Abstract

Most of the agile software process activities are knowledge-intensive, which require environments and technology that ease its creation and transfer. There is a vast amount of knowledge in software companies, but it is commonly tacit and it can only be utilized if companies can identify these people to share it. However, there are untapped sources of knowledge from tools that are used daily in projects. This article presents the results of the identification of these knowledge sources in companies in southern Sonora, through the KoFI methodology.
