Pendekatan kuantitatif adalah metode penelitian yang digunakan. Ukuran sampel adalah 100 responden, diambil menggunakan metode non-probability sampling yang dikombinasikan dengan purposive sampling. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner secara online, kemudian diproses dengan SmartPLS v.4.0. A quantitative approach with hypothesis-testing techniques was used in this research. There were 92 samples using a saturated sampling technique, namely all employees of PT Dipo Star Finance Padang. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires online and processed using SmartPLS 4.0 software. The data analysis method uses structural equation modeling with partial least squares (SEM-PLS). The research results show that rewards have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and work discipline. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on work discipline. Job satisfaction is able to partially mediate the relationship between rewards and work discipline. Data analysis used in this research uses the SWOT analysis technique (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats). The results of the research show that alternative strategies that can be used in developing Micro, Small and Medium Batik Enterprises in Tanjung Bumi District, Bangkalan Regency after the pandemic include using the market as a distribution place, promoting batik directly, utilizing social media and marketplaces to market batik, participating craftsmen in exhibitions to promote batik with the aim of increasing sales and expanding market share, government support in the form of developing human resource training for batik makers, establishing cooperation between batik entrepreneurs and suppliers of raw materials for making batik to obtain quality raw materials and anticipate increases in raw materials. The data taken is secondary data by conducting direct interviews with business owners, by preparing questions and looking at bookkeeping records made by MSME actors. This research carries out classical assumption tests, hypothesis testing using SPSS version 21. The results of the research state that looking at the results of the tests that have been carried out proves that both variables partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on profitability and it can also be seen that the Adjusted R Square is 0.435. Elco Indonesia Sejahtera. Dengan mengumpulkan data dari 68 responden melalui kuesioner, penelitian ini menggunakan analisis statistik seperti koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi, dan uji hipotesis T untuk mengevaluasi dan mengukur hubungan antara variabel kualitas produk dengan keputusan pembelian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan dan positif antara kualitas produk dengan keputusan pembelian. Koefisien korelasi yang tinggi menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan kualitas produk memberikan kontribusi yang kuat terhadap peningkatan keputusan pembelian, begitu pula sebaliknya. Dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 50,7%, kualitas produk mempunyai pengaruh yang besar terhadap variasi keputusan pembelian konsumen. Uji hipotesis T membuktikan adanya signifikansi positif pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian, dengan nilai t hitung jauh melebihi nilai t tabel. Oleh karena itu dapat disimpulkan bahwa kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada PT. Elco Indonesia Sejahtera. Temuan ini memberikan landasan empiris yang kuat bagi perusahaan untuk fokus pada peningkatan kualitas produk sebagai strategi pemasaran yang efektif. Dengan memahami kuatnya pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian, PT. However, the study finds that the direct influence of employee well-being on team dynamics and subsequently on the hybrid work environment may not be statistically significant. In analyzing financial reports based on ISAK 35, several main foundations underlying ISAK 35 are used, namely, the basic accounting framework, accrual principles, income realization principles, fairness principles, and international accounting standards.
