Z-generation was a generation that was born in 1997 2019. This learning was learning process where students are asked to make a video learning material for the skeletal system with contemporary songs, modern song lyrics, and designed according to the style of the younger generation of Z-Generation. This design of research is a quasi-experiment that uses the pretest posttest control group design. The population on this research was all science class 11 in State Senior High School 1 Prambanan consisting of 4 classes. The study sample was taken two classes based on cluster random sampling technique. The class was consisted control class and experiment class. The instruments that used in this study were the observation sheet of learning implementation with Contextual Teaching and Learning approach with Z-generation video, and the test of assessing critical thinking skills. Data from the study were analyzed by ANOVA. The results showed that class scores used learning with Z-generation video was 75.18. While the value of critical thinking of students in the control class is 60.54. The results of these values indicated students' critical thinking skills that make the Z-generation video higher than the control class. Then it could be concluded that learning with Z-generation video has a positive effect on students' critical thinking skills.","PeriodicalId":250419,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2nd Annual Conference on blended learning, educational technology and Innovation (ACBLETI 2020)","volume":"63 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-06-17","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126327379","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The intentions of employee sales are the proxy for the current turnover of employees. The management of shifting working ties is one of the daunting challenges facing hospitality organizations. The hotel sector uses its human capital to gain its strategic edge in the consumer services market. Experts stress that the hospitality industry is a highly guest-based market that determines the enterprise's performance through meetings between staff and visitors. Answers from respondents that are quantitative where answers are given a score using a Likert scale. The results of this study are a regression test of Ŷ = 26.584 + 0.684X meaning that if the provision of group counselling services is improved, then changes in social behavior will also increase or grow. This is because the greater the market valuation of a company's properties is in relation to its market value, the further likely it is that investors will make further sacrifices to acquire the firm. This research would investigate the relationship between human capital, capital markets, and firm valuation. Intellectual capital was quantified using the Public model—Q Tobin's quantifies a significant discount. Meanwhile, three control variables exist, which are scale, leverage, and development. The population of this sample is manufacturing firms that are publicly traded on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) between 2017 and 2020. Purposive sampling was used to assemble the survey, which included 252 individuals (firm-years). Multiple regression analyses and descriptive statistics are used in this report. Eviews 8.0 is used to analyze the data. According to this report, the VAIC (value-added intellectual coefficient) and stock market value have little impact on firm value. Meanwhile, the three control variables used have little impact on the intensity of the values.","PeriodicalId":250419,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2nd Annual Conference on blended learning, educational technology and Innovation (ACBLETI 2020)","volume":"68 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-06-17","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124353937","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This paper aims to predict the elasticity modulus of Tangkin and identify factors which influenced it. Modulus elasticity reduced from Hooke’s Law experiment, by using tensile test method, pulled by external force from 5.0 – 40 N. There is three Tangkin’s miniature assessed. They are made from bamboo, brace-less configuration, and have typical pattern of woven for each other. The pattern of woven has alliance with finite geometric series mathematics method by using Math Lab. The stress-strain graph presented the elasticity characterisation of Tangkin is still in Hooke’s Law area. Tangkin’s elastic modulus tends to increase in longer height of cylinder-like, but decrease on larger surface area. It means the toughness Tangkin will obtained with skinny but long shape. The elastic modulus value of Tangkin 1, Tangkin 2, and Tangkin 3 equal to 5909.1 Pa, 5267.4 Pa and 4550.8 Pa respectively. The weave pattern also influenced the elastic modulus, due to the force distribute direction. The pattern that have tendency to direct the force distribution oppositely from gravitational direction, will increase the strength of Tangkin. Meanwhile the slope of direction of force distribution will twisted the tangkin. This research can be useful for stage manage the alternative elasticity practical based on indigenous physics.","PeriodicalId":250419,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2nd Annual Conference on blended learning, educational technology and Innovation (ACBLETI 2020)","volume":"41 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-06-17","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127746275","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The attenuation coefficient of the material will provide information on the physical properties of it, in the image produced by CT Scan, the attenuation coefficients of the material is related to the number of Hounsfield Unit (HU). Alginate impression material is an irreversible hydrocolloid molding material that will form a gel when reacted with water without heating treatment process. The nature of alginate gel is elastic and has a fast setting time, often used in the manufacture of dentures. Alginate scanning using CT scan can provide information on alginate gel equivalents with human body tissue by comparing the HU values obtained. Alginate impression material that has been set up by using water is formed with a size of 11 x 11 cm with a thickness varying 5 mm, 7 mm and 9 mm and then scanned using CT Scan obtained an average HU of -51, which is equivalent to soft tissue such as lipid or breast.","PeriodicalId":250419,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2nd Annual Conference on blended learning, educational technology and Innovation (ACBLETI 2020)","volume":"133 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-06-17","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132734927","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
