This, of course, cannot be separated from the role and contribution of lecturers in instilling character in their students. So the purpose of this study is to describe the Contribution of Lecturers in Improving Student Ethics and Morals in the Digital Age According to an Axiological Perspective. The method used was a literature review, while the data was collected using careful observation techniques and then the contents were analyzed and finally concluded. The results of the study show that the Contribution of Lecturers in Improving Student Ethics and Morale in the Digital Age According to an Axiological Perspective includes instilling ethical and moral values, providing good examples and role models, implementing an integrated curriculum, wise use of technology, providing opportunities for discussion and reflection, providing feedback behind that builds, becomes a place for stories for students, and finally supports social activities.Keywords: Axiology, Ethics, Morals, Lecturers, Students","PeriodicalId":247394,"journal":{"name":"Research in Education and Rehabilitation","volume":"174 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141711569","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The influence of several factors that can affect the speech development (gender, educational level of mother and father, birth order, length of stay in kindergarten and the age subgroup within the same year) has been examined. This is a transverse study. From the overall, four-part model of the Gunzberg II test, we highlighted items related to communication in the order of age 4 and 5. Items were observed in relation to development standards and in relation to the Curriculum in preschool institutions. The sample is consisted of 639 children from 17 kindergartens. The results of the research suggest that the participants of this research do not have enough developed communication skills in accordance with the standards for appropriate ages. The variables we tested as independent did not show a constant impact on the appearance of differences in some tasks. In order to improve childrenʼs communication development, it would be necessary to: a. redesign the curriculum, b. develop programs of systematic parent training; and c. reduce the number of children in one educational group.Keywords: communicative skills; curriculum; differences among children; Gunzberg II test; preschool child.","PeriodicalId":247394,"journal":{"name":"Research in Education and Rehabilitation","volume":"44 12","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141715238","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Police officers are exposed to high levels of stress and its negative impact ontheir physical and mental health, as well as their social lives. The aim of this research is to determine the attitudes regarding the connection between physical fitness and stress prevention among police officers. The sample consists of 516 employees from police departments in the Central Bosnia Canton. The sample is structured with 312 male participants and 204 female participants. Both descriptive and analytical methods were applied in this research, as the descriptive method was used to describe the distribution of the studied phenomenon, while the analytical part followed the logic of the research. Analyzing all the results, it can be concluded that there is a high level of satisfaction with the management of work processes among police officers and with stress reduction in the workplace. The conclusion arises about the necessity of increasing the number of hours of police training, primarily for basic and investigative police work, in stress prevention among police officers. The results of comparative analysis indicate that there is no statistically significant difference among participants based on gender. The results show that the age of the participants significantly influences their attitudes towards overall satisfaction with management quality. Theresults suggest that participants who have been employed the longest and make the most use of the existing infrastructure express more positive attitudes.Key words:police, stress, physical fitness, burnout, prevention.","PeriodicalId":247394,"journal":{"name":"Research in Education and Rehabilitation","volume":"18 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134406733","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

That is, great concern and the need to provide everything necessary for the adequate development and functioning of these children in everyday conditions. All these changes directly affect the quality of life of these families. The aim of the research was to examine the impact of stress on the quality of the parental role of children with autism, i.e. the difficulties and importance of these families compared to parents of children from the typical population.90 families participated in this study, 45 families with a child with autism and 45 families with children from the typical population. The age of children of both sexes is from seven to 10 years. Two measuring instruments wereused to assess the quality of life. The research results showed that parents of children with autism face a high level of stress, lower satisfaction with the parental role (38.87±49.78), a higher level of parenting burden (40.38±45.33) and the lower importance of the parental role (2.53±52.31) compared to parents of children in the typical population.Key words: autism, family, stress, quality oflife.","PeriodicalId":247394,"journal":{"name":"Research in Education and Rehabilitation","volume":"18 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115011512","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Thismodel of teaching gives the most answers to students because it enables them to see subjects, phenomena and processes, relationships and connections between them as a part of the overall reality, that is, to structure knowledge from different subject areas into a common whole. The aim of the paper is to point out the importance of the application of structural cross-curricular correlation of certain teaching contents, i.e. to determine whether students of lower years of elementary school can connect knowledge from the field of geometry in mathematics and geometric abstraction in fine arts, in accordance with the current curriculum. Students of the third and fourth years of elementary school in the Tuzla area, in the second semester of the school year 2020/21, participated in the research. The research was conducted with a questionnaire, and the questions were divided into three categories: general data, recognition and naming of mathematical and artistic elements in the analysis of abstract works of art, andreduction of a figurative work of art to basic geometric shapes. The results of the correlation analysis showed, among other things, that children who achieved better results at the end of the previous year, achieved better results at the end of the semester in both subjects (mathematics and fine arts), and were also more successful at observing artistic and mathematical concepts in completely abstract art works. Given that a large percentage of students (65.6%) achieved exceptional achievement, it can be concluded that teachers are engaged when it comes to connecting teaching content, because students can mostly recognize artistic, compositional and mathematical elements in the analysis of abstract works of art. Key words: structural correlation, art and mathematics, geometric abstraction.","PeriodicalId":247394,"journal":{"name":"Research in Education and Rehabilitation","volume":"14 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121246188","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The research encompasses a sample of 66 respondents out of which 33 have non-damaged hearing and the remaining 33 respondents have hearing impairment. The age of respondents ranges, in chronological order, from 7 to 15 years. Recognition of emotions and facial expressions is being examined through 4 sets of tasks. The Emotion Recognition Test (ERT) is being used for evaluation, it has been adapted for the purpose of this paper and thereby adjusted for electronic usage via computer and internet. Through statistical processing of given data, following components have been calculated: minimal and maximum values, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test, Mann-Whitney U test, curvature test and flattening of distribution curve, t-test. Research results concluded that hearing impairment in children affects, with statistical significance, recognition and comprehension of facial expressions and emotions compared to their peers with no hearing impairment. The results were expected given the hearing condition and the consequences which hearing impairment creates. Children with hearing impairment possess poor vocabulary which affects comprehension of emotions.
