Scientific and Practical Recommendations for Outsourcing of Logistics Activities
It is indisputable and proven in today's market relations that outsourcing is a modern form of doing business based on a development strategy and the transfer of a part of management functions or individual business processes by the customer for a long time to another contractor (outsourcer). It should be noted that at present, organizations that provide outsourcing services have not yet fully separated this business into a separate direction. Nevertheless, in the modern economic world, there is a tendency to increase the demand for outsourcing. There is a strong understanding that outsourcing is an effective way to reduce costs, access to the latest technologies and innovations that allow you to focus on your core business. However, practical experience shows that outsourcing logistics functions faces serious organizational and economic difficulties. The lack of scientific developments and research related to determining the complexity of the organization of logistics process management, their relationships with contractors on the principles of logistics is a necessary stage in solving complex economic problems, which largely determines the relevance of the research topic, requires the development of theoretical foundations and practical recommendations for order management in logistics processes. In this paper, the goal is to justify and demonstrate the basic approaches to outsourcing logistics activities to a third-party organization with the choice of the optimal package of logistics elements. The article is of scientific and practical significance, as it considers not only various options for outsourcing logistics links to a third - party organization, but also offers a method for evaluating the effectiveness of each of the options using the matrix approach. Scientific novelty: a matrix model of strategies for transferring the functional areas of the corporation's activities to the provider, taking into account the risk components, is proposed.
