Therefore, retinal images can be used for the early detection of diabetic retinopathy. The retinal images were produced by a fundus camera. Sometimes, it yielded an image that has low quality. This image contains noise and low contrast. The low-quality image causes the blood vessels in the retina unable to segment properly for disease detection. To enhance the low-quality image is needed a strong system to enhance the image quality. This study introduces a hybrid system that combined contrast enhancement and noise reduction to enhance image quality. The steps of contrast enhancement were gamma correction, CLAHE, and Local Contrast to create a better image quality. The steps of noise reduction were the result of contrast enhancement that should be combined with the Median Filter and Gaussian Filter. The method of Median and Gaussian filter can be used to determine the best method that could reduce the image noise. The results showed that the MSE, PSNR, and SSIM of the Gaussian filter were higher than the Median filter result.","PeriodicalId":250460,"journal":{"name":"2021 International Conference on Informatics, Multimedia, Cyber and Information System (ICIMCIS","volume":"61 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-10-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123786481","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

To solve that, the paradigm of DevOps is introduced. DevOps is considered the most effective way to improve collaboration between development and IT operations in achieving quality, stability, reliability, and team satisfaction. Due to these thrive factors, DevOps are still popular in IT project development nowadays. However, the present survey shows that organizations still face barriers and struggle in their adoption of DevOps. This study aims to identify the challenges which involved hindering DevOps adoption by conducting a literature review. The identified challenges were further validated and prioritized by IT practitioners from technology companies in Indonesia using AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) method. The result is ‘highly bureaucratic deployment process’, ‘insufficient communication and collaboration issues’, and ‘lack of clear definition and strategic direction’ are the most significant challenges that need to be addressed to successful DevOps implementation with value 16.1%, 14,4%, and 13.7 % respectively.","PeriodicalId":250460,"journal":{"name":"2021 International Conference on Informatics, Multimedia, Cyber and Information System (ICIMCIS","volume":"83 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-10-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121730719","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The utilization of information technology in supporting the promotion of culinary tourism is needed to accelerate culinary tourism development. This study built a web-based regional culinary tourism selection recommendation application named wikuliner.com using the Extreme Programming method and Skyline Query applied to a simple query in a relational database system based on the user's preferences. The application was developed using the Web Framework - PHP Yii2 Framework and MySQL Database. The web application is solved in two iterations. The first iteration completed five user stories with a team velocity of 25. The second iteration ended with six user stories with a team velocity of 29. Vietnam, as well as other nations, suffers significant economic harm due to its presence. Businesses in Vietnam, particularly small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs), must plan for this scenario. It has been shown that E-marketing is a successful technique for finding and communicating with consumers worldwide. The disease has been aided by lockdowns and social isolation in the Covid-19 pandemic. This study seeks to discover the impact of several variables on small business owners' plans to utilize e-marketing in Vietnam as part of the Covid-19 pandemic. The study used both qualitative and quantitative research techniques. The qualitative approach is used to confirm and modify a scale, whereas quantitative research is used to help establish a range. The results show that 04 variables impact e-marketing intention, including (1) Compatibility, (2) attitudes towards the use of E-marketing, (3) perceived usefulness, and (4) perceived barriers to use, (5) subjective norms, where perceived usefulness is the most critical influence. The research has put forward many proposals to enhance the desire of businesses to utilize E-Marketing.","PeriodicalId":250460,"journal":{"name":"2021 International Conference on Informatics, Multimedia, Cyber and Information System (ICIMCIS","volume":"16 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-10-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130128510","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Nevertheless, the scrutiny of feedback with respect to WhatsApp amid the COVID-19 pandemic, to the best of the writers' knowledge, was still under-researched. Thereby, this study aimed to uncover the instructor feedback in a WhatsApp group. The embedded design of mixed-method was employed. Twenty-three EFL postgraduate students, taking an online course using a WhatsApp group in one university in Bandung city, were involved. Moreover, the data were garnered using a questionnaire and semi-structured interview corroborated by online chat archives in the WhatsApp group. Findings revealed that the use of WhatsApp resulted in some challenges and opportunities. Moreover, based on the content analysis, the most frequent level of instructor feedback encountered was self-level (64%) consecutively followed with process level (20%), task level (15%), and self-regulation level (1%). Additionally, descriptive statistics revealed that with a mean of 82.5 and a standard deviation of 6.5, the instructor feedback quality was categorized as a good one. Meanwhile, some themes concerning the instructor feedback characteristics found encompassed immediacy, relevancy, constructiveness, and objectivity. Some pedagogical implications and suggestions to optimize the use of WhatsApp as a learning tool were also discussed.","PeriodicalId":250460,"journal":{"name":"2021 International Conference on Informatics, Multimedia, Cyber and Information System (ICIMCIS","volume":"11 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-10-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126368862","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
