Research on Current Situation Analysis and Countermeasures of Wuhan Star Hotels From the Perspective of Two Factor Theory Model

Abstract

Star hotels are evaluated by the National (provincial) Tourism Administration in accordance with the relevant standards issued by the National Tourism Administration on the basis of the hotel's building environment, facilities and equipment, functions and management, service level, etc. The hotel star rating system is conducive to the standardized management and specific business guidance of the tourism accommodation industry by relevant government departments. Wuhan is developing into a national central city and an international metropolis, and should give full play to the representative and leading role of its star hotels in the construction and development of tourism accommodation industry. Based on the data of the national star hotel statistical survey and management system, this paper analyzes and evaluates the current situation of star hotels in Wuhan.
