These software products should not only satisfy the requirements of their intended users but also should be able to compete with other similar software products available in the market. Assessment of software product quality can be achieved by analyzing and specifying the quality characteristics which is defined in software quality models and standards, based on the quality reports defined by the stakeholders. However, assessment of software quality is not an easy task and as time passes, the characteristic of new software systems and products will change. In this research, a quality assessment method is proposed based on the latest software quality standard ISO/IEC 25010. This method performs code analysis using two perspectives (structural and rule violation-based quality measure metrics) to analyse four quality characteristics (i.e., performance, security, maintainability and reliability). The code analysis process is done by extracting structural elements and tracking defects which prevent a software system to have good architectural and coding practices. The optimization problem of maximizing energy efficiency (EE) is formulated over the transmission power and sensing time subject to some practical limitations, such as the individual power constraint for secondary source and relay, the quality of service (QoS) for the secondary system, and effective protection for the primary user (PU). Given the complexity of this problem, two simplified versions (i.e., perfect and imperfect sensing cases) are studied in this paper. We transform the considered problem in fractional form into an equivalent optimization problem in subtractive form. Then, for perfect sensing, the Lagrange dual decomposition and iterative algorithm are applied to acquire the optimal power allocation policy; for imperfect sensing, an exhaustive search and iterative algorithm are proposed to obtain the optimal sensing time and corresponding power allocation. The near-field scattering characteristic of target is an important factor influencing the communication of detonation command. In this paper, the near-field radar cross section (RCS) sequence of target under different encounter conditions is calculated. Then, by establishing the model of detonation communication of fuze, the operational efficiency of the fuze command communication under different encounter conditions is simulated. According to the analysis of results, the intensity of near-field RCS has direct influence on fuze communication. It consists of signal generator and display simulator. Water depth information was generated according to GPS and Electronic Navigation Chart (ENC). Then the data was sent to display simulator through either network or serial port in the format of NMEA0183. The display simulator showed the information about water depth graphically based on OpenGL according to user's setting. Finally, the system was implemented on the cross development platform Qt. On this base, combat result table(CRT) of wargame theory is designed, and method of how to apply the stochastic models to CRT designing is developed. A novel spectrum density map was designed for counting signal number at each time, computing signal-to-noise ratio(SNR) and extracting signal area jointly. The density map would be estimated by a Fully Convolutional Networks (FCN) which can accept arbitrary size input and produce corresponding sized output. The strengths of pixels-to-pixels, Multi-Task learning of FCN were leveraged by designing a special label combining three types of information: the pixels-to-pixels signal area, the signal number and the SNR at each time. We adapt feature extraction network (Vggnet-19) into fully convolutional networks to train a highly effective signal extraction detector which achieves high accuracy in spectrum detection and parameters estimation compared with CNN-based signal extraction approach. Firstly, the research status of the method of air traffic safety and safety risk assessment are analyzed. Secondly, we construct a targeted risk system that can objectively reflect the safety risk of air traffic control. Thirdly, an improved fuzzy Petri net method is introduced for the ambiguity and uncertainty of the air traffic safety risk assessment. We employ the concept of risk level threshold to improve the reasoning efficiency and reduce the computational complexity. And we give the specific steps of the algorithm.
