The program organized by the volleyball federation which must be followed by every trainer and they must pass the test to get the license. In practice, coaching is often not supported and based on theory. Many facts also showed that the training stage does not match with the stage of the child's development. Based on this background and the desire to improve and deepen sports science, this research becomes something interesting. The results showed a significant improvement in sports knowledge from participants and the implementation of the training of trainers program had a role in efforts to increase knowledge of the supporting sciences in volleyball. Since the introduction of this module in our PE lessons, our PE department had explored using various strategies and tools to conduct the OE lessons more effectively so that the students could learn effectively. In this study, the use of ICT tools enabled us to give timely feedback to students, promote discussion amongst the students, as well as getting immediate results of quizzes and worksheets that are done in that particular lesson. The use of ICT helped us to consolidate and summarize the key learning points effectively, thus making the lesson more relevant to students. In this session, I would share some example of the lessons that we had conducted as well as the feedback from the students who had experienced using ICT in OE lessons. The high number of child marriages raises various health problems including mothers under the age of 18 who have a 35% to 55% higher risk of giving birth to babies with low birth weight (LBW). The infant mortality rate is 60% higher in mothers who are under 18 years of age. Teenage fertility is an important issue in terms of health and social because it is related to the level of maternal and child morbidity and mortality. This can be anticipated by increasing the participation of adolescents in accessing contraceptives. This study aims to look at the effects of a combination of HIIT method and the flexibility of shoulder & hip on increasing LT and VO2max. This study is using experimental method with the randomized pre-test–post-test control group design on 16 competitive swimmers This study trial was carried out for 3 weeks. The 12 min Cooper Test (swimming) is used to get VO2max (yd) data, while the 7×200 m Step Test is used to get the LT data. Measurement were made twice (baseline/0 week and 3rd week). The results of this study show that HIIT method and the flexibility of shoulder & hip increased significantly (p<0.05) on VO2max (38.69±33.19), and the LT in the control group increased significantly (p<0.05).
