Penerapan teknologi penanganan pascapanen kedelai merupakan salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan kuantitas dan kualitas produksi komoditas kedelai. Kehilangan hasil terjadi pada setiap kegiatan penanganan pascapanen. Kehilangan hasil dapat secara kuantitatif (susut bobot) maupun kualitatif (susut mutu). Tujuan dilakukan pengkajian penerapan teknologi pascapanen yang baik adalah untuk menekan kehilangan hasil dan mempertahankan mutu kedelai. Pengkajian dilakukan di 5 (lima) kecamatan di Kabupaten Bantul dengan luas lahan tanam kedelai 8 hektar. Varietas kedelai yang digunakan adalah Anjasmoro yang telah bersertifikat. Teknologi pascapanen yang digunakan yaitu cara eksisting petani dan teknologi introduksi BPTP Yogyakarta. Hasil dari penerapan pascapanen kedelai baik di kabupaten Bantul yaitu kadar air kedelai sudah mencapai 10-13 %, sedangkan biasanya petani memanen ketika kadar air masih diatas 14%. Untuk kehilangan hasil saat panen mengalami penurunan 0,61%-1,18% setelah menerapkan cara panen yang diintroduksikan. Kapasitas kerja pemanen satu orang pekerja dengan cara rekomdasi mencapai 123,6-156,47 m2/jam, sedangkan cara petani mencapai 116,7-132,74 m2/jam. Untuk hasil panenan biji kedelai kering untuk lokasi demplot rata-rata mencapai 1,41 ton/ha, sedangkan cara petani hanya mencapai 1,02 ton/ha. Untuk mutu kedelai yang dihasilkan di lokasi demplot persentase butir utuh mencapai 80,15-91,53% sedang cara petani hanya 42,4%-67,54%. This study applied a factorial randomized block design (RAK) method consisting of 2 factors, namely variations in treatment days and variations in oil palm trees with a planting age of 10 years with 2 replications. Observation parameters include free fatty acid content and water content referring to the quality standard of CPO (Crud Palm Oil) in SNI. Determining the harvest time of oil palm fruit in the garden is carried out based on the level of maturity of the fruit. Determining the maturity of oil palm fruit is often referred as a fraction, but harvesters still use the method of fruit maturity degree by brondolan on the land before the bunch is cut. This brondolan is an indicator of suitable palm fruit for harvesting. The ALB content of the brondolan on the first day to the sixth day was analyzed with the standard method. The results of the free fatty acid content (ALB) according to the SNI standard are a maximum of 5% and the maximum factory standard of 3%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) Menganalisis faktor – faktor yang mempengaruhi kontribusi pendapatan pada tenaga kerja wanita pemetik teh terhadap pendapatan istri di UP Bedakah PT Perkebunan Tambi Wonosobo. 2) Mengetahui berapa besar kontribusi pendapatan pada tenaga kerja wanita pemetik teh terhadap pendapatan keluarga di UP Bedakah PT Perkebunan Tambi Wonosobo. 3) Mengetahui bagaimana tenaga kerja wanita pemetik teh pada UP Bedakah PT Perkebunan Tambi Wonosobo mengalokasikan waktu untuk mencari nafkah dan berperan sebagai ibu rumah tangga. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif.  Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode non probability sampling dengan Teknik Accidental sampling menggunakan pendekatan rumus slovin, pertimbangan kriteria responden yaitu ibu rumah tangga yang bekerja menjadi buruh pemetik teh di UP Bedakah PT Perkebunan Tambi Wonosobo. Jumlah responden yang dijadikan sebagai sampel penelitian berjumlah 60 responden. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa variabel pendapatan istri, pendapatan suami, pendapatan anak, dan jumlah tanggungan keluarga secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kontribusi pendapatan pemetik teh di UP Bedakah PT Perkebunan Tambi wonosobo. Kontribusi pendapatan tenaga kerja wanita pemetik teh terhadap pendapatan keluarga yaitu sebesar 40,98%. This research method is a soil survey with sampling at a depth of 0-20 cm with a grid system, the samples taken are located in the three types of paddy soil, namely types A, B, and C overflow and analyzed in the laboratory. Soil parameters measured were soil pH, C-organic, N-total, P-total, K-dd, K2O Mg-dd, KTK, KB. The results showed that the soil fertility of the paddy soil in the overflow types A, B, and C have has low criteria. The soil fertility is classified as low due to the low KTK, KB, P-total and C-organic values of the soil. Efforts to fulfill the nutrients found in the land are given fertilization suggestions as follows: in the paddy soil of overflow type A 282.60 kg / ha urea, SP-36 at a dose of 112.41 kg / ha and KCL at a dose of 292.15 kg / Ha. In the paddy soil of overflow type B, 271.73 kg / Ha of urea, SP-36 at a dose of 115.02 kg / Ha and KCL at a dose of 334.75 kg / Ha. This study aimed to examine the effect of peanut seeds tretament using water and Ca(OH)2 solution on growth, viability, and vigor of peanut seeds, which were arranged in a Randomized Block Design consisting of five levels and three replications, namely, P0 (control), P1 (immersion in water temperature of 20-25oC), P2 (immersion with water temperature of 50oC), P3 (immersion with water temperature of 20-25oC + Ca(OH)2), and P4 (soaking with water 50oC + Ca(OH)2). The results showed that the seed soaking treatment significantly affected plant height, root length, germination and vigor index of peanut seeds. Soaking the seeds in water at a temperature of 20-25oC (P1) can give the highest of plant height, percentage of germination and vigor index of 84% and 75% higher, respectively, than without seed soaking treatment. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor produksi yang mempengaruhi pendapatan usahatani semangka. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif analisis. Penentuan sampel daerah menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Penentuan responden menggunakan metode sensus sebanyak 24 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah observasi, wawancara, kuesioner, dokumentasi dan kajian pustaka. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis usahatani dan analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata total biaya Rp 2.703.203/MT dengan rata-rata penerimaan Rp 5.320.000/MT dan rata-rata pendapatan Rp 2.616.172/MT. Sedangkan rata-rata total biaya Rp.13.516.015/Ha dengan rata-rata penerimaan Rp 26.600.000/Ha dan rata-rata pendapatan Rp 13.083.985/Ha. Faktor-faktor produksi yang mempengaruhi pendapatan usahatani semangka adalah luas lahan, benih, pupuk urea, pupuk NPK, dan pestisida. Uji F menunjukkan bahwa luas lahan, benih, pupuk urea, pupuk NPK dan pestisida berpengaruh secara simultan. Uji t menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel yang berpengaruh secara nyata yaitu luas lahan dengan nilai signifikan 0,001, pupuk NPK dengan nilai signifikan 0,001, dan pestisida dengan nilai signifikan 0,077. Sedangkan untuk variabel yang berpengaruh secara tidak nyata yaitu benih dengan nilai signifikan 0,215, dan pupuk urea dengan nilai signifikan 0,268. Upaya untuk mengatasi hal tersebut adalah dengan menggunakan larutan NaCl Fisiologis dan madu yang dapat mendukung motilitas dan viabilitas spermatozoa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh penambahan madu pada media pembuahan telur ikan tawes terhadap fertilitas, daya tetas telur dan sintasan larva ikan tawes. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu eksperimen laboratorium dengan Rancangan  Acak  Lengkap   (RAL) yang terdiri dari 5 perlakuan dan 4 ulangan. Perlakuan yang diberikan yaitu media pembuahan 100 ml Air (P0); 100 mL NaCl (P1); penambahan 0,2 ml madu + 99,8 mL NaCl fisiologis (P2); penambahan 0,4 mL madu + 99,6 mL NaCl fisiologis (P3); dan penambahan 0,6 mL madu + 99,4 mL NaCl fisiologis (P4). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penambahan 0,6 mL + 99,4 mL NaCl fisiologis (P4) menunjukan hasil yang tertinggi, dengan nilai fertilitas 56.51±0.57%, daya tetas 54.58±1.07% dan sintasan 71.34±0.68%. Dalam upaya pemenuhan kebutuhan rumah tangga, petani juga dihadapkan pada produktivitas hasil produksi yang cenderung menurun. Salah satu upaya meningkatkan produktivitas adalah dengan peremajaan terhadap tanaman karet yang mana menjadi usaha dimana dapat memberikan kontribusi untuk penerimaan rumah tangga petani karet. Peremajaan kebun karet milik petani diduga memberikan pengaruh pada penerimaan rumah tangga. Petani akan memutuskan melakukan peremajaan dengan asumsi bahwa kebutuhan rumah tangga mereka dapat terpenuhi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan usahatani karet petani dan menganalisa penerimaan dan pengeluaran rumah tangga petani pasca peremajaan. Ruang lingkup penelitian dilakukan di 5 desa yaitu Napal Sisik, Sridadi, Pasar Terusan, Rambahan dan Rantau Puri pada kecamatan mauara bulian Kabupaten Batanghari dengan jumlah petani 47 sampel petani. Pemilihan daerah penelitian didasarkan atas pertimbangan bahwa 5 desa tersebut merupakan daerah yang paling banyak melakukan peremajaan dilihat dari luas lahan. Analisa data yang digunakan ialah analisa deskriptif dengan menggambarkan usahatani karet petani dan analisa kuantitatif dengan menghitung penerimaan dan pengeluaran rumah tangga petani karet pasca peremajaan. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa luas lahan kebun karet rata-rata 3 ha dengan produksi 680,35 kg/ha/thn yang menggunakan bibit pada klon unggul. Penerimaan rumah tangga petani diperoleh dari kegiatan on farm dan off farm dimana total penerimaan yang diterima sebesar Rp. 74.637.446,81/thn. Sementara pengeluaran rumah tangga petani meliputi pengeluaran konsumsi rumah tangga yang dihitung dari pengeluaran sandang, pangan, perumahan, pendidikan dan kesehatan dengan total pengeluaran sebesar Rp.34.080.000,-/thn. Pengeluaran rumah tangga dari sisi usahatani adalah pengeluaran yang dikeluarkan petani dalam usahatani karet dan usahatani kelapa sawit. Selain itu peremajaan lahan karet merupakan salah satu bagian pengeluaran rumah tangga petani sebesar Rp. 26.499.109,12/thn sehingga pengeluaran keseluruhan dari rumah tangga petani sebesar Rp. 60.579.109,12/thn. Penerimaan rumah tangga petani yang memberikan selisih lebih besar (positif) dari pengeluaran rumah tangga, menunjukkan bahwa sebaiknya petani lebih memafaatkannya sebagai penambahan penerimaan rumah tangga dengan memanfaatkan sumber daya sumber daya sebagai tambahan penerimaan di masa mendatang. Vannamei shrimp cultivation in Madura is one type of work that develops by utilizing unproductive land and salt ponds being converted into vannamei shrimp ponds. Pamekasan Regency is one of the regencies that carry out the development of vannamei shrimp farming business with an intensive system. The development of vannamei shrimp cultivation is not in line with the conditions of the aquatic environment, this is because aquaculture activities produce waste in which aquaculture waste is directly discharged into the waters. The research was carried out on February 1, 2022 to April 1, 2022 in Candi Village, Galis District, Pamekasan Regency. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the load of organic waste in the form of TSS that was discharged into the waters during one maintenance cycle was 137.25 kg and 143.38 kg/0.3 ha when pouring the entire volume of pond water (3000 m3) into the waters. Based on the carrying capacity of coastal waters, the maximum amount of waste in the form of TSS that can be accommodated by the coastal waters of Pamekasan Regency is 441.39 tons/day. The amount of waste generated from intensive system vannmei shrimp farming activities in Pamekasan Regency is 55,983.26 tons for one year and 153.38 tons/day. The local variety TW became the preferred local variety, but farmers began to complain about the decline in productivity. These problems need an effort to improve the use of local varieties in the use of superior varieties in restoring the productivity level of purple sweet potato to its original state. Thus, it is necessary to dame plots of prospective superior varieties to obtain farmer's assessment and preferences before purple sweet potato clones are released into varieties that have legality as VUB. The results showed that farmers and traders liked the skin and tuber shape of MSU 1001-15 and MSU 1002-07 clones. The reasons farmers chose the two clones were because: 1) they had a bright color and rather thick skin, 2) the shape of the large tubers was not too round and elongated, and the yield was high.
