One aspect which can be analyzed through social computing is banking services system. This research will focus on the association of consumer perceptions of services provided by the bank through the internet banking in Indonesia. The research data obtained by crawling data on social media such as Twitter and Kaskus. Text Network Analysis is used as a social computing analysis method. As a result of Text Network Analysis, we can see the dominant words are forming the networks and the association words. It forms the consumer's perceptions of services which provided by Internet Banking. {"title":"Evaluation of implementation of enterprise resource planning information system with DeLone and McLean model approach","authors":"H. Telkom Indonesia Tbk. This study used DeLone and McLean Information Systems Success Models (D&M IS Success Model), in which the success of information systems was proxied by user satisfaction. While the variables that influence the success of information system tested in this study were system quality, information quality and service quality. In addition, this study also tested and analyzed the effect of information systems success on the net benefits. This research was causal (conclusive). The data collection was conducted by distributing questionnaires to users of ERP SAP in PT Telkom for 189 people consisting of 116 finance and controlling modules users, 16 of human resources modules users and 57 of materials management module users. Data processing method was performed by Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with partial least square (PLS) approach by using Smart PLS 3.0 software. In this study, it was identified that the user satisfaction of Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) information systems in this model can be explained by the quality system, the quality of information and the service quality by 60.5% in the order from the greatest influence was the quality of information (path 0.361), the system quality (path 0,260) and the last was the variable of service quality (path 0,253). It is a concern in a married couple because it is related fertility rate of women. One of the criteria for diagnosing PCOS are polycystic ovaries (PCO). Polycystic ovaries can be seen from the number and diameter of each follicle on ultrasound image. In previous studies, there are existing PCO classifications done automatically by the system using several methods. However, on those studies its feature extraction of the ultrasound image is still done manually. In this research, we propose a solution where the feature extraction is also done automatically using Convolutional Neural Network. The importance of the parents' role is to provide a comprehension regarding the content of the application to children will make good communications between parents and children. So, the children can think and make decisions on something that they face. Parental control application is made to control and limit the use of applications on smartphones by children. But the existing application has a problem on the user interface. They designed just only show the same features that the application block by the parents and are not designed to involve children in the process of selecting applications. Thus, the chance of parents to help children understand the contents of the application could possibly be missed. Because the user interface is closely related to the tasks performed by users, the user interface has a role in a parental control application design. To build a good parental control application, it is necessary convenience when a user interacts with the application system. This is a consideration in this study that focused on the user interface. Design methods that will be used in designing the user interface is User Centered Design (UCD). UCD is a method in designing user interface design with a focus on what the user needs. This method will help research to provide user data that parents and children directly, so the search process more accurate data is obtained. UCD has a life cycle stage design, so the design is made to be better.
