Data processing method was performed by Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with partial least square (PLS) approach by using Smart PLS 3.0 software. In this study, it was identified that the user satisfaction of Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) information systems in this model can be explained by the quality system, the quality of information and the service quality by 60.5% in the order from the greatest influence was the quality of information (path 0.361), the system quality (path 0,260) and the last was the variable of service quality (path 0,253). 摘要

本研究旨在检视及分析影响印尼电信公司实施企业资源规划资讯系统的变数。本研究采用DeLone和McLean信息系统成功模型(D&M IS成功模型),其中信息系统的成功以用户满意度为代理。而影响本研究测试的信息系统成功的变量是系统质量、信息质量和服务质量。此外,本研究还测试和分析了信息系统成功对净效益的影响。这项研究是因果(结论性)的。数据收集是通过向PT Telkom公司ERP SAP用户发放问卷的方式进行的,共189人,其中财务和控制模块用户116人,人力资源模块用户16人,物资管理模块用户57人。数据处理方法采用结构方程建模(SEM)和偏最小二乘(PLS)方法,采用Smart PLS 3.0软件。本研究发现,该模型中企业资源规划(ERP)信息系统的用户满意度可以通过质量体系、信息质量和服务质量来解释,影响最大的依次为信息质量(路径0.361)、系统质量(路径0.260)和服务质量变量(路径0.253),影响度为60.5%。此外,实施企业资源规划(ERP)信息系统的净效益,无论是对个人用户的效益还是对企业的效益,都可以用用户满意度变量解释为61.8%。
