RI 4.0 adalah nama otomatisasi terbaru dan tren pertukaran data dalam teknologi pabrik. Istilah ini mencakup sistem cyber-fisik, internet untuk semuanya, komputasi awan, dan komputasi kognitif. Kehadiran Revolusi Industri 4.0 dengan peluang kerja yang besar dianggap sebagai peluang besar untuk meningkatkan pendapatan perempuan. Era ekonomi digital telah meningkatkan literasi keuangan dan literasi digital terutama bagi perempuan di Indonesia. Ini didukung oleh kehadiran empat unicorn yang telah berhasil mengubah ekonomi dan membuka akses ke pengusaha termasuk wanita. Pengusaha yang sebelumnya tidak memiliki akses ke pasar menjadi sangat mudah terhubung ke pasar. Perkembangan ini telah sangat membantu perempuan untuk terlibat aktif dalam inklusi keuangan. Keberadaan perusahaan unicorn di Indonesia telah memudahkan perempuan untuk dapat menjalankan dua hal, yaitu menjaga keluarga dan mencari uang pada saat yang bersamaan. Salah satu efek positif dari perubahan teknologi adalah meningkatnya inklusi keuangan bagi perempuan. Revolusi industri keempat menuju ekonomi dan teknologi digital membuat industri sains, teknologi, teknik dan matematika (STEM) memiliki prospek yang menjanjikan. Salah satu masalah utama adalah bahwa industri STEM dianggap memiliki lingkungan yang tidak ramah bagi perempuan, tetapi perempuan memiliki potensi yang belum dijelajahi dalam industri STEM, jika lebih dari itu kita akan melihat perusahaan teknologi hangat, konstruksi yang lebih ramah. Sebagaimana diketahui bahwa kegiatan keagamaan merupakan sistem kepercayaan dan peribadatan dimana seseorang bisa mengungkapkan dengan jelas secara lahiriah mengenai spiritualitasnya. Sehingga, seseorang yang memiliki agama yang baik atau hubungan yang kuat dengan Allah swt., akan memiliki kecerdasan spiritual yang baik pula sehingga akan berdampak pula kepada kepandaian orang tersebut dalam berinteraksi dengan manusia, karena dibantu oleh Allah yaitu hati manusia dijadikan cenderung kepada-Nya. Untuk itu, lingkungan sekolah yang merupakan lembaga formal juga mempengaruhi kecerdasan spiritual anak karena selain memperoleh pengetahuan, anak juga harus diberi contoh atau pemahaman akan perbuatan atau nilai. As proof of her noble position of the mother in Islamic teaching, a mother is entitled to devotion of a child as much as three times more than the father. Glory was also pointed out that heaven lies at the feet of mother even the pleasure of Allah depends on the parents, especially mothers.Besides, a mother plays crucial role in shaping the character of children.
