Knowledge is favorable resource in crisis management, but how to make good use of it is still a cordial knot. Based on the theory of supernetwork, this paper proposes a supernetwork model of knowledge management in paroxysmal public crisis, which consists of three-tiers: knowledge network, personal network and knowledge medium network. A two-parameter Weibull distribution is used to represent the distribution of the time to deterioration. A theory is developed to find the optimal solution of the problem. Several numerical examples are then taken to illustrate the solution procedure. Web applications and test directives which are used to select test cases are modeled by FSM (Finite State Machine). Synchronous product is used to combine these two kinds of FSMs in order to check whether the SUT (System Under Test) includes the behavior expressed by the test directive. Test cases are generated automatically as the synchronous product of the specification and the test directive is constructed on-the-fly. For illustration, a case study of the WGSS (Web Grade Submit System) is exemplified. This paper proposed an embedded XML data exchange framework for asynchronous communication between different e-commerce systems. The XML data is used to exchange the e-commerce data between the customers and the special e-commerce system. The XML data is embedded into mail messages and delivered to the merchants by STMP protocol and received from the mail server by POP3 protocol and transformed to the e-commerce data items which can be recognized by the e-commerce systems. The embedded XML data exchange framework can realize the asynchronous data exchange and data flow management for e-commerce system. It can satisfy the demand of swift flexibility on the business logic. As an integral part of “going out” strategy, outward foreign direct investment (FDI) can facilitate technology spillover into home country through R&D resources sharing mechanism, one-way technology communication mechanism, and overseas market competition mechanism. This paper conducts an empirical study on the relationship between the outcome of patent and outward FDI, using the data from 1985 to 2007. Setting up a calculating model based on Danger Theory for danger signal during the procedure will improve the accuracy and efficiency of Artificial Immune System (AIS) greatly. In this paper, the method of classified danger sensed (MCDS) for Windows process intrusion detection based on Danger Theory is proposed. This method divides the process’s behavior parameters into two types: numeric and non-numeric types, using the function’s difference and correlation coefficient to analyze the rule and relevance of numeric parameters’ change, and evaluating the degree of danger of non-numeric parameters by analyzing the danger level and Time Relationship(TR) of data.
