Abstract: Industrial revolution 4.0 has taken place dramatically, leading to many new business fields appearing, affecting the way of working and skill requirements in the labor market. Accordingly, the demand for human resources in the field of business administration has also increased in both quantity and quality to meet the development needs of the economy. Not out of that trend, higher education must also innovate to adapt to IR 4.0. The competition in the field of undergraduate training in business administration is rapidly increasing, as many universities open majors to attract students to apply to the university. In order to maintain their position in the field of training, universities need to improve the quality of training to meet the requirements of employers as well as equip learners with the necessary skills to be able to start up their own businesses after graduation. The article is based on both secondary and primary data on the opportunities and challenges that IR 4.0 brings to all sectors of the national economy and the requirements to improve the quality of undergraduate training in business administration to meet the requirements of the increasingly volatile job market.","PeriodicalId":246044,"journal":{"name":"The International Journal of Business & Management","volume":"3 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-10-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115528378","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Some who have attempted to define quality have done so by considering the context in which it is used, while some others choose to define it in absolute terms. Quality in education has become highly desirous in Ghana, and stakeholders are demanding higher standards of training. The quality of education, as well as offerings of products and services in education, have now come to be decided by both the institutes and their clients, with the expectation of achieving customer satisfaction and maintaining client loyalty.Higher Educational Institutions (HEIs) assure their patrons of being in good standing by undergoing rigorous internal and external assessments of their curricula, staff and infrastructure. This offers them the opportunity of gaining accreditation from theNational Accreditations Board (NAB),the government’s Quality Assurance Agency on education in Ghana. This paper recalls the era when early industries took to modelling various sorts of quality as they tried to make standard products with minimal differences. Going forward, it discusses, the approaches adopted by universities and colleges, as well as regulatory agencies, to verify the reputation of these tertiary academies, based on each establishment’s particular model of quality. The anchoring theories for this study are: stakeholder management theory, resource-based view and dynamic capabilities theory. The Stakeholder Management Theory notes that an organization is a social construct made of collaboration of different stakeholders. A corporation is the center of a network of stakeholders, a complex system of information and resources. (Mersland and Strom, 2009) The Resource Based Theory (RBT), which is also referred to as the resource-based view of the company, provides a theoretical basis for understanding the competitive edge in companies and their long-term sustainability. Scholars have hypothesized that, if companies have valuable, rare and inimitable (VRIN) resources, they are able to attain competitive advantage by executing new value adding approaches that competitors cannot easily duplicate. Dynamic capacity shows organizational capacity to produce or modify the business resource base purposefully. Dynamic capabilities offer the company the ability to integrate internal and external capabilities and reshape them in order to address the ever-changing dynamic world. From the extensive study of the literature a conceptual framework has been proposed. Here, the role of independent variable has been played by strategic planning and firm performance has acted as dependent variable. To Abstract: The association between strategic planning, nature of organizations and performance of companies is the main primary objective of this paper. Main components of strategic planning like vision, mission, objective setting has been studied over here. Current studies from this field have been observed for reference. Other factors like years of operations, nature of the firm, size of the firm, ownership nature and other details have further studied. This study aims to capture the research gap present in this area. After referring to the numerous studies this study suggests the need of studying organizational characteristics as a moderator variable. This study has proposed a conceptual framework for carrying out research by academicians and interested researchers of this domain. All the propositions suggested here will be immensely beneficial for the managers to prepare strategies and managing their firms.","PeriodicalId":246044,"journal":{"name":"The International Journal of Business & Management","volume":"41 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-10-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124688483","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

With retirement at 60–65 and near full employment, lifetime earnings and savings were sufficient to finance a decent health system, while rising health expenditure meant welfare gains for all. In the 21stcentury, average life expectancy rose above the age of80, and health science and technology improved quality of life even at a very old age. Abstract: This concept paper examines how project finance structuring and management affect the sustainability of healthcare systems. A good healthcare system is characterized by efficient health service delivery, adequate human resources, a sustainable financing system and good governance. The study was guided by the sustainability model, prospect theory, pecking order theory and the agency theory. This study adopted a qualitative approach, relying on articles previously reviewed. There is an urgent need to transform healthcare systems so that new and existing health problems can be dealt with decisively and more efficiently. This requires renewed commitment from governments, reprioritizing and readjustment of present healthcare programs, inter-sectorial collaborations that involve all relevant stakeholders including the communities, and renewed investments in sustainable healthcare policies that deliver maximum impact at minimal cost. Project Finance structuring is a framework in which risk structure and financial structure decisions are made and tied together in the project's legal structure, which, in turn, forms a foundation for funding the project on a limited recourse basis. From the analyses, institutions are yet to achieve ideal project finance structuring and management to achieve sustainable healthcare systems. Countries must come up with elaborate healthcare structures and management models to achieve sustainable healthcare systems. This paper explores the relationship between project finance structuring, management and sustainability of healthcare systems. The interrelationship between these variables determines the condition, functionality and adequacy of healthcare systems. In conclusion, health care should move towards quality improvement and safe practice through effective risk management in organizational process, equitable health financing mix and strong legal frameworks.","PeriodicalId":246044,"journal":{"name":"The International Journal of Business & Management","volume":"46 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-10-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134117197","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Bond market will also enable corporate firms to raise long term capital which will in turn generate employment and promote growth in output. The bond market in Nigeria has undergone a series of challenges over the years, with accompanying policy efforts by the Nigerian government towards its sustainability. Despite being only a subset of the capital market, bonds have continued to witness relative growth irrespective of the global economic meltdown and the subsequent Nigerian stock market crash of 2009. Abstract: The capital market as a market for long term funds is considered a catalyst for economic growth, particularly in a developing economy like Nigeria, and bond market is an essential component of the capital market. This study examined the long-run impact of bond market on the growth of the capital market in Nigeria, covering the thirty nine years period from 1981 to 2019. It utilised empirical method to analyse the secondary and time series data obtained for the study from the Central Bank of Nigeria Statistical Bulletin, and employed the Auto Regressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) bound test and co-integration analysis to examine the relationship between the variables. The study found out that bond market has a positive influence on the growth of the capital market in Nigeria, especially in the long run; and recommended that there is a need for the introduction and availability of more investment instruments like derivates, to boost volume of transactions on the capital market, and secondly, that both the states and federal governments should continue to float more bonds as debt instruments, not only to access funds, but to further deepen the capital market. interest rates fall. However, in the long-run dynamics, lending rate and savings rate significantly contributed negatively to bond value. Deposit and treasury bills rates were shown to have a positive and significant impact on bond value share of capital market in the long-run. Deposits are commercial banks liquid liabilities while treasury bills are liquid assets because of their short-term trading activities. So it is pragmatic that deposits and short term treasury bills impact positively on bond market because investors can easily withdraw their deposit at the shortest notice. Other reliability and OLS functionality tests show a good and appropriate result. The bound test indicate that a long term relationship equilibrium exist among the variables. The use of mobile money can increase financial inclusion in society. Financial inclusion is proven to decrease poverty if it is carried out optimally. However, mobile money services lead to cost and benefit for people. Thus, trust to use this innovation becomes an important thing. This research aims to assess the role of trust as the mediator between mobile money usage and financial inclusion in productive age communities in Gunungkidul Regency, Yogyakarta, Indonesia. Gunungkidul Regency is one of regencies with the poorest population in the special region of Yogyakarta, Indonesia. It is expected that the increasing of mobile money usage and financial inclusion will reduce the poverty in Gunungkidul Regency, Indonesia. There are 486.509 population of productive age in this research and 400 of total sample which were taken with a non-probability sampling technique. This study applies the Sobel test by Kenny and Baron’s mediation analysis and the PROCESS method by Hayes. The results of this study show that the trust partially mediates the effect of mobile money usage towards financial inclusion in productivity age communities in Gunungkidul Regency, Indonesia. In order to build trust, the regulator in Indonesia should pay attention to the detail on data privacy and the effectiveness of mobile money usage. It is an effort to encourage people to use mobile money continuously and to attract more new users. The users are also encouraged to manage the use of mobile money properly as an effort to increase financial inclusion towards poverty alleviation.","PeriodicalId":246044,"journal":{"name":"The International Journal of Business & Management","volume":"279 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-10-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131627571","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
