There is a vast amount of knowledge in software companies, but it is commonly tacit and it can only be utilized if companies can identify these people to share it. However, there are untapped sources of knowledge from tools that are used daily in projects. This article presents the results of the identification of these knowledge sources in companies in southern Sonora, through the KoFI methodology. As a result, 3 types of useful knowledge sources were identified, coming from code repositories, issue trackers, and requirements managers. This article presents a preliminary framework to determine the relationship between software engineer’s productivity, their emotions, and their possible causes. López-Martínez","doi":"10.1109/CIMPS54606.2021.9652713","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.1109/CIMPS54606.2021.9652713","url":null,"abstract":"Throughout history, various infectious diseases have been presented, which, over time, have been eradicated and/or controlled by vaccines and drugs, however, this does not leave the population exempt from outbreaks or new infectious diseases; in fact, with the emergence and worldwide spread of the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus, the lack of policies within companies for a correct management of contagion control between its members, causing the work stoppage for indefinite periods, as shown in the studies carried out by the National Institute of Statistics and Geography (INEGI) in the Survey on the Economic Impact Generated by COVID-19 in Companies (ECOVID-IE). Currently there are tools that allow the detection and control of some diseases, however, they are not applicable to any environment and, above all, most of them are only useful for infectious diseases and specific contexts. This standard provides a minimum set of best practices that every software development team should follow for the development of non-critical software projects. However, the teaching of this type of standards is limited with the traditional approach, through theoretical classes. In this article an attractive way of teaching is addressed through the use of a serious game focused on the structure and elements that make up the basic profile of the standard for users with minimal or no knowledge of it. However, quality should not only be qualitative but quantitative through the use of metrics. Therefore, this article proposes metrics for software development based on the ISO/IEC 29110 standard. However, there are still several significant challenges to solve, such as non-uniformity in reflectance due to food geometry. The objective of this work is to propose a generalized reflectance correction method for hyperspectral images of fruits. To evaluate the proposed method was established as a case study the prediction of total soluble solids in mango fruit (Mangifera indica L) Kent variety. Therefore, hyperspectral images of the fruit were acquired in a range of 398 to 1004 nm. A hyperspectral image correction method was implemented and compared with the Lambertian surface correction method based on the correlation between position and point reflectance. The images corrected by both methods were used to determine the soluble solids content. Both methods showed differences in their results in the presence or not of excessive illumination in some parts of the samples, especially those obtained by the Lambertian method. When the images were used for soluble solids prediction, the results showed $R_{CV}^2 = 0,79$ and ECMcv = 0,094 using the proposed method and $R_{CV}^2 = 0,84$ and ECMcv = 0,074 with the Lambertian method. In conclusion, the proposed method showed improvements in the correction of samples with rounded geometries, being possible its generalization as a previous step to the development of models for the determination of quality parameters. However, differences between predictions do not exist due to the use of mean values. Although some articles point out that DevOps has a positive influence on product quality, there is little information on the activities or recommended practices that have a direct influence on it. The objective of this work in progress is to identify DevOps activities that have an impact on software quality. To achieve this, we conducted an analysis in the literature to find the activities that are directly related to software quality. Then, we analyzed case studies of DevOps implementations to explore the validity of the selected activities. As a result, we identified the most common activities are monitoring system log files, automating tests, ensuring high coverage in automated tests, and implementing a continuous deployment strategy. The activities that appear less frequently are ensuring that team members have the skills needed and having development progress metrics. Due to this, behaviorist education has taken a back seat, and gives way to the constructivist model that places the student as the creator of their own knowledge through the exploration and interaction with their environment. However, despite the multiple efforts being made to innovate in the educational field, there is still a deficit in terms of quality of materials. This work presents the design, implementation, assembly, and maintenance of didactic control panels, taking into account the elementary attributes of the devices used to prevent accidents to users, as well as to reduce work times and increase the efficiency of the use of this equipment. The objective of this research is to analyze issues concerning the economic dimension of CSR of enterprises in the Southern Zone of Ecuador, the relationship that exists between social responsibility actions and the economic part of the company, as well as the degree of importance that stakeholders have for the sustainability of the entrepreneurship. For this study, a documentary review and analysis and surveys of administrators, managers and/or owners of 384 enterprises in southern Ecuador were carried out.
