In this paper, the authors proposes the consideration of using of a Fuzzy-based Decision Support System (FDSS) in the Water Tank Monitoring and Control Subsystem (WTMCS) of the Smart Farm Automated Irrigation System (SFAIS) based on the following: (1) water level in the tank storage connecting the motor pump and the irrigation pipes, and (2) availability of electricity from a power source with limited amount of energy available.
