A combined scheme is proposed to automatically determine, extract and track the ROI in a coded video sequence. Both the visual attention model in human vision system (HVS) and the temporal motion cues in a video sequence are incorporated to generate the saliency maps and to determine the ROI. The identified ROI is tracked frame to frame in the compressed domain, using only the motion vectors. An evaluation approach of system-of-systems using a two layer model based on fuzzy analytic network process is proposed in the paper. A two layer network, mission network and capabilities and systems network, is introduced to represent the complex interconnections and interactions in SoS under uncertain context. Experts' knowledge on SoS evaluation is extracted by a series of questions. Algorithm for deriving priorities from the model is proposed. The modern network system, distributing widely, has a huge, complicated structure. Even if there is a small fault, it would bring users huge economic losses, However, in the actual network, a network fault usually leads to a number of alarm events, so we must analysis the correlation among the alarm events, and then determine the root alarm. In order to analyse the correlation among alarms, the network alarm was processed into fuzzy network alarm, which is compatible with fuzzy reasoning, by fuzzy set theory and fuzzy reasoning technology. Then set up corresponding knowledge representation and reasoning method for fuzzy reasoning. However, traditional systems have two open problems on text processing part: first, output returned by traditional systems cannot cover enough key information restored in database; second, they cannot learn utterance of manipulator automatically, which may cause misunderstanding of manipulator's order. Inspired from biology, this paper proposes a conception of benefit-harm value. And with it we design a novel system whose output covers more possible key information and that is able to learn utterance of manipulator through training. In experiments we test how many necessary keywords the outputs of traditional system and our system can cover respectively. Therefore, a technical study of the impact of EVs charging on the distribution system is required. This paper is applied with PSCAD software and aimed to analyzing the Total Harmonic Distortion (THD) brought by Electric Vehicles charging stations in power systems. The paper starts with choosing IEEE34 node test feeder as the distribution system, building electric vehicle level two charging battery model and other four different testing scenarios: overhead transmission line and underground cable, industrial area, transformer and photovoltaic (PV) system. Then the statistic method is used to analyze different characteristics of THD in the plug-in transient, plug-out transient and steady-state charging conditions associated with these four scenarios are taken into the analysis. Finally, the factors influencing the THD in different scenarios are found. This paper introduces the operation principle of the flexible assembly docking tooling, using industrial Ethernet MODbus/TCP protocol to set up completed the CAN bus control system, implement the flexible docking tooling overall design of the control system, at the same time, the PC control system by using Visual Studio, software development and design, completed the servo drive system and control system internal coordination. The method can imitate the eyeshot of a skilled driver driving a car on road, and may be an available approach for the control of automatic driving. According to a car's orientation relative to road, a feasible neighborhood system consisted of trapezoids for intelligent cars are presented. An experimental approach to find satisfactory feasible neighborhoods for autonomous vehicles following roads are discussed, which are built by considering the changes of road edges. By the theories of neighborhood control systems, the whole motion planning for intelligent vehicles following roads is no other than the motion planning in finite simple feasible neighborhoods. Each of the motion planning in finite local feasible neighborhoods can be easily realized by fuzzy control rules and obtain a satisfactory result. All the methods are designed basing on the original manners of data from available sensors of angle and distance. So do the simulations on the control processes.
