The population-based direct questionnaire was performed on data obtained from the public accountant's auditor in Central Java, Indonesia. The structural equation model analysis is used for hypothesis testing. The results showed that role conflict and job insecurity significantly mediated type A personality to auditor burnout. However, the research did not find evidence of the role effect of ambiguity and role overload on burnout. Suggestions for the public accountant recognize auditors' personalities, arranging work schedules and work assignments, and explaining the standards set out to prevent job burnout. Further research should be conducted to identify more specific determinants by classifying auditors' levels and job length.","PeriodicalId":250419,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2nd Annual Conference on blended learning, educational technology and Innovation (ACBLETI 2020)","volume":"94 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-06-17","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122940155","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

CSR is a strategy in which businesses incorporate social issues into their activities and relationships with customers on the basis of volunteerism and collaboration. Sharia Banking Law Number 21 of 2008 states that in addition to performing economic activities, it also contributes to the health of the people. Islamic banking can fulfill one of these goals through the practice of baitul mal, which is the receipt of funds from zakat, gifts, alms, or other public social funds. The aim of this analysis is to examine how CSR is implemented in Islamic banks in Indonesia. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach to provide a more detailed description of the data. The thesis discusses the idea of CSR in Islamic banking, dubbed Al-Qardhul Hasan, which emphasizes collective empowerment projects as a means of educating the community about the importance of sustainable growth.","PeriodicalId":250419,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2nd Annual Conference on blended learning, educational technology and Innovation (ACBLETI 2020)","volume":"24 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-06-17","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121982374","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The study aims to explore the state's capacity in implementing the vaccination program. The study uses the literature review method, sourced from scientific journals, books, and other information sources. The study results show that the state capacity in implementing the vaccination program is classified as good in the dimensions of operational capability, budgetary capacity, institutional capacity, and analytical capacity. Although the size of operational capacity, the obstacle of vaccine procurement causes vaccination targets not to be achieved. The cold chain is insufficient in some areas, including the slow distribution of vaccines due to geographic constraints on the dimension of institutional capacity.","PeriodicalId":250419,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2nd Annual Conference on blended learning, educational technology and Innovation (ACBLETI 2020)","volume":"114 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-06-17","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122058951","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

A local church will grow optimally if all its components are empowered according to their respective capacities. Church members who are known as church members with professional abilities in their world of work; can contribute to the development of employment services to the world. This contribution will be even better if the empowerment of Christian education supports it. The local church has a responsibility for self-development and needs to recognize the tremendous potential in every member of its church. Church members who are professionals in the world of work can be empowered for leadership in the local church. However, sometimes people don't realize this even though the strengthening of church members' role can be beneficial if it is carried out properly through efforts to empower Christian education. That is why leaders need to give space for strengthening the position of church members in the local church's leadership. Maintaining the role referred to as empowering Christian education is carried out effectively.","PeriodicalId":250419,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2nd Annual Conference on blended learning, educational technology and Innovation (ACBLETI 2020)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-06-17","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130992684","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Because of this reason, efforts from companies to handle COVID-19 cases internally are needed, which include corporate communications consisting of internal and external communication. The purpose of this study is to obtain an overview and perform an analysis on how a manufacturing company carries out corporate communications in Cilegon City, Indonesia, in handling COVID-cases internally. This research employed a qualitative approach with a case study method and involved several informants consisting of the COVID-19 handling team, employees, and external company parties. The results of this study indicate that the company has anticipated the COVID-19 cases by issuing a COVID-19 Business Continuity Plan (BCP), which includes prevention efforts, team recovery, and procedures for employees whom COVID19 infects. The BCP was communicated and implemented using various communication media such as WhatsApp, email, SMS, telephone, announcement boards, and employee screening cards for internal parties. Meanwhile, for external parties, it was communicated through email, telephone, and WhatsApp. With good internal communications, COVID-19 cases can be prevented, and deaths due to the virus can be avoided. Employees also become more aware of the obligation to comply with the COVID-19 health protocol. With good external communications, handling COVID-19 cases will be faster and more effective as the company can collaborate with other parties.","PeriodicalId":250419,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2nd Annual Conference on blended learning, educational technology and Innovation (ACBLETI 2020)","volume":"8 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-06-17","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134045129","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
