Saparbekova","doi":"10.32523/2616-7034-2022-139-2-6-14","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.32523/2616-7034-2022-139-2-6-14","url":null,"abstract":". In the Turkestan region, there are factories for the production of wine materials and wine, the activity of which is associated with the formation of grape pomace, which can later be used as feed for cattle; making grape vinegar; in the production of alcohol; when preparing nutrient media for growing yeast. However, such use is not always advisable, given the unique biochemical composition of grape pomace. In addition, this product is not produced in Kazakhstan, and the cost of resveratrol powder produced in Russia is about 2,452.53 rubles per 50g. This article discusses methods for extracting resveratrol from different grape varieties using enzyme preparations. Resveratrol is a biologically active substance from the group of polyphenols, isolated from red grapes, grape pomace, and grape seeds, which have anticarcinogenic, antioxidant, and anti-inflammatory properties. Extraction experiments were carried out in three combinations using A. awamori F-RKM 0719 culture, Pectinol F-RKM 0719 enzyme preparation, and control. The analysis carried out has fully confirmed the effectiveness of using the enzyme preparation Pectinol F-RKM 0719. In all the experiments carried out, an increase in the amount of released resveratrol was observed almost twice as compared with the control experiments. Also, the use of the A. awamori F-RKM 0719 strain, the producer of the enzyme preparation Pectinol F-RKM 0719, showed a positive effect on the resveratrol yield. When using the Cabernet Sauvignon variety, the maximum amount of resveratrol which corresponds to the previously conducted experiments on the extraction of resveratrol from grape berries of various varieties.","PeriodicalId":248021,"journal":{"name":"BULLETIN of the L.N. Several mathematical models have been constructed based on the laws of biological kinetics. Computer experiments were developed using these models. Mathematical models describing the dependence of the concentration of bacterial biomass, substrates and protozoa on time have been created. With the help of the Mathcad package, graphical solutions of mathematical models were obtained and analyzed. Graphs of the states of ecological chains with changes in the rate of penetration of the nutrient substrate into the system were created and these states were studied. Mathematical models describing the mutual competition of 6 different bacteria were developed in Mathcad environment. The parameters characterizing the biomass concentration of each bacterium were established. This parameter included: saturation constant of bacteria, saturation constant of protozoa, maximum value of specific growth rate of bacteria, maximum value of specific growth rate of protozoa, and economic growth coefficient of protozoa. Graphical solution of mathematical models have been analyzed. These models characterize the dynamics of the concentration of bacterial biomass. A computer experiment representing competition between bacterial species was developed. The results of mutual competition of ten different bacterial colonies were obtained on the basis of numerical and graphical methods. The software has been compiled in Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 environment.","PeriodicalId":248021,"journal":{"name":"BULLETIN of the L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University. Anthropogenic activities have exacerbated the issue even more. As a result, salt stress appears to be a significant barrier to plant and crop productivity. Salinity has a variety of effects on plants, including osmotic effects and ion-specific toxicity, as well as proline accumulation and sulphur assimilation. Plants known as halophytes have a high salt tolerance, allowing them to survive and thrive in extremely saline conditions. The study of halophytes aids our comprehension of important adaptations required for survival in high salinity environments. Therefore, enhancing plant salt tolerance as well as increasing agricultural yield and quality of crops in saline lands is of vital importance. Here, we look at what we know about how salinity affects plant metabolism and how plants deal with it.","PeriodicalId":248021,"journal":{"name":"BULLETIN of the L.N. Several mathematical models are constructed based on the laws of biological kinetics. Computer experiments are carried out using these models. The population of Escherichia coli (Escherichia coli) was studied on the basis of the Malthus law and the Verhulst and Mono equations. These laws describe the phenomenon of changes in biomass depending on changes in certain parameters. Graphical solutions of differential equations were found using the Mathcad package. Under laboratory conditions, the correspondence of mathematical models of microbial populations with the data of the natural population was checked. Inside the reservoir, a \"producer - consult\" system was installed using chlorella (percudent) and paramecia (consult). The researchers used the Tamiya medium to produce chlorella (a type of algae). For the cultivation of paramecia, the Lozin-Lozinsky medium was used. To determine the amount of algae in the aquatic environment, the Goryaev chamber was used. The Bogorov camera was used to determine the number of bacteria. The results of the experiments confirm the numerical solutions of the equations that characterize the population of microorganisms. This factor proves that the mathematical model of the population clearly describes the dynamics of changes in the number of microorganisms.","PeriodicalId":248021,"journal":{"name":"BULLETIN of the L.N. When administered intragastrically to mice in doses from 500 to 2000 mg/kg, no acute toxicity was detected, no animal death was observed, and no deviations from the norm in other external parameters were observed. The study of acute toxicity of the preparations of polyphenolic powders from (PPPP) and polyphenolic powders derived from grape seed (PPGS) showed that they belong to the V class of chemical compounds (practically non-toxic) according to the OEC classification, the LD50 on mice was -˃2000 mg/kg. The preparations belong to the group with average and weak cumulative properties. These polyphenolic powders with high biological activity were obtained from food waste in Turkestan region, such as pomegranate peel and grape seeds. In recent years, there has been an active search for plant sources for bioactive compounds, and among the widely consumed fruits, which are considered an excellent source of polyphenols, and in relation to the use of industrial waste, pomegranate and grape fruits, are the leaders. The appropriateness of their use for human consumption was confirmed by the low level of risks in terms of the absence of toxicity and pronounced cumulative actions in these preparations.","PeriodicalId":248021,"journal":{"name":"BULLETIN of the L.N.
