The analysis conducted in this paper is focused on economic activity. The turnover of the companies located in the eleven localities that compose the Intercommunity Development Association – Alba Iulia have been studied. The current legal status has been summarized along with the description of reverse charge and joint liability. It has been identified that the reason for introducing these changes was to reduce the losses from tax fraud in the steel market. The process of adaptation to the changes in the legal environment has been exemplified by a representative company based in Poland. The main reason for the acceleration and modernization of the industry was the Polish accession to the European Union. Sanitary and veterinary requirements, and rules on the placing of poultry products in the trade, which our country was obliged to fulfill, led to the sector producing products with a high level of security. Rapidly growing domestic demand and foreign markets for Polish products affectes the growth of poultry production. Consumers are attracted primarily by the high quality products and reasonable price, as well as the relatively low cost of production. The industry has become an example of what can grow even in a crisis. As a result of changes occurring in the Polish market, meat and aspecially poultry meat is becoming increasingly important, becoming an essential part of the economy. Forecasts for the poultry industry in 2014 are positive, sae to an anticipated decline in grain prices and a limited supply of pork and beef. In order to reconcile the requirements of environmental protection and to provide facilities for exploitation of its resources necessary to apply the principles of sustainable development and financial support of farms and enabled them to be maintained society for the development of systems of protected areas. In the protected areas examined municipalities of Northeast Poland,particularly desirable because of the adjustment to the requirements of environmental protection,is organic farming. It allows for more complete use of the existing productive potential and is apractical extension of the principles of sustainable development. Research has shown, the development of organic farming in the region is determined to a greater extent by economic and organizational factors thannatural conditions. Organic farms although created in communities where there are relatively large natural resources of the natural environment, as demonstrated by this study, the development of organic farming in the region is determined to a greater extent by economic and organizational factors than natural conditions. Changesin the Community agricultural policy followed towards the promotion and financial support farms and maintained in good ecological condition. Chojnacki, Agata Gastecka","doi":"10.14595/PIES/01/014","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.14595/PIES/01/014","url":null,"abstract":"Despite the ubiquity of new technology and electronic services, there is still a low level of implementation of IT in healthcare.  The aim of this study is to indicate that computerization leads to greater cost-effectiveness. The study is mainly based on a literature review. Against this background, was to assess the computerization of the health care system in Poland was assessed’. The paper considers aspects of inefficient operations, barriers to computerization of the system, and the direction of optimal solutions that can have a positive impact on the efficiency of the health care system in Poland. It was pointed out that a low level of computerization corresponds to the political model. On one hand, healthcare is an area which is becoming increasingly allocated public funds, while on the other hand there is a low degree of maturity about the stakeholder model of health care. Analysis over a long period (from the beginning of the transformation) allowed for an indication of the trend of the studied phenomenon. The initial stress was on the importance of education at the youngest age, which is the base of human capital in any society. Then the level and dynamics of the number of pre-school and enrolled children in the previously approved subdivision was traced.
