Wuhan is developing into a national central city and an international metropolis, and should give full play to the representative and leading role of its star hotels in the construction and development of tourism accommodation industry. In this paper, gaussian fitting algorithm and Zernike orthogonal moment based edge detection technology are used to extract the edge contour of the image, BP neural network is used to determine the specific form of image geometric distortion, and the target image corrected by product image is obtained by backward gray interpolation method. Differential and fitting are combined, and matlab is used to calculate the length of each contour. The results of the preliminary questionnaire survey were used to revise the 36 questions of the questionnaire. Using factor analysis methods, a factor structure model with 28 items in seven dimensions was finally constructed. Through the analysis of 364 survey data, it is proved that the measurement questionnaire has good reliability and validity, and also indicates that the validity of the research model is better. Through the test of the model and the comparative analysis of the prediction results, it is found that the grey GM (1,1) model has a better fitting degree for the number of tourists in Huanggang City than the linear regression model. Methods: Based on cloud computing and big data modeling technology, the panel data of 70 prefecture-level cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt urban agglomeration from 2014 to 2019 were collected, and through the double difference model, two batches of regional demonstration bases for innovation and entrepreneurship established by the state in 2016 and 2017 were used. Objective: To study the influence and driving factors of the establishment of innovation and entrepreneurship regional demonstration bases on regional innovation capability.
