p = 0.091) is not related to the incidence of stunting. It is recommended to pregnant women to pay more attention to ANC visiting services, breastfeeding and child immunization because it plays a very important role in stunting events.","PeriodicalId":254099,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the International Conference on Nursing and Health Sciences","volume":"38 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-05-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128859754","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This study aimed to examine the prevention of STIs and HIV AIDS based on the Ottawa Charter in Wakatobi in 2022. Using Quasi qualitative data collection techniques using observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Informants, namely 1 key informant: Head of the Wakatobi District Health Office, 1 Supporting Informant is the Wakatobi KPAD, and 3 regular informants, namely the Head of Division and Head of the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases and Public Health Center officers in Wakatobi Regency. Based on the study results, shows that prevention efforts based on the Ottawa strategy have been implemented but have not been maximized. There are several dimensions: health-oriented policies, a supportive environment, Reorientation of Health Services, individual skills strategies, and Community Movements. Although not many activities have been carried out related to independent programs in HIV prevention and control, the Health Office and KPAD have included plans to approach existing risk groups so that they can realize positive behaviors for health. Based on the results of the study, HIV AIDS Prevention Efforts in Wakatobi Regency based on the Ottawa Charter still need to be improved and strengthened by the local government, especially the Health Service and KPAD. Several programs are still in the planning stages within the dimensions of the Ottawa Charter.","PeriodicalId":254099,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the International Conference on Nursing and Health Sciences","volume":"5 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-05-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122193181","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Clinics are providers of basic and specialist medical services in the treatment of early-stage diseases. Based on previous research surveys, an outpatient clinic information system has been built using the Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 programming language which has the disadvantage of only supporting the Windows operating system and is vulnerable to viruses and there is no diagnostic coding feature on the system. Efforts to overcome these shortcomings are by building a Web-Based Outpatient Clinic Information System. The type of research used is descriptive research with observation data collection methods and literature study using a cross-sectional approach, and secondary data sources. The research variables consisted of outpatient procedure flow, patient data, doctor data, polyclinic data, examination data, action data, diagnostic data, drug data, registration data, officer data, and outpatient information systems. The system development method used is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). The Web-Based Outpatient Clinic Information System is obtained from the patient data input process, doctor data input, polyclinic data input, action data input, diagnosis data input, drug data input, examination data input, registration data input, officer data input then processed by the registration process and the examination process to produce output in the form of patient data reports, doctor data reports, polyclinic data reports, officer data reports, diagnostic data reports, action data reports, drug data reports, registration data reports and examination data reports. The system is built using the PHP programming language with a MySQL database. The application of a web-based outpatient information system can simplify and speed up data processing and services to patients and the system is easy to develop.","PeriodicalId":254099,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the International Conference on Nursing and Health Sciences","volume":"6 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-05-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124672397","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Difficulty eating conditions is a problem in providing food as an effort to meet nutritional intake in children and toddlers. One of the causes of children having difficulty eating is digestive problems. Vomiting, spilling food and brushing off bites are symptoms of a child not having an appetite. One of the actions to overcome children who do not have an appetite is by doing Tui Na Massage. Tui Na massage is a massage technique to overcome eating difficulties in toddlers by improving blood circulation in the spleen and digestion. This type of research is a Pre-Experimental Design with One Group Pretest-Postest Design, namely by comparing 1 group with 2 treatments, namely observing the frequency of appetite for toddlers before and after being given Tui Na massage. The sample in this study were toddlers who met the inclusion criteria as many as 20 toddlers. The results of statistical tests obtained p-value of 0.000 so it can be concluded that Tui Na massage is effective for overcoming the problem of difficult eating in toddlers. The frequency of eating in toddlers increases after the Tui Na massage. Parents are expected to apply Tui Na massage once a day for 6 consecutive days on their toddlers to overcome appetite problems so that toddler growth and development can be achieved optimally.","PeriodicalId":254099,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the International Conference on Nursing and Health Sciences","volume":"38 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-05-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131897432","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
