The relative importance of these mechanisms is uncertain. In order to study the physics mechanism of surface etching process, a plasma etching modeling method is proposed, which combines optimization technique with simulation. This paper developed a cumulative GA with evaluated probability to solve this expensive optimization problem. The experimental results illustrate that simulating result according to new etching model coming from the proposed method is very similar with the experiment. The control of in-plane and out-of-plane relative motions can be completely decoupled using the ROEs-based impulsive feedback control law. The effects of the earth gravity harmonics perturbation (mainly J2) on the relative orbit are derived. Subsequently a formation optimal control approach are proposed. The analyses are conducted under two conditions, which means reconfiguration would be performed between the same configurations or between the different ones. Compared with optimal Lambert double impulsive method using improved particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm, the new multi-impulse reconfiguration strategy in this paper is validated by simulations. When tracking a target, the algorithm may result in a divergence because of an unknown noise. This paper proposes an adaptive cubature Kalman filter based on cubature Kalman filter and Sage-Husa estimator. The proposed algorithm brings a Sage-Husa estimator in the cubature Kalman filter algorithm, so it can estimates the statistical parameters of unknown system and observation noise in real time, refrain the algorithm from divergence. The proposed algorithm can also decrease the tracking error due to unknown noise, and increase the accuracy and numerical stability effectively. It is one of the important indicators of the results of navigation and positioning. The widely used pseudorange domain \"snapshot\" RAIM algorithms are restricted to the pseudorange redundancy demand and greatly influenced by observation error problem. To detect and identify the gross error, a temporal domain “filtering” RAIM algorithm by using the particle filter algorithm is put forward. Compared with the traditional algorithm, this new algorithm has lower computing complexity and good real-time performance. Besides, it can obtain good results of satellite fault detection and ruled out. The experiments prove that the temporal RAIM algorithm can effectively make up for the pseudorange redundant requirement of traditional monitoring methods, but also can greatly improve the usability of the navigation and positioning results. The approach is based on architectural design features of the building such as walls and doors to help the robot on finding the best route to go. Lighter POMDP plans are generated only for representative rooms of the environment, decreasing size of the set of possible states. The plans are created offline only once and used indefinitely regardless of missions combining them online. The plan only requires as input, the environment map and the robot actions and possible observations. We demonstrate the single level approach and the map decomposition with experiments on both V-REP Simulator and the Pioneer 3DX robot. Compared with the classical ranging model, the proposed model is with high accuracy under the indoor environment about localization, and it is feasible and simple. Firstly it analyzes characteristics of each stage of turnouts device operating current curve, summarizes the typical turnout fault operating current curve; Then, establishes the mapping data sets between the action current and turnout fault types; Finally, using the BP neural network to train and test the mapping data sets of action current and turnout fault types. Taking it all round, we can find that the superiority of different combinations are usually different [1]. To get better combinations, from the static and dynamic perspectives in this paper, we present two multiobjective optimization models for the inputs combinations that lead to the same main outputs. And we can get some optimal combinations in the Pareto sense from the models. The Pareto optimal input combinations can make system outputs get more range that is dynamic in the control process.
