Medical record is a document that contains patient identity data, examinations, treatment, actions, and other services that have been given to patients. Based on the Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number 24 of 2022 concerning medical records, Article 18 states that medical records are analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively. Qualitative analysis aims to ensure complete and accurate medical record data. Objective: The research objective was to determine the completeness and consistency of medical records based on six reviews. Method: This type of research is descriptive research with a retrospective approach. The population is 432 inpatient medical record documents, sample 81 inpatient medical record documents using simple random sampling technique. Collecting data using interviews and observation. Data processing, data presentation and data analysis were carried out on quantitative data and qualitative data in a non-statistical or descriptive manner in tabular and textular forms.    Results: The results of the study: 1) review of the completeness and consistency of diagnosis by 71 (88%), 2) review of the consistency of recording diagnoses by 80 (99%), 3) review of things done during care and treatment by 81 (100%), 4 ) review of 8 forms of informed consent by 8 (100%), 5) review of recording techniques by 71 (88%), and 6) review of potential compensation matters by 66 (81%).   Conclusions: The results of a qualitative analysis of medical record documents based on the six highest reviews were on the review of recording things that were done during care and treatment as well as the review of complete informed consent, namely 81 (100%), while the lowest review was on the review of things that had the potential for compensation, namely 66 (81 %). Health problems in the elderly come from declining body cells, so the function and body endurance decreased along with increased risk factors for diseases. Prevalence of uric acid in Asia regions the lowest Papua New Guinea 1% highest Marshall Islands 85% and Indonesia 18%. Uric acid is main factor predicting kidney failure. Objective: the aim of this study was to describe the  prevalence of uric acid levels and cholesterol in the pre-elderly around liliba RT 41/RW001. Method: This type of research is descriptive, the number of respondents who are willing to participate in this study is 55 people by signing an informed consent. The data were obtained by examining cholesterol levels using the POCT method, as well as consumption patterns and physical activity which were measured using a questionnaire. Results: The results showed that Cholesterol levels that consumed high-fat foods were found more in respondents who often consumed fatty foods with normal cholesterol levels of 18 people (32.7%), a high threshold of 10 people (18.2%), and high cholesterol levels of 8 people (14.5%) ). Cholesterol levels who rarely consumed meat with high cholesterol were 9 people (16.4%), and high-limit cholesterol levels were 11 people (20.0%). Cholesterol levels of respondents who had sleep duration of 6-8 hours with high cholesterol levels were 6 people (10.9%), normal cholesterol levels were 15 people (27.3%), and high limit cholesterol levels were 9 people (16.4%). Cholesterol levels of respondents who did not carry out health checks who had high cholesterol levels were 7 people (12.7%), normal cholesterol levels were 23 people (41.3%), and high limits were 19 people (34.5%). abnormal uric acid levels in 19 (34.5%) respondents. The highest uric acid levels were obtained at the age of 45-49 years (41.8%). Most abnormal uric acid levels were found in women, 12 people (21.8%). Abnormal uric acid levels were most common in respondents who consumed high-purine foods (21.8%), consumed meat (12.7%), and who always consumed high-purine vegetables (10.9%). Abnormal uric acid levels were most common in respondents who had never done strenuous physical activity as many as 13 people (23.6%), while in respondents who always did light physical activity uric acid levels were not normal as many as 15 people. In this study, it was found that 32.8% of respondents who had high uric acid levels had never had regular health checks. Conclusions: . The levels of uric acid and cholesterol in the elderly in Liliba Village RT 41/RW 001 based on age and gender, namely abnormal uric acid levels, were most commonly found in the 45-59 year age category of 10 people (18.2%) and in female as many as 12 people (21.8%). Procrastination is the tendency to postpone a task or job. Social support is something that needs attention and is associated with material and non-material support for students. Self-efficacy is the ability possessed by individuals to achieve certain desired results in carrying out an action or task. This study aimed to determine the relationship between procrastination, social support, and self-efficacy and student stress during online learning. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between procastination factors, social support and self-efficacy with student stress levels during online learning. This study employed descriptive correlational design with crosssectional approach and examined 707 students of Muhammadiyah University East Kalimantan with a purposive sampling method. Procastination was measured using the APS (0.901), social support using the MSPSS ( 0.85), and self-efficacy using GSE ( 0.83). Stress was measured using DASS (0.755). The instrument used is the Indonesian language version which has been tested for validity and reliability. The results show that respondents had 247 (34.9%) high procrastination, 318 (45%) moderate social support, 364 (51.5%) high self-efficacy. Respondents experienced severe stress 261 (36.9%). The results of the gamma correlation test obtained a p value of 0.000 < (0.05) there is a significant relationship between procrastination, social support and self-efficacy with student stress levels during online learning. Moringa leaves contain B2 which is useful for treating and maintaining skin moisture. Pineapple fruit contains vitamin C and vitamin A, the second vitamin is known to have antioxidant activity that can stop the reaction of forming free radicals. Moringa leaves and pineapple contain antioxidant compounds which are useful as skin moisturizers which are formulated in the form of a gel lotion. This study aims to determine the effect of using moringa leaf extract gel lotion and pineapple fruit on skin moisture. This study was initiated by formulating lotion preparations with the addition of concentrations of moringa leaf extract and pineapple fruit, namely concentrations of 3% (F1) 4% (F2) 5% (F3). Lotion gel was evaluated for physical stability by testing pH, viscosity, adhesion, spreadability, irritation test, specific gravity test and skin moisture test. This study uses an experimental method. The results showed that the formula concentrations of 3%, 4% and 5% all met the requirements of the physical stability test as a skin moisturizing lotion gel preparation. The higher the concentration of the extract, the wider the spreadability and viscosity value obtained, has no effect on adhesion and pH value. Breastfeeding mothers in carrying out their roles are often faced with various challenges. Lack of confidence in breastfeeding mothers can affect breast production. Hypnobreastfeeding is a natural method of using subconscious energy so that the breastfeeding process runs comfortably, smoothly and can produce sufficient milk for the needs of the baby's growth and development. Objective : Determine the effectiveness of hypnobreastfeeding on breast milk production. Method : This type of research is Pre experimental Design with One Group Pretest-Postest Design, namely by comparing 1 group with 2 treatment namely observing the volume of breast milk in nursing mothers before and after being given hypnobreastfeeding. The sample in this study were 20 breastfeeding mothers who met the inclusion criteria. Results : The results of the statistical test obtained a p-value of 0.000 so that it can be concluded that hypnobreastfeeding is effective for overcoming the problem of breast milk production in breastfeeding mothers. Conclusions : There is a significant effect between hypnobreastfeeding on breast milk production. The volume of breast milk in breastfeeding mothers increases after hypnobreastfeeding 2 times a day for 3 days. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Mozart's classical music therapy on the anxiety level of maternity mothers at UPT Puskesmas Ciomas. Research design quasy experimental one group pre-post test.  31 maternity mothers who entered the latent phase 1 to the end of the active phase 1 during the study period were studied with the HARS instrument. Bivariate analysis will be performed with an independent t test. Based on bivariate analysis, it was reported that Mozart's classical music therapy could reduce anxiety levels and was statistically significant (p value 0.012 < 0.05). The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the human resource recruitment system in improving employee performance in the hospital administrative unit. The object of this research is the hospital administration unit. The research used descriptive and quantitative methods and a cross sectional study approach. The population and research samples were taken by total sampling, namely all hospital administration officers at Tunas Harapan Salatiga Hospital as many as 9 respondents. The research instrument used a questionnaire. Quantitative data analysis used the chi-square relationship test. The results of this study were 9 respondents based on the results of the Chi-Square test the significance of the p anatara independent variables, namely the human resource recruitment system with the dependent variable increasing employee performance, the results obtained were 0.03 (p <0.05). Ho was rejected and stated there was a relationship. The conclusion is that there is a relationship between the human resource recruitment system in improving employee performance in the hospital administration unit. Several factors supporting the success of Tuberculosis (TB) treatment are a strong desire to recover. This motivation requires support from all components of health service providers in addition to family support. A friendly and uncomplicated healthcare environment provides comfort for patients. Innovation and modification of the health service model are needed, considering that treatment requires a relatively long time. One-door integrated health services are an alternative that needs to be implemented to achieve success in the treatment of Tuberculosis (TB). This research aims to describe one-stop integrated service innovation for Tuberculosis patients. Exploratory descriptive research design, purposive sampling technique, and a sample size of 50 respondents. The results of the study were all (100%) Tuberculosis patients came for treatment on time, no default cases were found (0%), all (100%) received fast service coverage in one place, all (100%) respondents were satisfied with the innovations provided, data normally distributed with p-value > 0.05. Friendliness of service can build trust between patients and staff, besides that service innovation is directed at providing convenience and speed in obtaining access to treatment so that it does not interfere with the patient's routine activities. One-stop integrated service is very effective in controlling tuberculosis cases. Red betel leaf (Piper crocatum) contains flavonoids, alkaloids, tannins, and essential oils which are thought to be used as antimicrobials. The purpose of this study was to test the quality characteristics and test the antibacterial activity of red betel leaf essential oil against Propionibacterium acne bacteria. This research was an experimental study by identifying the physical quality and testing the antibacterial activity of the essential oil. human senses with the results of the smell or aroma obtained, namely the strong or stinging characteristic odor of red betel. The color of the essential oil obtained was yellow with a little brownish, bitter taste, the pH obtained from the essential oil was 4.65, the specific gravity of red betel leaf essential oil was 0.739, the ethanol soluble test obtained from the essential oil completely dissolved and white clear in a quantity of alcoholic solution.
