Pada manusia biasanya menyebabkan penyakit infeksi saluran pernafasan, mulai flu hingga penyakit yang serius, seperti middle east respiratory syndrome (MERS) dan jevere acure respiratory syndrome (JARS. Upaya mengantisipasi dan mengurangi jumlah penderita covid-19 telah dilakukan di seluruh daerah di Indonesia, tidak terkecuali di Kota Palangka Raya. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu bagaimana implementasi Kebijakan pemkot Palangka Raya tentang penerapan protokol kesehatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan literatur dan empiris. Data yang diperoleh melalui analisis peraturan walikota dan fenomena sosial yang terjadi di masyarakat Kota Palangka Raya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi kebiajakan peraturan wali Kota Palangka Raya terkait dengan penerapan protokol Kesehatan pada era new normal sudah diterapkan oleh masyarakat. Kendatipun demikian, implementasi kebijakan penerapan protokol Kesehatan belum mampu menekan peningkatan kasus covid-19 di Kota Palangka Raya. Meanwhile, the purpose of writing this journal is to find out the causes of the conflict that occurred between the Gerindra Party and PKS in the process of filling the vacant position of the Deputy Governor of DKI Jakarta. Then in analyzing this, this journal uses qualitative research methods by referring to in-depth interview techniques as primary data sources and studies of a number of relevant documents as secondary data sources. Survei SMRC (2021) menyebutkan persentase orang yang takut bicara politik meningkat tajam dibanding 10 tahun sebelumnya. Media mainstream juga membatasi tampilnya orang-orang yang kritis terhadap pemerintah. Tapi, pada saat yang sama muncul media sosial sebagai alternatif untuk bersuara, salah satunya adalah Youtube. Dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, para aktivis politik secara rutin menggunakan Youtube untuk melakukan kritik terhadap kebijakan negara. Di pihak lain, negara bereaksi dengan berbagai macam instrumen, di antaranya membentuk yang disebut “buzzer” untuk melakukan serangan balik dan ancaman pemidanaan. Sejumlah aktivis Youtube dipidanakan karena konten yang dibuatnya. Menghadapi ancaman pemidanaan, para aktivis Youtube berusaha memproteksi diri dengan membentuk lembaga pers. Penelitian ini ingin mengetahui pola oposisi masyarakat sipil kontra negara di era teknologi komunikasi dan meluasnya penggunaan media sosial, sekaligus ingin mengetahui bentuk-bentuk respons negara terhadap gerakan kritis masyarakat sipil melalui media sosial. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori hegemoni Antonio Gramsci untuk meneropong dialektika antara negara dan masyarakat sipil tersebut. The research method we use is a qualitative-phenomenological approach. The results of the study, among others, show that the synergy between the Sidoarjo Regency Government and the Military Unit in this case the 0816/Sidoarjo Kodim has been running quite optimally. The available resources are sufficient, apart from that, the partnership relationship is also quite good. The characteristics of partners in the synergy of Government sidoarjo Regency and Kodim 0816/Sidoarjo in an effort to recover the economy during the Covid-19 pandemic in Sidoarjo Regency are quite optimal. The partnership relationship in the Synergy of Government sidoarjo Regency and Kodim 0816/Sidoarjo in Handling Covid-19 in Sidoarjo Regency is quite good. The characteristics of the partnership in the Synergy of of Government sidoarjo Regency and Kodim 0816/Sidoarjo in Handling Covid-19 in Sidoarjo Regency are quite good. It seen from the leadership of the chairsman of the Task Force for the Acceleration of Covid-19 Response that he was able to provide enlightenment regarding activities. Environmental factors in the synergy between of Government Sidoarjo Regency and Kodim 0816/Sidoarjo in Handling Covid-19 in Sidoarjo Regency are quite conducive. However, what is quite influential is the existence of information that is Hoax and disrupts the level of trust in the Sidoarjo Regency government. Hidayat","doi":"10.47650/jglp.v4i1.442","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.47650/jglp.v4i1.442","url":null,"abstract":"This article discusses the implementation dynamics of the Village Law in a certain context which was backgrounded by the village head's autocratic leadership style that tends to hinder the agenda for institutionalising inclusive governance based on social justice in the village development management. Accountability and citizen engagement as the foundation of term inclusive governance are the principal factors that must be implemented by the Village Government in their routine tasks. As qualitative research with a case study approach, this research utilized a purposive sampling technique to determine the key informants targeted from the elements of the government and villagers. To limit the focus of interest, this research only presents a discussion about the implementation dynamics of the Village Law with the setting of the leadership style of the Village Head in the 2011-2017 period. Field findings show that Dorokobo Village, Kempo District, Dompu Regency has complex socio-economic problems, thus requiring the presence of a responsive government and active villagers to jointly manage various development activities. Unfortunately, expectations of ideal leadership are not widely found in the past structure of the Village Government because they were only busy with various administrative activities and absent from substantive matters. Political leaders came with a procedural and even autocratic style so that the regular participation spaces were limited opened by only involving the elite without the presence of all components of the community. Salah satunya yaitu lemahnya perhatian, rentannya perlindungan, dan masih minimnya kebijakan yang berpihak terhadap perempuan dan anak-anak. Merujuk pada fokus penelitian bahwa Walikota Tangerang Selatan berusaha memperbaiki kondisi degradasi terhadap perempuan dan anak-anak yang kerap kurang mendapat perhatian. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif-eksploratif dengan pendekatan Naratif yang berhubungan dengan kepemimpinan perempuan di Kota Tangerang Selatan. Analisis data menggunakan tools Nvivo 12 Pro untuk membantu peneliti mengeksporasi permasalahan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan Walikota Tangerang Selatan merupakan pemimpin yang mengarahkan jajarannya dalam memenuhi kebutuhan perempuan dan anak-anak.
