This kind of data is often used on systems that use data related to the territory of a region like in routing system. The routing system has been implemented in the outdoor and the indoor. The significant difference that make indoor routing more complex than outdoor routing is the outdoor routing only implements two dimensional spaces routing, while at the indoor routing allows the routing of the three dimensional spaces that represent high rise building. This study is about literature review and analysis of the previous research in indoor routing system. Indoor routing using three dimensional spaces identify an object accurately by represent the data to undirected graph with three dimensional attributes where x and y are the coordinates of a point, and z represents height level of the points. Shortest path algorithm can be implemented after the three dimensional spaces structure has built to get the shortest route between two points in indoor spaces.","PeriodicalId":244500,"journal":{"name":"2017 5th International Conference on Information and Communication Technology (ICoIC7)","volume":"3 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-05-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130390155","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The goal is to enhance the fulfillment of the good governance principles, namely: visionary, effectiveness-efficiency, openness-transparency and accountability. The overall service system quality is expected to improve with the adherence to the principles. The method used is an extension of the Service Engineering Framework, with a specifically chosen SOA Methodology; the Thomas Erl's Mainstream SOA Methodology (MSOAM). The produced result shows an increase of good governance score by 12.51%, measured between the initial assessment survey and after the demonstration of proposed financial services system. In turn, improved quality of good governance will positively affect the performance of the government apparatus and its quality of public service.","PeriodicalId":244500,"journal":{"name":"2017 5th International Conference on Information and Communication Technology (ICoIC7)","volume":"91 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-05-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127900920","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The problems arise on how to summarize those data to understand and transforming it into information. Twitter as one of the most popular social networking and micro-blogging service can be analyzed in terms of content produced with sentiment analysis. On the other hand, some types of networks can also be constructed to analyze the social network structure and network properties. This research intended to combine those content and structural approaches into hybrid approach for identifies social opinion polarization, this is in the form of conversation network. Sentiment analysis used to determine public sentiment, and social network analysis used to analyze the structure of the network, detecting communities and influential actors in the network. Using this hybrid approach, we have comprehensive understanding about social opinion polarization. As case study, we present real social opinion polarization about reclamation issue in Indonesia.","PeriodicalId":244500,"journal":{"name":"2017 5th International Conference on Information and Communication Technology (ICoIC7)","volume":"42 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-05-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126840923","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It is a basic necessity in farms so as to have a high amount of production. For some farms located in higher elevation, electric motor pump is being used to collect water from underground reservoir. Since electric motor pumps will be used, electric consumption issue is also a concern. Proper allocation of available resources is one of the main issues for smart farm. In this paper, the authors proposes the consideration of using of a Fuzzy-based Decision Support System (FDSS) in the Water Tank Monitoring and Control Subsystem (WTMCS) of the Smart Farm Automated Irrigation System (SFAIS) based on the following: (1) water level in the tank storage connecting the motor pump and the irrigation pipes, and (2) availability of electricity from a power source with limited amount of energy available. MATLAB simulations, via Fuzzy Logic Toolbox of Simulink, were done to verify the feasibility of the proposed system before the actual implementation.","PeriodicalId":244500,"journal":{"name":"2017 5th International Conference on Information and Communication Technology (ICoIC7)","volume":"351 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-05-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115779842","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

User preference refinement can be proceeded in reference to the user's feedback towards the products recommended, called as critiquing technique. Compound critiquing technique has been widely developed to ensure the interaction efficiency in CRS. However, the compound critiques offered refer to the product technical features. In terms of hi-tech products, not all consumers are familiar with technical features. A model for generating functional requirement-based compound critiques (instead of technical features-based) has been developed in our previous work. In this paper, we evaluate this model from the aspects of recommendation accuracy, query refinement, and user satisfaction. The user study involving 88 users (either familiar or unfamiliar with technical features) shows that the approach has successfully increased the users' positive perception compared to the recommender system commonly used in e-commerce. Besides, this approach has a high recommendation accuracy (89.77%) and has successfully refined the users' needs.","PeriodicalId":244500,"journal":{"name":"2017 5th International Conference on Information and Communication Technology (ICoIC7)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-05-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128676202","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Specific measurements using the ECG are commonly used by medical practitioners to portend early symptoms of heart disorders. Nevertheless, these measurements are often affected by unwanted noise which cannot be eliminated using simple filtering methods. Numerous studies have been conducted to develop ECG denoising techniques, yet there is no comprehensive investigation regarding their performance analysis. In this paper we provide a comprehensive simulation and analysis to measure the effectiveness of several wavelet-based denoising techniques. The simulation is performed using Matlab by assessing the values of Signal to Noise Ratio (SNR) and Mean Square Error (MSE). In our experiment, Adaptive White Gaussian Noise (AWGN) is added to the ECG signal prior to the denoising process. Our experiment examines three types of denoising techniques and yields the hard thresholding technique as the best method with MSE value of 0.000423 and SNR value of 28.8806 db.","PeriodicalId":244500,"journal":{"name":"2017 5th International Conference on Information and Communication Technology (ICoIC7)","volume":"95 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-05-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128226433","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The main objective of this paper is to provide information on the speed and volume of the infusion that being used by each patient using a photodiode sensor and node.js server can distinguish each incoming data by utilizing topic features on MQTT. Topic feature used to exchange data using ESP8266 identity and the data being sent is the volume and velocity of the infusion. Topics, one of features on MQTT, can be used to manage the data from multiple infusion into the server. Additionally, the system provides warning information of the residual volume and velocity limit when the infusion rate exceeds the normal limit that has been specified by the user.","PeriodicalId":244500,"journal":{"name":"2017 5th International Conference on Information and Communication Technology (ICoIC7)","volume":"3 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-05-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130133160","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Using a walking stick relies on trial and error, particularly in unfamiliar locations. Also from a walking stick the user can only identify obstacles which are touching the stick and cannot identify the obstacles which are above his waist height. Electronic Travel Aids (ETAs) are devices that use sensor technology to assist and improve the blind users mobility in terms of safety. In this context, we implement a system whose objective is to give blind users the ability to move around in unfamiliar environment, whether indoor or outdoor, through an interface specifically designed to cater the visual imperfections. This ETA system grants the user the ability to travel independently with an automated alerting system designed for emergencies. The obstacles are detected using image processing and distance sensing through IR sensors. A navigation system was developed to assist the user via web access.","PeriodicalId":244500,"journal":{"name":"2017 5th International Conference on Information and Communication Technology (ICoIC7)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-05-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128971840","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Consequently, this protocol offers an alternative method for establishing a mutual key between two parties. Nevertheless, its original scheme only admits a pair of participants to construct a shared secret key. In this paper we present a generalization of the two-party Megrelishvili protocol to multiple participants. In particular, we propose two schemes of the multi-party Megrelishvili protocol and analyze their computational characteristics. Furthermore, we introduce the multi-party Megrelishvili shared key problem (MMSKP) as a mathematical problem that underlies the security of our proposed protocol. Based on this idea, we conjecture that the multi-party Megrelishvili protocol is at least as secure as its two-party counterpart.","PeriodicalId":244500,"journal":{"name":"2017 5th International Conference on Information and Communication Technology (ICoIC7)","volume":"62 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-05-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126315358","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
