This brondolan is an indicator of suitable palm fruit for harvesting. The ALB content of the brondolan on the first day to the sixth day was analyzed with the standard method. The results of the free fatty acid content (ALB) according to the SNI standard are a maximum of 5% and the maximum factory standard of 3%.
