So the quality of vitamin C is directly related to the safety of food. This paper based on the analysis and inspection methods and items of national standards implemented by chemical (GB14754-2010). A set of automatic processing system for quality analysis and insepection data of food antioxidant vitamin C was designed by using Access and Visual Basic, intelligent management was carried out for each link. And the data of analysis and inspection are uploaded to the network and saved in time, which establishes a networked service platform for information sharing for user, enterprises and quality management departments. It guarantees the reliability and authenticity of the product measurement results, greatly improve the data processing speed, reduces the production cost, and has good economic benefits, social benefits, public welfare benefits and practical application value.
