The issues of digital transformation are becoming particularly relevant for the integrated structures represented by industrial clusters. It is important to understand that industrial clusters can be considered in the structure of an evolutionary transition: a protocluster - a cluster - an industrial cluster - an innovative industrial cluster -an innovative-active industrial cluster - a system-forming innovation-active industrial cluster, all these differ from each other in the level of innovation activity, as well as in the amount of digital potential, which is formed and developed in the process of the active implementation of various digital tools, as well as the creation of digital platforms, on which all participants in the cluster communicate. Purpose of the research is the identification of the essential characteristics and structure of digital platforms of industrial clusters and enterprises. As elements of the scientific novelty of the presented research, it is possible to single out: the author's definition of the concept of \"digital platform of an industrial cluster\", an approach to considering options for the functioning of digital platforms in the structure of individual industrial enterprises and clusters, as well as the proposed graphical structural and functional models reflecting the scheme of work of a \"smart production at an industrial enterprise\" and the structure of a \"single digital platform for an industrial cluster\". Within the framework of this scientific article, the methods of generalization and graphic analysis were used, which made it possible to fully reflect the results of the research carried out within the framework of the problem under consideration.","PeriodicalId":249209,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2nd International Scientific Conference on Innovations in Digital Economy","volume":"141 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-10-22","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133989249","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Digitalization processes have an undeniable positive effect on the level of economic security of subjects of the socio-economic system. In the context of unfavorable epidemiological situation caused by the spread of COVID-19, when there was an extensive threat to economic security, and the demand for tourism services fell virtually to zero, there is a need to find new tools and methods to solve the problem of the attractiveness of tourist destinations. The relevance of the study is that the digitalization acts objectively as the most important tool for understanding the world, allowing to solve both known and new problems of economic security of tourism and satisfying the needs of tourist services in the most effective way. The complex nature of the tourist service determines the diversity of the destination infrastructure and the need for an integrated approach to ensuring economic security at all stages of the implementation of the cycle of recreational activities - from organizing a safe transfer, accommodation and meals that meet the requirements of regulatory documents to ensuring all types of security for excursion services and providing the most complete set of additional services. The authors have shown that the use of digital technologies in the tourism industry allows to reveal such attractiveness properties of destination which are more appealing to the tourists, which, in turn, increases the level of economic security of the subjects of the socio-economic system.","PeriodicalId":249209,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2nd International Scientific Conference on Innovations in Digital Economy","volume":"41 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-10-22","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123451370","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Nuclear power, due to its peculiarities, is at the forefront, but for the effective implementation of NPP projects, it is necessary to improve many business processes and implementation stages, and optimize the internal operation of the plant. Many NPP projects are implemented by the Russian side abroad, which also requires clear regulated actions to reduce costs when the cost of developing and implementing projects in the nuclear power industry is high. Expensive maintenance of nuclear power plants delays their payback, which makes it difficult to find investors. The purpose of this work is to show the need for digitalization in the nuclear power industry, as well as its impact on the main performance indicators of the project. The research was conducted using traditional project performance indicators, taking into account the specifics of their definition in the application of project financing mechanisms. The impact of the \"Akkuyu\" NPP project on Turkey's energy sector and its place in the country's energy balance were considered. As a result, project performance indicators were calculated before and after digitalization activities. Since digitalization helps to optimize capital and operating costs, as well as reduce the project implementation time, which is also a positive point, it was found that the net discounted income of the project will increase by almost 2 times. At the same time, there is a reduction in the payback period of the project by almost a third. A practical example based on the \"Akkuyu\" NPP project in the Republic of Turkey, implemented by the Russian Federation in the Republic of Turkey on the basis of an intergovernmental agreement, is considered.","PeriodicalId":249209,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2nd International Scientific Conference on Innovations in Digital Economy","volume":"36 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-10-22","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124822908","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The problem of promoting territories is much broader than the problem of image; it is the problem of regional competitiveness. But before starting to promote territories, it is necessary to create a marketing territorial product that will allow us to understand what exactly we want to sell, in which markets we can have advantages over other regions, how we can retain the existing population and attract new ones, and develop a concept of long-term competitive development. After developing the product, you can start creating the image of the region. The competitiveness of the territory is very important, because now people are very mobile and if they do not have positive associations with the territory where they live, they can change it. This will primarily affect young, promising and good specialists, as they will be in demand in other places as well. The article discusses the main directions of digital marketing development and the new opportunities that it provides. Digital technologies are becoming more and more popular and provide new opportunities for collecting information and implementing marketing communications, which require development in the modern world. In this paper, much attention is paid to the analysis of modern marketing technologies used in developed countries in similar markets, and the possibilities of their application in the Krasnoyarsk region are considered. The purpose of the research is to try to develop a marketing product - the territory of the Krasnoyarsk region and offer some measures to promote this territory and form its positive image.","PeriodicalId":249209,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2nd International Scientific Conference on Innovations in Digital Economy","volume":"37 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-10-22","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123666125","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The purpose of the research is to identify the most significant accounting policy elements of IT companies based on statistical methods and develop recommendations for their use in practice. To do this, we have selected 10 organizations of different sizes based on the level of revenue they received in the reporting year 2018. Then a correlation and regression analysis was performed in Stata app. Accounting net profit is taken as the resulting indicator that reflects the efficiency of accounting in the company. The relationship of this indicator with internal absolute and relative performance indicators of organizations was examined (revenue, cost, the residual value of intangible assets, R & D expenses, management expenses, other expenses, corporate income tax, autonomy coefficient, investment coverage coefficient), as well as an external factor, which is the level of inflation. It is proved that significant indicators for the analyzed industry are the cost of sales, the residual value of intangible assets, and the amount of corporate income tax. And among them, the greatest impact on accounting net profit is the cost indicator of intangible assets. This conclusion made it possible to outline alternative ways of accounting for intangible assets in relation to IT organizations taking into account the current Russian legislation; to offer brief recommendations on their reflection in accounting policies. Alternatives were also considered in respect of the method of depreciation, the changes in estimates of useful life, and the amortization method for an intangible asset revaluation. The article presents the issue of adopting one or another accounting policy option as an open question for further discussion.","PeriodicalId":249209,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2nd International Scientific Conference on Innovations in Digital Economy","volume":"58 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-10-22","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124174916","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It should be noted that at present, organizations that provide outsourcing services have not yet fully separated this business into a separate direction. Nevertheless, in the modern economic world, there is a tendency to increase the demand for outsourcing. There is a strong understanding that outsourcing is an effective way to reduce costs, access to the latest technologies and innovations that allow you to focus on your core business. However, practical experience shows that outsourcing logistics functions faces serious organizational and economic difficulties. The lack of scientific developments and research related to determining the complexity of the organization of logistics process management, their relationships with contractors on the principles of logistics is a necessary stage in solving complex economic problems, which largely determines the relevance of the research topic, requires the development of theoretical foundations and practical recommendations for order management in logistics processes. In this paper, the goal is to justify and demonstrate the basic approaches to outsourcing logistics activities to a third-party organization with the choice of the optimal package of logistics elements. The article is of scientific and practical significance, as it considers not only various options for outsourcing logistics links to a third - party organization, but also offers a method for evaluating the effectiveness of each of the options using the matrix approach. Scientific novelty: a matrix model of strategies for transferring the functional areas of the corporation's activities to the provider, taking into account the risk components, is proposed.","PeriodicalId":249209,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2nd International Scientific Conference on Innovations in Digital Economy","volume":"58 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-10-22","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126211656","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The research method is the analysis of statistical and forecast data on the research topic contained in the reports of the European Commission, World Bank, Rosstat, Trading economics, Index mundi, Strategy&, Statista, and also analyst forecasts PWC, BCG, Json & Partners, McKinsey, Consulting Group and others. The key problems of the current agro-industrial complex of the Russian Federation, consisting in a serious technological and economic lag behind the digitally advanced countries, the solution of which greatly contributes to the implementation of digital innovations were analysed in the research. However, for the successful implementation of digitalization, industry enterprises need to overcome a number of significant social, economic and technological barriers. The scientific value of this work lies in identifying and systematizing the main factors hindering the development of digitalization in the industry. The results of the researches carried out in this work show that the main barriers that have the most significant consequences for the future development of the Russian agricultural sector in the context of its digitalization are the lack of digital transformation standards, low digital literacy of the rural population and extremely limited network coverage in rural areas. The recommendations for the preparation of the main database of digital transformation of agricultural industry were formulated based on the analysis of the results of the researches of the current state and the key problems of the agro-industrial complex of the Russian Federation, as well as the current level and the prospects for the development of the digital economy of the country.","PeriodicalId":249209,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2nd International Scientific Conference on Innovations in Digital Economy","volume":"64 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-10-22","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127297947","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The aim is to identify non-contact teaching in education and which educational processes can be useful. The research methodology includes several methods that enable a triangular analysis, i.e., the analysis of bibliographic records in the Web of Science database, on-the-desk analysis of selected secondary sources, a focus group, and one narrative case. Information concerning university reactions to COVID-19 was collected by analyzing news and websites in Russia, in the CR, done a focus group interview, and further one unstructured interview for writing one narrative case. Both authors apply auto-narrative reflections to describe the environment at their universities and use their long-term experience with teaching and personal observations during the pandemic. Findings show educational processes at two universities in Russia and the CR in time when the universities transformed the traditional teaching to distance one. Teachers and students quickly mastered the transition; however, weaknesses and threats arose concerning undeveloped teaching methods for online education, the evaluation system of students' performance, managing the work-life balance of staff, and the quality of Internet communication. Based on university reactions and primary data, the authors believe that the future research must focus on the improvement of online teaching methods, re-design of students' performance management, a change of human resource management at universities, global knowledge sharing of best practices among universities, and the social responsibility of universities in the area of public digital competence.","PeriodicalId":249209,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2nd International Scientific Conference on Innovations in Digital Economy","volume":"32 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-10-22","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123900337","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The market of innovations for the electric power industry in the Russian Federation requires an increase in the number of solutions on the market despite the fact that it has only recently begun to take shape. Taking into consideration the fact that the life cycle of innovations in the market of electric power industry equipment is longer than in other industries (from one and a half years and more), high risks for investors are formed due to the fact that a substitute product for an innovative project may appear in the market during this time. The main problem is concentrated in the array of selection of startups at early stages and bringing them to the \"Finished product\" stage. The relevant task of the study is to develop a methodology for justifying commercial decision-making in selecting innovations at the early stages of the innovation life cycle. A methodological approach to justifying innovative projects in the electric power industry was developed and justified. This methodological approach is based on the construction of a structural and functional model of project evaluation, which includes a comprehensive criterial evaluation of qualitative (parameters of the business model of a project, indicators of the quality management system) and quantitative (investment, income and expenditure, as well as the resulting economic) indicators of a project. The concept of \"life cycle stages of an innovative product\" was explained as an important part of the process of evaluating the effectiveness of innovative projects. An algorithm for the selection of innovative projects in the electric power industry was developed in order to improve the quality of project selection and reduce the time needed for the selection process, which, in turn, should increase the interest of private investors in financing innovative projects in the electric power industry.","PeriodicalId":249209,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 2nd International Scientific Conference on Innovations in Digital Economy","volume":"96 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-10-22","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116100685","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
