This study used a qualitative approach t hrough case study design. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation studies. The results of the study show: (1) The planned aspects i nvolved human capital, finance, production and markets. Planning steps start with SWOT analysis, determination of business targets, and strategies. Training program was done in Kampoeng Kidz under the Foundation finance resonsibility; (2) the parties involved in the activity include foundations, principals and teachers, alumni, and students. Placement according to talent and interests; (3) the training consists of visitor services and production carried out every day. Giving motivation from the dream book. The supporting factors are the environment, the inhibiting factor is regeneration; (4) Monitoring and evaluation are carried out daily. The supervised aspect is the compatibility between implementation and SOP (POS). The assessed aspects are Pray, Attitude, Knowledge, Skill and Action (PAKSA). The evaluations are informed at students report. Keywords : management, training, entrepreneurship Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, pengawasan dan evaluasi pelatihan kewirausahaan bagi peserta didik di Kampoeng Kidz. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan rancangan studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi berperan serta, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) aspek yang direncanakan yaitu human capital , keuangan, produksi dan pasar. Langkah-langkah perencanaan dengan analisis SWOT, penentuan target usaha, dan strategi. Tempat pelatihan yaitu Kampoeng Kidz . Biaya pelatihan ditanggung oleh yayasan; (2) pihak-pihak yang terlibat dalam kegiatan tersebut yaitu yayasan, kepala sekolah dan guru, alumni, serta peserta didik. Penempatan sesuai dengan bakat dan minat; (3) Pelatihan berupa pelayanan pengunjung dan produksi yang dilakukan setiap hari . Pemberian motivasi dari dream book . Faktor pendukung yaitu lingkungan, sedangkan faktor penghambat yaitu regenerasi; ( 4) Pengawasan dan evaluasi dilakukan setiap hari secara langsung. Aspek yang diawasi yaitu kesesuaian dengan SOP (POS). Aspek yang dinilai meliputi Pray, Attitude, Knowledge, Skill and Action (PAKSA). Hasil evaluasi dilaporkan di rapor peserta didik. This study uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive projective research design. Instrument in this study uses documentation method by recruiting data in the field. The data analysis technique used is a comparison of the ratio of school administration staff to the ratio of student, method of trend of parabolic, attrition, and moderate needs. The results of this study indicate: (1) The existence the count of administration staff at senior and vocational high school in Ngawi Regency in 2018-2027 (2) Needs for senior and vocational high school administration staff in Ngawi Regency is based on the ratio of students (3) Percentage of need for administration staff of senior and vocational high school at Ngawi District in 2018-2027. Keywords: needs analyst, school administration staff Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk, (1) Mengetahui Jumlah Tenaga Administrasi Sekolah Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) dan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) Negeri di Kabupaten Ngawi; (2) Mengetahui seberapa tinggi kebutuhan TAS berdasarkan rasio peserta didik selama sepuluh tahun yang akan datang; (3) Mengetahui seberapa tinggi tingkat persentase kebutuhan tenaga administrasi sekolah SMA dan SMK Negeri di Kabupaten Ngawi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan rancangan penelitian deskriptif proyektif. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode dokumentasi dengan menyalin data yang ada di lapangan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah perbandingan rasio tenaga adinistrasi sekolah dengan rasio peserta didik, metode trend parabola, atrisi, dan kebutuhan moderat. This study uses a qualitative approach and uses a type of case study research. The results of the study show that there is a varied work culture in MTs Assyafiiyah Gondang , district of Tulungagung, the work cultures are a culture of shaking hands between teacher and students, teacher and employee istighosah , students' guardianship, guardian culture, culture of integrity, responsibility, innovation , professional, and exemplary. In the implementation of the work culture in the madrasa there are also obstacles namely lack of time, there are teachers who are less enthusiastic in teaching, and lack of sustainability in dress. The solution that is done in overcoming these obstacles is the holding of deliberations, motivations and oral and written warnings.. Keywords : culture, working culture Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan budaya kerja di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Assyafiiyah Gondang, Kabupaten Tulungagung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan menggunakan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada budaya kerja yang bervariasi di MTs Assyafiiyah Gondang, kabupaten Tulungagung, budaya kerja adalah budaya berjabat tangan antara guru dan siswa, guru dan karyawan istighosah, perwalian siswa, budaya wali, budaya integritas, tanggung jawab, inovasi, profesional, dan patut dicontoh. Dalam pelaksanaan budaya kerja di madrasah juga ada kendala yaitu kurangnya waktu, ada guru yang kurang antusias dalam mengajar, dan kurangnya keberlanjutan dalam berpakaian. Solusi yang dilakukan dalam mengatasi kendala ini adalah mengadakan rapat dan musyawarah, motivasi dan peringatan lisan dan tertulis. This study uses a quantitative approach with comparative casual descriptive research design. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire with Malang State University student respondents. Data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis techniques and test test techniques. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that: learning motivation of daily instructors is included in high qualifications; learning motivation of UKM members is included in high qualifications; the level of learning achievement of daily administrators, in academic achievement in the title is very satisfying, in non-academic achievement has a percentage at the National level; the level of learning achievement of UKM members, in academic achievement in honors, in non-academic achievements they have a national level; there is a significant difference in the learning motivation of students who become UKM daily administrators and who are members of UKM; there is no significant difference in the academic learning achievement of students who are UKM administrators and who are members of UKM; there are significant differences in non-academic learning achievement of students who become UKM daily administrators and who are members of UKM. Keywords : Motivation, Learning Achievement, Student Activity Unit Abstrak : Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbedaan motivasi dan prestasi belajar mahasiswa yang menjadi pengurus harian dan anggota UKM. Penelitian ini memakai pendekatan kuantitatif dengan rancangan penelitian deskriptif kasual komparatif. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa angket dengan responden mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Malang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis deskriptif dan teknik uji Test. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa: motivasi belajar penguruh harian termasuk dalam kualifikasi tinggi; motivasi belajar anggota UKM termasuk dalam kualifikasi tinggi; tingkat prestasi belajar pengurus harian, dalam prestasi akademik dalam predikat sangat memuaskan, dalam prestasi non akademik memiliki presentase ditingkat Nasional; tingkat prestasi belajar anggota UKM, dalam prestasi akademik dalam predikat dengan pujian, dalam prestasi non akademik memiliki presentase ditingkat Nasional; terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan motivasi belajar mahasiswa yang menjadi pengurus harian UKM dan yang menjadi anggota UKM; tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan prestasi belajar akademik mahasiswa yang menjadi pengurus harian UKM dan yang menjadi anggota UKM; terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan prestasi belajar non akademik mahasiswa yang mennjadi pengurus harian UKM dan yang menjadi anggota UKM. This study used a correlational design. The population of this study are teachers and students of Vocational High School in Malang. Sampel was selected using Proportional Random Sampling. Data were analyzed using descriptive and correlation analysis technique. Results of the study indicate that there is a relationship between performance service administrative with customer satisfaction Vocational High School in Malang. Keywords: administrative staff performance, customer satisfaction Abstrak: penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui, 1) tingkat kinerja pelayanan tenaga administrasi sekolah, 2) tingkat kepusan pelanggan, 3) hubungan kinerja pelayanan tenaga administrasi dengan tingkat kepuasan pelanggan SMK Negeri di Kota Malang. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan model korelasi Product Moment Pearson . Populasi penelitian terdiri pendidik 1.181 orang dan peserta didik 20.874 siswa di SMK Negeri Kota Malang. Sampel ditentukan dengan teknik Propotional Random Sampling dengan jumlah sampel peserta didik 371 dan pendidik 293 orang. Data di analisis menggunakan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian tingkat kinerja pelayanan tenaga administrasi sekolah sebesar 67,7% yang berada pada kategori baik, kemudian tingkat kepuasan pelanggan sebesar 61,2% berada di kategori tinggi, untuk hubungan kinerja pelayanan TAS dengan kepuasan pelanggan menyatakan yang diperoleh adalah 0,799 dengan taraf signifikan 5% yang berarti lebih besar daripada (atau 0,799>0,111). Sehingga dapat disimpulkan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kinerja pelayanan tenaga administrasi sekolah dengan kepuasan pelanggan. The research method used qualitative with a multi-case study approach. At the data processing stage, data analysis uses a single case and continued with cross-case analysis. The results of the study show, from the background of achievement is one such as the headmaster who likes to compete and trust from others, habits that support achievement such as sharing knowledge ang following organizations, efforts made in achieving achievement in the form of training and best practice, and the supporting factors of the best achievement such as personal motivation and motivation of others. Overall, the findings each of the research focuses are influenced by intrinsic factors and extrinsic factors of high achieving principals. Key-Words : strategy, head master, achievement Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) latar belakang kepala sekolah dalam pencapaian prestasi terbaik; (2) kebiasaan kepala sekolah yang dapat menunjang pencapaian prestasi terbaik; (3) usaha yang dilakukan kepala sekolah dalam pencapaian prestasi terbaik; dan (4) faktor pendukung pencapaian prestasi terbaik pada lomba kepala sekolah berprestasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi multi kasus. Pada tahap pengolahan data, analisis data menggunakan kasus tunggal dan dilanjutkan dengan analisis lintas kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, dari latar belakang pencapaian prestasi salah satunya seperti dari pribadi kepala sekolah yang suka berkompetisi dan kepercayaan dari orang lain, kebiasaan yang menunjang prestasi seperti berbagi ilmu dan mengikuti organisasi, usaha yang dilakukan dalam pencapaian prestasi berupa mengikuti pelatihan juga best practice, dan faktor pendukung pencapaian prestasi terbaik seperti motivasi pribadi juga adanya motivasi dari orang lain. Secara keseluruhan, temuan dari masing-masing fokus penelitian tersebut dipengaruhi oleh faktor intrinsik dan faktor ekstrinsik dari kepala sekolah berprestasi. The study was descriptive in nature employing multiple correlational design. The population of this study are all teachers at this school and a sample was selected using simple random sampling. Data were analyzed employing analytical descriptive technique and multiple correlation. Results of the study indicate that there is a relationship between job satisfaction and performance, and there is a multiple relationship between the components of competencies, job satisfaction, and performance. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dengan desain korelasi ganda. Populasi penelitian ini adalah semua guru di SMK Batu. Sampel ditentukan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling . Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik deskriptif dan korelasi ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara kepuasan kerja dan kinerja. Di samping itu ditemukan hubungan antar komponen variabel meliputi kompetensi, kepuasan kerja, dan kinerja Guru di SMK Kota Batu. This study used a qualitative approach with case study design. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. Through data collection techniques and data analysis, the following results were obtained: (1) The planning of learning was carried out by the school through coordination meetings and appointed coordina- tors in the AP, JB and UPW Departments to arrange student daily picket schedules at Edotel, while the RPP was prepared by subject teachers. ; (2) The implementation of learning at Edotel consists of daily pickets and teaching and learning activities at the AP, JB and UPW Departments; (3) evaluation and supervision are carried out by each coordinator, picket teacher and employee to students, while teaching and learning activities are carried out by subject teachers, evaluation and supervision is also carried out by Edotel structuralists. Melalui teknik pengumpulan data dan analisis data diperoleh hasil sebagai berikut: (1) Perencanaan pembelajaran dilakukan oleh sekolah melalui rapat koordinasi dan menunjuk koordintaor di Jurusan AP, JB dan UPW untuk menyusun jadwal piket harian siswa di Edotel, sedangkan penyusunan RPP dilakukan oleh guru mata pelajaran; (2) Pelaksanaan pembelajaran di Edotel terdiri dari piket harian dan kegiatan belajar mengajar pada Jurusan AP, JB dan UPW; (3) evaluasi dan pengawasan di lakukan oleh masing-masing koordinator, guru piket dan karyawan kepada siswa, sedangkan kegiatan belajar mengajar dilakukan oleh guru mata pelajaran, evaluasi dan pengawasan dilakukan juga oleh struktural Edotel. This study uses a qualitative approach, with a case study research at SMK Negeri 13 Malang. Data collection uses interview, observation, and documentation techniques. In analyzing data, the techniques used are reduction, data display and conclusion drawing. The results of this study are: (1) the form of “ketarunaan” culture consists of akamedic culture, social culture and democratic culture; (2) cultural excellence includes benefits obtained by internal and external parties; (3) the process of character building takes place through the implementation of school culture accompanied by elements of supporting the implementation of culture; and (4) supporting factors, inhibiting factors and solutions made in overcoming obstacles to the implementation of school-based learning culture which consists of internal and external parties. Key-Words : school culture, “ketarunaan”, students character Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan: (1) bentuk budaya, (2) keunggulan budaya, (3) proses pembentukan karakter peserta didik, (4) faktor pendukung pelaksanaan budaya, (5) faktor penghambat pelaksanaan budaya dan (6) solusi yang dilakukan dalam mengatasi hambatan budaya sekolah berbasis ketarunaan dalam pembentukan karakter peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan racangan penelitian studi kasus di SMK Negeri 13 Malang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Dalam menganalisis data, teknik yang digunakan yaitu reduksi, display data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu: (1) bentuk budaya sekolah berbasis ketarunaan terdiri dari budaya akademik, budaya sosial dan budaya demokratis; (2) keunggulan budaya meliputi keuntungan yang diperoleh pihak internal dan eksternal; (3) proses pembentukan karakter berlangsung melalui pelaksanaan budaya sekolah disertai dengan elemen penunjang pelaksanaan budaya; dan (4) faktor pendukung, faktor penghambat dan solusi yang dilakukan dalam mengatasi hambatan pada pelaksanaan budaya sekolah berbasis ketarunaan terdiri dari pihak internal dan eksternal. Schools as educational organizations have human resources (HR) that handle administrative services, which are commonly called School Administration Staff (SAS). The question posed in this research is how high is the level of empowerment of the SAS Junior High School Batu City? To answer the research question, this study uses a quantitative research approach. The research sample was SAS Junior High School Batu City with a total of 25 people. To measure indicators of level of empowerment of SAS by using a questionnaire developed by Kusumaningrum et al., (2017a). The research data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, namely by calculating the mean, standard deviation, and category description of each item. The results of the data analysis concluded that the empowerment level of the SAS Junior High School Batu City with the highest frequency of 9 people (36%) was in the good category and the average score was 70.2. Based on the description analysis category each item is known from 23 items, there are 7 items (30.43%) included in the low category, and 16 items (69.57%) are included in the high category. Keywords : empowerment, school administration staff Abstrak : Pemberdayaan merupakan kunci organisasi meningkatkan produktivitas dan kinerja organisasi. Sekolah sebagai organisasi pendidikan memiliki sumber daya manusia (SDM) yang menangani layanan administrasi, yang lazim disebut Tenaga Administrasi Sekolah (TAS). Pertanyaan yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini adalah seberapa tinggi tingkat pemberdayaan TAS SMP Kota Batu? Untuk menjawab pertanyaan penelitian tersebut, penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian adalah TAS SMP Kota Batu dengan jumlah 25 orang. Untuk mengukur indikator tingkat pemberdayaan TAS dengan menggunakan angket yang dikembangkan oleh Kusumaningrum dkk., (2017a). Data penelitian dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif, yaitu dengan menghitung rerata, deviasi standar, dan deskripsi kategori setiap item. Hasil analisis data menyimpulkan bahwa tingkat pemberdayaan TAS SMP Kota Batu dengan frekuensi tertinggi 9 orang (36%) termasuk dalam kategori baik dan rerata skor sebesar 70,2. Berdasarkan analisis deskripsi kategori setiap item diketahui dari 23 item terdapat 7 item (30,43%) termasuk dalam kategori rendah, dan 16 item (69,57%) termasuk dalam kategori tinggi.
