FOO protocol is a protocol that can be applied to large-scale electronic voting. An electronic voting scheme is proposed based on the FOO protocol. The blank vote and the intermediate institution are introduced into the scheme to generate the only serial number, and the blank vote is used in each phase, introducing the supervising institution to verify the key of bit commitment. By analysis, the scheme can effectively solve the security problems such as vote collision, abstention, anonymity, receipt-freeness, and so on. It uses the STM32 microcontroller as the main controller to output the SPWM pulse. We achieved DC-AC conversion through the full-bridge inverter circuit and obtained the final output voltage waveform through the filter circuit. The A/D detection circuit can detect the effective value of output current and voltage in real time. The sampling circuit is electrically isolated from the output of the inverter circuit, which improves the safety factor. We used STM32 software programming to achieve input undervoltage protection and output overcurrent protection. Besides, we also added the display module and the keyboard module. After adding a 10Ω load, the system can output a stable sine wave with an error of less than 1% and an efficiency of 94.40%. In this paper, we follow the tradition and introduce the random walk with Cauchy distribution to the basic equilibrium optimization algorithm. The driver as the operator of vehicle, its driving behavior is the most important factor affecting the traffic safety. Therefore, it is of great significance to study driving behavior to prevent traffic accidents and promote the development of intelligent traffic and driving assistance system. Based on the data of the Internet of vehicles, this paper builds a SVM-based driving behavior health evaluation model, which extracts the feature values to obtain the optimal classification hyperplane, and then uses the geometric interval as the evaluation index of driving behavior health. At the same time, taking driving behavior, road, efficiency, energy saving and weather factors with different weights into consideration, it divides driving behavior into four levels: excellent, average, qualified and unqualified level, based on KMeans and SVM, and then XGBoost training model is used. The experiment concluded that the average accuracy is 99.21% and the average recall rate is 98.5%. By designing complementary split Ring resonators defected ground structure(CSRR DGS) and loading open stubs line, the broadband bandstop characteristics and improvement of out-band supression can be achieved. The performance of CSRR structure is simulated by the high frequency simulation software HFSS. Then a design of bandstop filter with cascaded CSRR and loaded open stubs is achieved. The results show that the maximum stopband depth reaches 45dB, and the relative bandwidth of the bandstop width less than -10 dB is ranging from 3GHz to 14.5GHz. In this paper, we propose a surgical phase recognition method based on a two-stream mixed convolutional network (TsMCNet) to automatically recognize surgical workflow. TsMCNet optimizes the visual and temporal features learned from surgical videos by integrating 2D and 3D convolutional networks (CNNs) to form a spatio-temporal complementary architecture. Specifically, temporal branch (3D CNN) is responsible for learning the spatio-temporal features among adjacent frames, whereas the parallel visual branch (2D CNN) is focused on capturing the deep visual features of each frame. Because of the disadvantages of non-uniformity sequence and limited range in the one-dimension (1D) chaotic map, this paper constructs the logistic map and the sine map into a combined chaotic map, and a new S-box construction method based on this combined chaotic map is presented. Performance tests were performed on the S-box, including nonlinearity, linear probability, differential probability, strict avalanche criterion, bits independence criterion. In the process of oral CT image acquisition, because of the noise caused by imaging principle, human environment and transmission process, it will affect the accuracy of later CT image processing and reconstruction. Therefore, image denoising is an essential part of the CT image preprocessing stage. This paper presents a new Bayesian multi-threshold wavelet transform denoising algorithm. In this method, different thresholds are selected in different generations and directions, and the generated thresholds are used to process the high-frequency coefficients. At the same time, the low-frequency coefficients after wavelet transform are processed with a non-local mean algorithm. Finally, in view of the disadvantages of the traditional soft and hard threshold functions, an improved threshold function is adopted.
