Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan rancangan penelitian studi kasus. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan (1) perencanaan DCC, (2) pengorganisasian DCC, (3) pelaksanaan DCC dalam mengimplementasikan 5 nilai penguatan pendidikan karakter, (4) monitoring, evaluasi, dan dampak pelaksanaan DCC, dan (5) faktor pendukung, penghambat, dan solusi DCC. Kata Kunci: DCC, Manajemen, Karakter Abstract: This study aims to describe (1) DCC planning, (2) the organization of DCC, (3) the implementation of DCC in implementing the 5 values of strengthening character education, (4) monitoring, evaluation, and impact of DCC implementation, and (5) supporting factors , inhibitors, and DCC solutions. In this study the aim is to find out (1) the character possessed by the principal, (2) the integrity of the principal's personality, (3) the desire of the principal in self-development, (4) openness to the implementation of duties and functions in carrying out the leadership of the principal, (5) Self-control of the principal in overcoming problems in SMPN 11 and SMPN 18 Malang. Where this is in order to determine the effectiveness of the principal's leadership. The method used in this study is qualitative descriptive using multi-site design. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation and documentation. The subject of this study was the Head of SMPN 11 and SMPN 18 Malang, with the source of the principal, vice principal, administration, teachers and students. Data analysis is done by reducing, presenting data, drawing conclusions and verification. The results of this study are, (1) The principal has good behavior in accordance with the indicators of the principal's personality competency. (2) The Head of SMPN 11 and 18 Malang has good personality integrity which is shown by the attitude of honesty, fairness, discipline, etc. (3) In achieving the goals of the principal make the program planned carefully and implemented as well as possible so that each goal is achieved. (4) The principal also shows openness in carrying out all the duties of the principal, both opinions and concerns for all school members. (5) The principal has good self-control in problem solving. Keywords : personality, effectiveness of leadership, headmaster Abstrak: Kepribadian merupakan sifat yang melekat pada individu yang kemudian dapat dipengaruhi oleh lingkungan, dimana dalam kepemimpinan kepribadian memiliki berbagai unsur. Dalam penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui (1) Akhlak yang dimiliki kepala sekolah, (2) Integritas kepribadian kepala sekolah, (3) Keinginan kepala sekolah dalam pengembangan diri, (4) Keterbukaan terhadap pelaksanaan tugas dan fungsi dalam pelaksanaan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, (5) Pengendalian diri kepala sekolah dalam mengatasi permasalahan di SMPN 11 dan SMPN 18 Malang. Dimana hal tersebut guna mengetahui keefektifan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah. Metode yang digunakan peneliti dalam penelitian ini yaitu kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan rancangan multi situs. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. This research approach method is qualitative case study. Data collection techniques used were (1) interviews, (2) observations, and (3) documentation. The results of the study are English Lover curriculum planning, namely: (1) Meetings, (2) Formation of schedules, (3) Making learning models, and (4) division of teams. English Lover is implemented and adjusted as the schedule that has been made the learning process can be carried out inside and outside the classroom in accordance with instructions from the English Lover tutor. English Lover learning evaluation is conducted every month, barriers to English Lover learning itself are in the internal factors of the school, in planning and implementation, and the solution is in the form of improvements in the planning system and in the implementation of the English Lover curriculum. Key Words : Curriculum Management English Lover Abstrak : Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu: (1) mengetahui perencanaan; (2) pelaksanaan; (3) evaluasi; (4) hambatan dan (5) pemecahan terhadap hambatan dalam pelaksanaan kurikulum program English Lover di SMK Annur Bululawang Kabupaten Malang. Metode pendekatan penelitian ini yaitu kualitatif studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah (1) wawancara, (2) observasi, dan (3) dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian yaitu Perencanaan kurikulum English Lover yaitu: (1) Rapat, (2) Pembentukan jadwal, (3) Membuat model pembelajaran, dan (4) pembagian tim. English Lover dilaksanakan dan disesuaikan seperti jadwal yang telah dibuat proses pembelajarannya pun bisa dilaksanakan didalam maupun diluar kelas sesuai dengan intruksi dari tutor English Lover. Evaluasi pembelajaran English Lover dilakukan pada tiap bulannya, Hambatan dalam pembelajaran English Lover sendiri berada dalam faktor internal sekolah, dalam perencanaan serta pelaksanaannya, dan pemecahannya berupa perbaikan dalam sistem perencanaan maupun dalam pelaksanaan kurikulum English Lover. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with a type of case study. The collection of data using in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. Data sources of researchers came from principals, laboratory staff, financial staff, caraka, security guards and sub-heads of TU. Data analysis was carried out with data condensation, data display and verification processes. The results of this study (1) TAS showed symptoms of physical and psychological fatigue, decreased morale, complaining about oneself, emotional uncertainty, and feelings of cynicism, (2 ) type of burnout is fatigue and saturation in work, keeping distance from the environment, emotions are more sensitive, (3) causes of burnout are two factors, external factors and internal factors, (4) procedural steps in handling burnout using the management process starting from planning, organizing, implementation and evaluation, (5) the impact of management on burnout handling, namely a sense of kinship between TAS employees, building friendships, preventing misunderstandings, being more prepared to carry out tasks, and being more disciplined in carrying out tasks and activities. Keywords : Burnout, Performance, TAS Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan manajemen penanganan burnout untuk meningkatkan kinerja TAS di Sekolah Menengah Atas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Pengumpulan datanya menggunakan wawancara mendalam, observasi dan dokumentasi. Sumber data peneliti berasal dari kepala sekolah, laboran, staf keuangan, caraka, satpam dan kasubag TU. Analisis data dilakukan dengan proses kondensasi data, display data, dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian ini (1) TAS menunjukkan gejala kelelahan secara fisik dan psikologis, semangat kerja menurun, mengeluh pada diri sendiri, emosional yang tidak menentu, dan terdapat perasaan yang sinisme, (2) jenis burnout yaitu kelelahan dan jenuh dalam bekerja, menjaga jarak dengan lingkungan, emosi yang lebih sensitif, (3) penyebab burnout ada dua faktor yaitu faktor ektern dan faktor intern, (4) langkah prosedural dalam manajemen penanganan burnout menggunakan proses manajemen dimulai dari perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi, (5)dampak manajemen penanganan burnout yaitu rasa kekeluargaan antara pegawai TAS, membangun silaturahmi, mencegah kesalahpahaman, lebih siap menjalankan tugas, dan lebih disiplin dalam menjalankan tugas maupun kegiatan. This study was done through qualitative approach by employing case study research design. The data collection was done through interview, observation, and documentation. The data analysis was done through series of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the impacts of ecological leadership of the principal in environmental school cultured establishment were the establishment of environmental concerned attitude, clean and healthy life style, ecological school environment, and school achievement in environmental field. Keywords: ecological leadership, environmental cultured school, ecological environment Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kepemimpinan ekologis sebagai bentuk kepemimpinan kepala sekolah yang memiliki kepedulian lingkungan terhadap penyelamatan dan pelestarian fungsi lingkungan hidup yang diimplementasikan dalam pembentukan sekolah berbudaya lingkungan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan serangkaian reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa dampak kepemimpinan ekologis kepala sekolah dalam pembentukan sekolah berbudaya lingkungan adalah terbentuknya sikap peduli lingkungan, pola hidup bersih dan sehat, lingkungan sekolah yang ekologis, dan prestasi sekolah di bidang lingkungan. This research uses qualitative approach with case study research type. The data collection techniques are that used observation, interview and documentation. Based on the process of collecting and analyzing, the result of the obtained data are: (1) the strength of the committee derived comes from the readiness, the alertness to solve the problem, the clear division of labor, and the good coordination; (2) forms of committee involvement are: holding meetings, raising funds, controlling the finances, directing and involving parents in the program, reporting the results of activities to parents; (3) the strategy of the headmaster involves the committees are coordinating, approaching, and becoming a role model; (4) the obstacle of school committee constraints such as committee managers are rarely complete during meetings, the guardian objected to donate voluntary; (5) the problem solving alternatives are the absent committee board is replaced by another committee, and take personal approach. Berdasarkan proses pengumpulan dan analisis data didapatkan hasil, yaitu: (1) kekuatan komite berasal dari keaktifan, kesigapan menindaklanjuti masalah, pembagian kerja yang jelas, dan koordinasi yang baik; (2) bentuk-bentuk pelibatan komite yaitu: mengadakan pertemuan, menggalang dana, mengontrol keuangan, mengarahkan dan melibatkan orang tua dalam program, melaporkan hasil kegiatan kepada orang tua; (3) strategi kepala sekola melibatkan komite yaitu berkoordinasi, melakukan pendekatan-pendekatan, dan kepala sekolah menjadi tauladan; (4) kendala-kendala komite sekolah diantaranya pengurus komite jarang lengkap saat pertemuan, wali murid keberatan saat sumbangan sukarela; (5) alternatif pemecahan masalah yakni pengurus yang tidak hadir digantikan dengan pengurus lainnya, melakukan pendekatan secara personal. The method used in this study is quantitative descriptive correlational approach. The instrument used in collecting data in the form of a questionnaire with the respondents students of State University of Malang. Data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis technique and multiple regression analysis technique. Based on the results of the study can be concluded that: the level of student perceptions of academic services into the high category; the level of student attitude of academic services into the high category; the level of students motivation to study into the high category; perception has positive and insignificant effect on students learning motivation; attitudes have a positive and significant impact on student learning motivation; perceptions and attitudes toward academic services with motivation to learn have significant effect simultaneously. Keywords : Perception, attitude, academic services, motivation to learn. Abstrak : Tujuan peneltian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan persepsi dan sikap terhadap layanan akademik dengan motivasi belajar mahasiswa. Penelitian ini memakai pendekatan kuantitatif dengan rancangan penelitian deskriptif korelasional. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa angket dengan responden mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Malang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis deskriptif dan teknik analisis regresi berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa: tingkat persepsi mahasiswa terhadap layanan akademik masuk dalam kategori tinggi; tingkat sikap mahasiswa terhadap layanan akademik masuk dalam kategori baik; tingkat motivasi belajar mahasiswa masuk dalam kategori tinggi; persepsi berhubungan positif dan tidak signifikan trhadap motivasi belajar mahasiswa; sikap berhubungan positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar mahasiswa; persepsi dan sikap terhadap layanan akademik dengan motivasi belajar berhubungan signifikan secara simultan. This study uses qualitative methods. Qualitative research is research that intends to understand the phenomena of behavior, action, a thorough State of a subject. While this type of research is research case studies. Reasons to use a case study is a research method is focusing on a unique case of an intensive and detailed. The uniqueness of the obtained in this case is, the existence of the provision of learner achievements at the push by the agency outside the school where it is where practice learners. The results of this study, namely, the establishment of a Committee for cooperation, the kind of effort that will be selected schools, pre OJT activity, making the agreement a Memorandum of understanding, provide the best quality of learners, promotes work and responsibility, provide benefits to the industry, carry out the evaluation, the students keep a journal, compiling reports. Keywords: school, cooperation, learning achievements ABSTRAK : Pada penelitian ini menjelaskan langkah-langkah kerjasama, bentuk kerjasama, apa yang menjadi keuntungan kedua pihak antara SMKN 3 Malang dengan dunia usaha dan dunia industri (DUDI). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Penelitian kualitatif merupakan penelitian yang bermaksud untuk memahami fenomena tentang perilaku, tindakan, keadaan menyeluruh pada sebuah subjek penelitian. Sedangkan jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian studi kasus. Alasan menggunakan studi kasus adalah metode penelitian ini memusatkan perhatian pada suatu kasus yang unik secara intensif dan rinci. Keunikan yang didapatkan pada kasus ini adalah, bekal adanya prestasi yang diraih peserta didik di dorong oleh lembaga luar sekolah dimana itu merupakan tempat praktik peserta didik.
