The transition probabilities are determined on the basis of the error free run distribution (EFRD). The experimental determination of the error sequence is made for a FSK signal, with a baud rate of 300 Bd, and for an 8-PSK signal, 1600 Bd respectively. The experiment was performed in an urban and a rural area. The speed of the vehicle was 40 km/h, and 100 km/h respectively. The effects of the vehicle speed and signaling method upon the P(/spl ges/m,n) probability were emphasized for each case.","PeriodicalId":253344,"journal":{"name":"5th International Conference on Telecommunications in Modern Satellite, Cable and Broadcasting Service. Their appearance is analysed and we offer generalised method for calculating the number of composite frequencies, with increasing number of TV channels. Spectrograms of composite triple beat (CTB) for 10 and 20 TV programmes are examined, and of the particular channel as well. A formula for the reduction of output tension of the common/total signal due to generated composite frequencies is given.","PeriodicalId":253344,"journal":{"name":"5th International Conference on Telecommunications in Modern Satellite, Cable and Broadcasting Service. One of them is the well known perturbation method, which demands the resonant frequency and Q-factor measurement of empty and loaded cavity, and the other is an approximation method. The measurement configurations for both methods are formed using HP8753C vector network analyzer and an experimental cylindrical metallic cavity with circular cross-section. The measuring process is controlled by PC using programs developed in HP VEE environment. Also, these programs are responsible for data collecting, processing and displaying. In order to verify this experimental set-up, the measurement of complex dielectric constant of ethyl alcohol at microwave frequency range (1.5 GHz-6 GHz) is done and presented.","PeriodicalId":253344,"journal":{"name":"5th International Conference on Telecommunications in Modern Satellite, Cable and Broadcasting Service. Instead of controlling and adapting the environment to the robot or applying a complex visual servoing system, we model the redundancy resolution on the parameter spaces that quantify uncertainties of the task. The modeling tool is a successive approximation (SA). It provides very advantageous properties: small computational effort and small model size, accurate output, extrapolation, and generalization across the parameter set obtained by random addressing of the model. The task discussed is press loading with typical two-dimensional uncertainties in pick-up and unloading locations. The robot used is a 4-DOF planar robot. The SA-based models of redundancy resolution in a 2D parameter spaces are highly efficient: for more than 30 times less computational efforts resulted in a zero end-point errors, regardless of the task uncertainty.","PeriodicalId":253344,"journal":{"name":"5th International Conference on Telecommunications in Modern Satellite, Cable and Broadcasting Service. RF front ends utilizing active antenna concepts have shown improvements in such areas as power added efficiency, compactness, low noise figure, and increased functionality. These improvements are illustrated with a Class F power amplifier transmitter with an integrated circular patch antenna, a circularly polarized patch antenna with integrated LNAs, a 60 GHz quasi-optics self oscillating mixer, and two designs implementing the recently developed broadband quasi-Yagi antenna.","PeriodicalId":253344,"journal":{"name":"5th International Conference on Telecommunications in Modern Satellite, Cable and Broadcasting Service. We use a small wire conductor, as an excitation form, according to the wanted type of mode in the cavity. Also, a small wire conductor as a receiving probe is modeled. Water at a temperature of 20/spl deg/, is used as a dielectric layer. Its relative dielectric constant is calculated from Debby's formula. The modeling process is described and the numerical results obtained are compared with the results calculated by using the theoretical approach based on the transverse resonance (TR) method, and the experimental results and the appropriate conclusions are given.","PeriodicalId":253344,"journal":{"name":"5th International Conference on Telecommunications in Modern Satellite, Cable and Broadcasting Service.
