A possible reason for the lack of studies on the virtuous character of a leader is the lack of clarity of definition; Moreover, some scholars consider Virtue as well as good character to be too abstract and general to measure. This research aims to overcome the lack of research on the role of a leader's virtuous leadership on employee welfare. This research also adds the moderating variable trust in virtuous leaders. This research uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory research design. Data collection techniques were carried out using surveys. The research population consisted of 200 employees spread across Indonesia. And the analysis technique uses Smart PLS. This research aims to analyze the influence of perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, structural assurance, social influence, and intimacy on purchase intention. The population in this study are users of the TikTok application in Indonesia. The samples in this study were taken using purposive sampling techniques and questionnaire methods and obtained 170 samples that met the convenience sampling criteria. This research uses data processing software SPSS version 26. The research results show that perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, structural assurance, social influence, influence purchase intention. Nazer, Fajri Muharja","doi":"10.37034/infeb.v6i1.794","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.37034/infeb.v6i1.794","url":null,"abstract":"This study uses Susenas March 2019 raw data in a cross-section of 34 provinces and 514 districts/cities in Indonesia with a coverage of 315,672 households, designed using a quasi-experiment on the treatment group and control group after program implementation. The treatment group was formed by beneficiary families while the control group was formed by non-beneficiary families. The sample of beneficiaries was 50,485 or 9,845,922 households if calculated with Susenas weighting (65.55% of the total 2019 realization of 15,020,323 national beneficiaries) and non-beneficiaries were 181,358 households. The data were analyzed using a probit regression model and impact estimation was conducted using the Propensity Score Matching (PSM) approach. The results suggest that education level is a bigger determinant for households to become Rastra-BPNT beneficiaries, especially for household heads who did not finish primary school and those who graduated from primary school. Rastra-BPNT food social assistance has a significant and positively correlated impact on beneficiary families with a pattern of food proportion to total expenditure > 50%. There was a shift in the food consumption budget share for Beneficiary Families in several dominant commodities such as grains; eggs and milk; processed food and beverages; and cigarettes, tobacco and betel. The research objective is to examine business incubator-based e-commerce as an effort to improve the sports industry for the entrepreneurial activities of Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) partners. The research method uses descriptive quantitative qualitative research methods with a survey approach. The subjects of this research are the sports industry business people in Cirebon who understand the concept of business incubators selected using a purposive sampling technique. The results of this research show that sports industry entrepreneurs in Cirebon with presentations (55%) have a high level of influence in improving the sports industry. This study explores the design of the multi-disciplinary integrated paradigm MBKM curriculum in the Sharia Economics study program at UIN Imam Bonjol Padang. This study belongs to the type of research and development with a 4-D (four D) development model. The population consists of students, lecturers, alumni and graduate users, with a sample size of 124. The research results found that the MBKM model with a multidisciplinary integrative paradigm received a high level of agreement of 87%. This indicates that the MBKM approach is considered effective in improving cross-disciplinary skills. Companies are expected to create value from the knowledge they possess, which includes their intangible assets. This study aims to examine the relationship between the intellectual capital and the companies’ performance. Some of the previous studies have focused on a tool for measuring intellectual capital called value added intellectual capital (VAIC), which divides intellectual capital into VAHU, STVA, and VACA components. The study population consisted of all LQ45 companies, and a purposive sampling technique was used to select samples. The study used a quantitative approach and employs multiple regression analysis to analyze the data gathered from the financial reports of selected companies. The results indicated that both STVA and VACA have an impact on ROA, while only VACA has impact on TQ. This research creates an awareness among management to properly manage intellectual capital to enhance their overall organizational performance. This sample was then tested for multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity first and then the multiple regression method with a fixed effect model was used to find out the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable. The research results found that working capital turnover did not affect the profitability of manufacturing companies in ASEAN. Thus, it is recommended that companies use other liquidity strategies that can be proven to influence profitability. This research takes TikTok as an online networking tool which aims to test the influence of social eWOM on brand attitudes and purchase intentions. Positive social electronic word of mouth (eWOM) on brand attitudes and brand purchase intentions, the type of research used is quantitative research. The cross-sectional method was used to test the research model involving consumers of Uniqlo products in urban areas. The results of this research are that Social E-WOM has a significant positive influence on Brand Attitude so that the first hypothesis is accepted. This is because the t-statistic value is 5.669>1.96 and the p-value is 0.000<0.05. Social E-WOM is word of mouth marketing between consumers via social media. Social E-WOM has a positive and significant influence on Purchase Intention so that the second hypothesis is accepted. This is because the t-statistic value is 3.464>1.96 and the p-value is 0.001<0.05. This is because the t-statistic value is 7.003>1.96 and the p-value is 0.000<0.05. Purchase intention is a consumer's desire to buy a product or service. Meanwhile, consumer attitudes towards brands are how consumers view the product. If consumers view the brand as good, then consumers will have the intention to buy the product.
