At present, most of the predictions of building energy consumption are predictions of building cooling and heating loads and lighting energy consumption. The consideration is lack of building cooling (heating) area ratios, building cooling (heating) methods, meteorological parameters, and personnel activity patterns for large public buildings. By analyzing the data mining status of hotel energy consumption, sorting out concepts and technical support conditions, etc., the article has established a more comprehensive energy monitoring, forecasting, and evaluation system, which has enriched the research scope of the current hotel energy management research system, and has a strong Theoretical significance.","PeriodicalId":244448,"journal":{"name":"2022 IEEE 2nd International Conference on Power, Electronics and Computer Applications (ICPECA)","volume":"24 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-01-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116600272","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, there has not been a systematic and sophisticated taxonomy of the research methods used in HCI studies. This survey reviews the research methods of thirty HCI journals published in the last six years and originally presents three dimensions concerning research methods taxonomy. These three dimensions are: qualitative or quantitative research analysis, applicable to the present or future, and the adoption of software or hardware technology. Based on these three dimensions, the survey further generates eight sub-categories and classifies the thirty HCI journals into appropriate blocks based on their research methods attributions. The results of this survey will be helpful in guiding future scholars to select appropriate research methods and avoid detours in future HCI studies.","PeriodicalId":244448,"journal":{"name":"2022 IEEE 2nd International Conference on Power, Electronics and Computer Applications (ICPECA)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-01-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129546840","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Based on the new generation of digital technology, it is capable of being applied to extensive fields through the digital service industry. In this paper, digital service level of seventeen provinces that have opened China-Europe Railway Express from 2011 to 2020 are assessed using principal component analysis (PCA). The empirical multiple regression discoveries that the enhancement in digital service level could increase export volume. In addition, both postal and telecommunications investment in towns and cities (PAT) and the number of patent applications in high-tech industries (PAH) interact with the level of digital service to facilitate trade development. Moreover, China’s “National Informatization Development Strategy Outline” policy promulgated in 2016 positively promotes digital service levels, which in turn promotes export trade. This paper also gives suggestions to enhance trade openness of cities around CR railway in the digital field.","PeriodicalId":244448,"journal":{"name":"2022 IEEE 2nd International Conference on Power, Electronics and Computer Applications (ICPECA)","volume":"15 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-01-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129725426","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

At present, the overview research on cross-chain technology generally compares and analyzes cross-chain technology as a whole, and lacks the decoupling comparison of the main steps in cross-chain technology. Firstly, the basic principle of cross-chain technology is summarized and analyzed. Then, the cross-chain technology is divided into two types: isomerism and isomorphism, and the existing problems and corresponding solutions are analyzed and compared. Finally, the development status and trend of cross-chain technology are summarized, as well as important research directions in the future.","PeriodicalId":244448,"journal":{"name":"2022 IEEE 2nd International Conference on Power, Electronics and Computer Applications (ICPECA)","volume":"41 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-01-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123835599","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Especially in the process of power-related chip design, possible trade-offs between these three indicators must be considered. In this work, we have developed two algorithms, respectively applying the greedy algorithm and the tree dynamic programming algorithm for redundant buffer reduction, in order to solve the local congestion problem of the chip. Redundant hold buffers are found and deleted during the timing optimization iteration, without making timing results worse. Through this method, the local cell area is reduced by 9.1%. It leaves room for other timing optimization, and reduces local utilization, routing congestion and short circuits.","PeriodicalId":244448,"journal":{"name":"2022 IEEE 2nd International Conference on Power, Electronics and Computer Applications (ICPECA)","volume":"2006 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-01-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127638654","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In the existing advanced flexible mixed-criticality (FMC) model, the method of calculating compensation requirements may have a large number of low-criticality invalid compensation, which will greatly reduce the overall performance of low-criticality tasks. In response to this problem, our paper improves the method of reducing the service level of low-criticality tasks, from reducing the execution time of low-criticality tasks to now extending the period of low-criticality tasks, and proposes the corresponding FMCI-EDF-VD scheduling algorithm. Experimental results show that flexible mixed criticality improved (FMCI) model can manage the decline in service levels of low-criticality tasks more wisely and reduce invalid compensation for low-criticality tasks. Compared with existing FMC, our method can always perform better in ensuring the completion of high-criticality tasks while scheduling more low-criticality tasks under different circumstances.","PeriodicalId":244448,"journal":{"name":"2022 IEEE 2nd International Conference on Power, Electronics and Computer Applications (ICPECA)","volume":"34 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-01-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128121066","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

To stop the spread of the disease and better screen for cases, we need a more sensitive and efficient test that can classify images of lung abnormalities in patients. In this paper, residual network is used to classify the collected chest radiographs. Feature extraction and classification were carried out on the original chest X-ray images, which were divided into the following three categories: normal lung, bacterial pneumonia and virus pneumonia. This can quickly rule out normal and routine infections, screen out large numbers of cases, and reduce the burden on health care workers who need to further examine cases. At the same time, our results are also very good, with an accuracy of 94%, which has practical classification significance.","PeriodicalId":244448,"journal":{"name":"2022 IEEE 2nd International Conference on Power, Electronics and Computer Applications (ICPECA)","volume":"15 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-01-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125609584","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
