{"title":"Research on coupling coordination level of Sci-tech finance and technology innovation in Jiangsu province","authors":"Qiu Dongfang, Shao Huayang","doi":"10.1109/GSIS.2015.7301920","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.1109/GSIS.2015.7301920","url":null,"abstract":"Based on relevant data of science technology (Sci-tech) finance and technology innovation between 2002 and 2012 in Jiangsu Province, this paper builds a coupling coordination level model to analyse the coupling coordination level of Sci-tech finance and technology innovation in Jiangsu Province. The results shows: (1) Jiangsu Province has a comparatively low coupling coordination level of Sci-tech finance and technology innovation, Sci-tech finance and technology innovation failed to achieve positive interaction and coordinated development. However, the overall coupling coordination level during the study period increased significantly. (2) Sci-tech finance of Jiangsu Province presents a hysteretic situation between 2002 and 2012, which limited the development of science and technology innovation to a certain extent. In order to deal with the problems such as the sample data for estimating the migrating probability being small and uncertain, a migrating probability assignment method based on a three-parameter interval number is proposed to build the Markov chain usage model. The method for generating test cases is also given. Based on 20 network lending companies from www.wangdaizhijia.com, this paper constructs a clustering index system with nine indicators including returns, liquidity and popularity. And the investors can make rational choice when they know the level of every platform by gray clustering method. We can find that, Lufax.com is the best choice for investors under the guarantee way of Financing Guarantee Corporation; Jimubox.com, Yirendai.com, and Hongling Capital are good choices under the guarantee method of risk reserve. The method setup is with the main manufacturer's profit as the target function under certain constraint conditions. A certain type aircraft engine supplier quality control case is used to test the validity of this model. The former studies on the problem of staff turnover did not succeed timely in the managing, supervising and preventing of the staff on the production line that have great turnover flow. Taking the staff data of the chain retail stores of the C-R Group as an example, collecting all the information of the staff at some city in east China in 2014, this research established a mining database (N=5277). What's more, it adopted the C4.5 decision tree of a data-mining to research the staffs' turnover situation of the enterprise's stores. Six rules of the turnover of staff in the stores are obtained by calculation, then the results were tested with the non-repetitive verification database (N=1066) by percentage comparison. There were no-significant differences between the two databases to all six rules. According to the result of the research, the reason and precautions of the staff turnover of this enterprise are explored. {"title":"Empirical research on financial governance efficiency of rural commercial banks in China","authors":"E. The financial governance subjects of China's rural commercial banks reallocate the financial decision-making power, executive power and supervisory power according to their own governance objectives, and different levels of financial governance efficiency are reflected during the process. We take China's 179 rural commercial banks as research samples, design the evaluation index system and construct the factor analysis model to make empirical analysis on the financial governance efficiency of shareholders, board of directors and managers, and make a general evaluation of the rural commercial banks' financial governance level. We find that the financial governance efficiency level of the three core governance subjects are all positive, and decreases in sequence from shareholders, the board to managers. Because the shortage that the existing uncertain preference ordering method is too rough, this paper examines a new measure of preference ranking based on interval grey number preference structure, which strategies priorities determining the decision makers' preference ranking. The new method takes both kernel of grey interval and grey level of grey interval into consideration. Stability of conflict analysis based on interval grey number preference is defined clearly. Finally, it is applied to the problem of “Industry-University” cooperation conflict. In order to provide a method for the evaluation for regional road traffic safety, a grey integrated evaluation model is exploited to investigate the scientific and effective evaluation system for regional road traffic safety. In this paper, the grey incidence feature vector method and grey incidence analysis are, respectively utilized to construct an evaluation index system for regional road traffic safety, and determine the index weights and then grey clustering and grey incidence. The ideal point method is used to establish a novel evaluation model of regional road traffic safety. Finally, the regional road traffic safety for 31 provinces and cities in china are investigated to illustrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed model, and provide the basis of making analysis of the present situation and the difference for the provinces and cities in China. The proposed method utilizes the available prior evaluation information as a case set to produce a case-based distance method to handle a multiple-criteria ranking decision more efficiently and effectively. The model is flexible to construct that could simplify and improve the current model of vendor evaluation of agricultural products.
