This technological development also occurs in the field of financial services or Financial Technology. This research aims to determine the behavioral intentions of the general public in Bengkulu in using digital payments called QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard) with the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT). The research method is quantitative using primary data whose population is the general public in Bengkulu with a sample of 102 respondents. Data analysis used the SPSS program multiple analysis method. The research results show that work expectations, business expectations, social influence, facilitating conditions, perceived value, and Personal Innovativeness influence the behavioral intentions of the general public in Bengkulu in using digital payments called QRIS. Furthermore, based on calculations, it is known that these 6 variables have a simultaneous influence of 98.3% on behavioral intentions. Timely and accurate diagnosis is critical for effective treatment, yet traditional methods like microbial cultures and urinalysis are often slow and inconsistent. This study introduces machine learning (ML) as a transformative solution for UTI diagnostics, particularly focusing on logistic regression and random forest models renowned for their interpretability and robustness. We conducted a meticulous hyperparameter tuning process using a rich dataset from a clinic in Northern Mindanao, Philippines, incorporating demographic, clinical, and urinalysis data. Our research outlines a detailed methodology for applying and refining these ML models to predict UTI outcomes accurately. Through comprehensive hyperparameter optimization, we enhanced the predictive performance, demonstrating a significant improvement over standard diagnostic practice. The findings reveal a clear superiority of the random forest model, achieving a top testing accuracy of 0.9814, compared to the best-performing logistic regression model's accuracy of 0.7626. This comparative analysis not only validates the efficacy of ML in medical diagnostics but also emphasizes the potential clinical impact of these models in real-world settings. The study contributes to the burgeoning literature on ML applications in healthcare by providing a blueprint for optimizing ML models for clinical use, particularly in diagnosing UTIs. Through a causal associative research design, the study identifies various factors of influence on the dependent variable, applying an Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) regression analysis on survey data. The results provide intriguing insights into farmers' decision-making and preferences concerning cooperation models based on land ownership status. Our findings reveal that shareholder farmers, who farm lands belonging to others, exhibit preferences distinct from owner-farmers for cooperative models. Similarly, those cultivating both others' and their own lands demonstrate unique inclinations towards different cooperative models compared to owner-farmers. The results also emphasize the significance of risk perceptions in these preferences. A significant tendency was observed among farmers to allocate more time to farming when they are relieved of risk entirely in an agricultural management scenario, particularly in long-duration collaborations. In contrast, owner-farmers and those cultivating both their own and others' land exhibited a more cautious approach, agreeing to share risks but within limited periods of cooperation. These findings contribute to a nuanced understanding of the effects of sharecropping on farmers' time management and risk-allocation decisions, providing significant implications for agricultural policy and practices. Penelitian terkini mengonfirmasi Shopee sebagai pemimpin di Indonesia dengan jumlah pengunjung terbanyak hingga Maret 2023. Keberhasilan Shopee tidak hanya tercermin dalam popularitasnya, mencapai 79% di kalangan wanita, tetapi juga dalam kemampuannya menarik generasi Z, dengan sekitar 68% dari mereka menjadikan Shopee sebagai platform e-commerce favorit. Fokus penelitian ini adalah memperluas penggunaan aplikasi e-commerce Shopee, khususnya di kalangan konsumen wanita Generasi Z (17-26 tahun) di Indonesia, dengan menguji variabel-variabel model UTAUT2. Dalam penelitian ini, pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dengan data primer yang dikumpulkan melalui survei online dengan 166 responden. Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) menggunakan perangkat lunak smartPLS 3.2.9 digunakan sebagai teknik analisis. Sampel dipilih dengan metode purposeful sampling dan formula Cochran dihitung. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dari 10 hipotesis yang diuji, 8 hipotesis diterima sementara 2 hipotesis ditolak. Variabel hedonic motivation dan price value memiliki pengaruh signifikan pada behavioral intention, sedangkan behavioral intention juga memiliki pengaruh signifikan pada use behavior. Namun, effort expectancy dan facilitating conditions sama sekali tidak berpengaruh pada behavioral intention, sehingga kedua hipotesis ditolak. In facing the era of globalization and digital transformation, the concepts of creative economy and design preneurship have emerged as promising solutions. This research aims to analyze and understand the role of the creative economy and design preneurship in increasing the economic value of MSMEs. Data from a number of references highlights that the implementation of the creative economy and design preneurship can produce innovation, product differentiation and expand market share. Despite the great potential, many MSMEs have not fully utilized these concepts. Therefore, this research focuses on identifying effective strategies, best practices, and the impact of implementing the creative economy and design preneurship on the growth and sustainability of MSME businesses. This study uses qualitative methods with a focus on case studies. Data was obtained from 25 business actors who are MSMEs in Parongpong District, West Bandung Regency and are considered representative who will successfully apply creative economic concepts and design preneurship in increasing the economic value of MSMEs. From the research results, it is known that increasing the economic value of MSMEs through the creative economy and designpreneurship in MSMEs in Parongpong District, West Bandung Regency can be done through 3 (three) activities, namely optimizing product branding, optimizing packaging design and optimizing promotional media, with training provided regarding optimization. This study aims to analyze the effect of Agglomeration, Labor, and Investment on Regency/City Economic Inequality in Jambi Province in 2015-2018. The analytical method used in this study is panel data regression for the 2015-2018 period which comes from the Jambi Central Bureau of Statistics. Statistical testing includes Common, Fixed, and Random tests, as well as conducting the Chow Test and Hausman Test to obtain the test to be selected. The results of the data analysis show that among the three agglomeration variables (X1) it has a sig. (0.040) < (0.05), so it partially has a significant effect on economic inequality in Jambi Province in 2015-2018. Labor variable (X2) has a sig. (0.8846) (0.05), so partially it has no significant effect on economic inequality in Jambi Province in 2015-2018. Investment (X3) Investment (X3) has a sig. (0.407) (0.05), so partially it has no significant effect on economic inequality in Jambi Province in 2015-2018. Simultaneously obtain a calculated F value of 4.460 with a Probability value (Prob F-statistic) of 0.000. Because the probability value is 0.000 <0.05 (α) and F count (358.6774) > F table (2.78), it can be concluded that all independent variables namely agglomeration, number of workers, investment together have a significant effect on economic inequality in Jambi Province from 2015 to 2018.
