Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada PT. Group Cemerlang Plastindo. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Data penelitian ini diperoleh peneliti dengan cara melakukan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 48 karyawan pada PT. Group Cemerlang Plastindo. Data yang diperoleh dilakukan analisis menggunakan aplikasi SPSS. Penelitian ini menggunakan beberapa uji, yakni uji validasi, uji reabilitas, uji linieritas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji t dan f, dan uji koefisien determinasi. Small and medium-sized business owners must be able to survive in an industry dominated by large and medium-sized companies. To achieve this, they need effective marketing strategies, focusing on service quality and price perception, in order to create customer satisfaction and loyalty. The sustainability of micro and small business owners depends on how well their products can endure. In this study, the third key factor (TKT 3) is active research and development. This may involve analytical studies and laboratory research to physically validate analytical predictions about separate elements of technology. For instance, it could relate to components that have not yet been integrated or those that represent a sample. The study population consists of residents in Tangsel, and sampling is done using purposive techniques. Using the Hair formula, the sample size is rounded to 100 individuals who will serve as research respondents. This research uses descriptive research with a quantitative approach and the data used is secondary data which includes independent variables, namely own capital, business volume and total assets. Secondary data in this research was obtained from cooperative financial reports. The data analysis method in this research uses descriptive statistical test methods, classical assumption tests and multiple regression analysis. Partially, own capital, business volume and total assets have an influence on the remaining business results in cooperative savings and loan business units in Tanjungpinang City. Own capital, business volume and total assets together have an influence on the remaining business results in the cooperative savings and loan business unit in Tanjungpinang City with an R2 value of 88.1%. The population of this research consists of PT Kanefusa Indonesia's customers, with a sample size of 75 individuals. The data analysis method used is Multiple Linear Regression. The results of the study indicate that the simultaneous hypothesis test shows that the variables of product quality, price, and service quality significantly affect customer satisfaction. Additionally, the partial hypothesis test demonstrates that each variable, namely product, price, and service quality, significantly influences customer satisfaction. This research provides valuable insights for PT Kanefusa Indonesia in understanding the factors that affect customer satisfaction. By paying attention to and improving product quality, offering competitive prices, and providing excellent service quality, PT Kanefusa Indonesia can better meet customer expectations and strengthen long-term relationships with customers. Research on the impact of social enterprise on society in dealing with poverty problems, has been carried out in different locations, but no one has researched the impact of social enterprise in the Tasikmalaya area. Therefore, it is necessary to research the impact of the existence of a social enterprise on the surrounding community and in dealing with social problems that occur in the area around the existence of the social enterprise. This research used qualitative methods by collecting data through observation and in-depth interviews with social enterprise actors and the surrounding community. The results of the research showed that there are four roles of social enterprise that can be identified in Tasikmalaya, and five impacts of social enterprise on the recipient communities are found. The focus of this study is not only to identify the direct influence of remittances on welfare but also to investigate how internal remittances affect household welfare through consumptive expenditures. The analytical tool used is Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The data used in this study is derived from the Indonesian Family Life Survey (IFLS) for the years 2007 and 2014. The research sample consists of 772 households with members who are internal migrant workers. The results of the study indicate that the improvement in household welfare is not only directly influenced by internal remittances but also by how these remittances are managed, particularly when used for consumptive spending. The aims of this research to find existing business model analysis Swab Aja; and to find a business model design for changing Swab Aja into a clinic using the Business Model Canvas. This research is qualitative research. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Secondary data was obtained through document analysis while primary data was obtained through field studies and interviews. Data collection techniques to be used in this research are: in-depth interviews); participant – observation); and Documentation. The interview guide used consisted of 50 questions. The interview guide was prepared based on the 9 stages of developing the canvas business model. This research is conducted using a quantitative approach and statistical tests. The research method uses the Structural Equation Model (SEM). The statistical tool is using SmartPLS. The sampling technique uses non-probability with a purposive sampling approach based on certain criteria, Indonesian people who have watched and bought products online via live streaming. To collect samples from an infinite population, the sample size was determined to be 96 respondents. The study results reveal that online purchasing behavior on live-streaming platforms is stimulated by interactivity factors. Interactive experiences can increase the desire to immediately own the product or service. Hedonic and utilitarian can mediate impulse buying in live-streaming shopping. The research sample consisted of 80 students. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that the results of the simultaneous hypothesis testing of all variables consisting of promotion, price and product quality had a significant influence on the student's decision to choose STIE GICI. In addition, partial hypothesis testing also shows that all variables, namely promotion, price, and product quality, have a significant effect on the decision to choose STIE GICI. The findings of this study can assist STIE GICI in planning a more effective marketing strategy to increase the number of new student applicants. Indonesia is a country with the largest Muslim population in the world. Producers must understand the factors that influence consumer buying behavior towards halal products. Sales of halal products are increasing, especially demand from Muslim consumers. This study aims to determine consumer buying behavior when buying halal products in Indonesia. This study involves the variables of halal awareness, halal logo, attitude, halal marketing, and halal image as independent variables, and buying behavior as the dependent variable. This study uses quantitative research methodology. The research data used primary data. Primary data was collected through a survey using a structured questionnaire. The questionnaire was created using Google Forms and distributed online to respondents. The data collection technique uses a probability sampling technique. The samples are selected randomly. The sample data was 320 respondents. The data analysis method uses SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) to predict the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. The results of this study indicate that halal attitudes and images influence consumer behavior when buying halal products. Halal awareness, halal logo, and halal marketing do not influence consumer buying behavior when buying halal products. The findings of this study have implications for marketers and manufacturers in developing marketing strategies for halal products in Indonesia. Marketers need to understand the needs and preferences of Muslim consumers by building a positive attitude and halal image on the products sold.
