Puzakova E.P., Chestnikova V.A. 1997). A share of tourism is 10 % of the 'world total national incomes. On Novosibirsk area, mainly Novosibirsk, the number gone away adroad on a line of tourfirms has achieved 160 thousand of persons (Russian-wide parameters for 1998 is 9,5 mln.persons.). Lately to Novosibirsk area comes up to 10 thousand foreign tourists in one year. Analyzing activity of leading firms of Novosibirsk, it is possible to make a conclusion, that the tourism is profitable branch allowing to decide the problem of population employment and develop adjacent branches of a facilities. But it is enough of problems too. As well as any sphere of activity, tourist industry submits to the basic laws of the market, which it is necessary to take into account. Manufacture and consumption of tourism services are closely connected among themselves. Frequently manufacture can take place, if consumer is present thus. For the consumer the risk is very high, because he beforehand cannot see beforehand or compare, or to try tourist services, i.e. as though is evident there was a preliminary information, booklets, prospectuses and videorollers were colourful, the consumer, actually, buys (( cat in a bag D. The seller (touragent,touroperator), too can make a mistake, since the satisfaction of tourists needs is very subjective and irrationally. It results that it is impossible to test, approve or objectively to compare various alternatives; it is impossible to take into account all additional charges both inconveniences. The sellers and clients usually have different understanding that is product. Whis the tourist point of view, the product buyed, covers all: from time when he leaves the house, before time of returning back. In other words tourist product for him is a connection of all components of a package. Therefore with acceptance of the decisions about trip there is a set vagueness. For decrease of a degree of uncertainty with planning marketing strategy in the tourist market it is necessary to take into account existing market risks. Let's consider a number such interferens factors as: inelasticity of demand, inelasticity of the offer, competition between services and routes, elasticity of the price and income, seasonal fluctuations, influence of the external factors. The given analysis of the factors influencing to formation of the market of tourist services, can be interesting by consideration of the tendencies of development of tourism in West-Sibirian region. Interferens of the factors is traced with formation, progress and realization of a tourist product, i.e. during the whole production cycle of tourist industry (see fig. 1). Diamond is well known as an excellent material which has high hardness, good thermal conductivity and chemical resistance. In this study, we tried to form diamond film on iron based substrates. Direct deposition of diamond on ferrous materials suffers from adhesion problems due to the build up of a graphite layer at the interface. A successful solution to this problem was attained through the use of an intermediate layer consisting of nitrided chromium film. The Cr or Cr compound film as interlayer was deposited by DC magnetron sputtering methods. Then, additional gas nitriding was performed. Before coating, substrates were etched with Ar gas plasma which controlled the roughness of the substrate. As a result, we formed a homogeneous diamond film by using an interlayer. Diamond film was coated by hot filament CVD. Adhesion of diamond films was investigated by the scratch adhesion test. The critical load of diamond film on the Cr interlayer deposited by sputtering was very low but diamond film on CrN, Cr/sub 2/N layer formed by gas nitriding was over 80 N.","PeriodicalId":250552,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings Third Russian-Korean International Symposium on Science and Technology. Given the available approach to design of electrical machines of different kinds of IM, including all parameters, are considered to be determinate. The investigations carried out in production technology showed that marked spread parameters and quality indices take place that should be taken into consideration in design. Spread parameters in design are taken into account by an indirect route-providing a reserve in quality indices. In turn it causes material capacity increase. The purpose of the paper is development of a peculiar approach to resource economies in IM design on the basis of parameter spread decrease especially when prices change quickly during the transition stage of the economy. There for their partial destruction in a cold season in an outcome of the extension of freezing water happens. For an elemination of this process it is necessary to produce covers, which do not pass and do not swallow a moisture. Other major request presented to these covers, is the availability and low cost. In construction one of major problems is the guard of metal constructions from corrosion. As has shown the analysis and our researches by such materials for covers can be phosphatic materials. They are well combined from a various kind by oxides, both natural and tecnological of an origin. In case of use tecnological of raw material, for example of oxides of iron formed in metallurgical productions, the ecological problem of deleting from a nature of polluting substances is decided also. Phospphatic connecting can be derivated because of low-grade ortho-phosphoric of an acid or phosphate of some productions, being scraps [l]. The materials are named phosphatic, which in the cement of role is executed by salts orthophosphoric acids formed during chemical interaction it with components of an initial mixture. The Chinese call this invisible substance Iltsi\". All in nature arises in a natural way as a result of the condensation of this energy. It determines parameters of any thing or any phenomenon. Besides, it establishes the degree of their vital potential. It is influenced in many respects bythe height of mountains, the character of vegetation, the movement of water etc. From the Earth depths tsi's spiral flow goes upwards. In places where this flow touches terrestrial surface, the favorable zone for the development of all alive is formed. As a rule, these zones are basins of plain deep rivers. The intensive tsi splashes form mountains and volcanos on the Earth surface. In waterless deserts the tsi flow is too deep. Therefore, there is no life in the sands heated by the sun. The proposed conditions have allowed dependences of the mixing effect upon the parity of monolayer number in AlAs barriers to be obtained and applied stress. The calculations have shown, that the pressure results in a significant displacement of /spl chi/-resonances and increase of splitting magnitude of twin /spl chi/-peaks which is caused by interaction with /spl Gamma/-peak. The designed model allows us to describe the packed bed motion as for gravitational and pressurized flows in pneumatic units of powder technology.
