Pikuły i Katarzyny Białożyt, zatytułowana Etyczne i społeczne wymiary pracy1. Praca jest wartością, powołaniem człowieka. Dostarcza środków do realizacji ludzkich potrzeb i pragnień. Swym zasięgiem obejmuje różne formy aktywności człowieka, nie tylko zawodową, ale również w rodzinie i w społeczeństwie. W perspektywie doktryny chrześcijańskiej praca jest odpowiedzią Bogu na Jego wezwanie (por. Rdz 1,27 n). Jest ona zaszczytem i winna przyczyniać się do umacniania godności człowieka2. Doskonalenie człowieka przez pracę dokonuje się przez całe życie. Jest to związane z rozwojem społeczeństwa oraz motywacją do podejmowania nowych wyzwań w zmieniających się warunkach ludzkiego życia. W tę perspektywę społeczno-etyczną pracy, w zmieniającym się współcześnie rynku pracy, wpisuje się niniejsze opracowanie zbiorowe, stanowiące przyczynek do odpowiedzi na potrzebę refleksji, pogłębiania wiedzy nad zagadnieniem pracy ludzkiej w warunkach współczesności. Książka składa się z trzech części. Pierwsza część jest zatytułowana Aksjologiczne wymiary pracy człowieka i zawiera trzy teksty. Artykuł otwierający, autorstwa Ireneusza M. Świtały, nosi tytuł: Etyka wobec współczesnych problemów społecznych. Jest to tekst dotyczący roli etyki w różnych dziedzinach życia codziennego. Autor przedstawia w nim uwarunkowania etyczne, proces internalizacji zasad etycznych w kontekście rozwoju człowieka, a także charakterystyczne przejawy łamania norm moralnych współczesnego społeczeństwa. W drugim zaś tekście omawianej książki, zatytułowanym Godność człowieka pracującego w dobie prekariatu, Dominika Sozańska omawia zagadnienie godności pracy ludzkiej w kontekście zmian na rynku pracy i zjawiska prekariatu. Evangelical parish priest of the Peter and Paul church in Görlitz Gregorius Richter suspect a heresy in Aurora and threatened Böhm with banishment. Numerous Aurora texts indicate that Böhme took into account the four principles of the Reformation. Böhm’s Aurora contains the reformational principle the grace itself and the anthropology implied by it, about the non-free will of human being. While in Luther thoughts were dominated by the functional Christology, in the Böhme’s – essential Christology. The essence of this Christology is to call Christ Aurora. From the essential Christology, Böhme, however, derived a functional conclusion, which is the postulate of the following Christ. In contrast to Luther, who focused on the fides qua, Böhme focuses primarily on fides quae. Although Aurora contains numerous references to the Bible, the very title of Böhme’s most famous work is the result of an experience with a tin vessel. Luther would blame Böhme of illumination, that is, the possibility of an internal, omitting the biblical Word, communicating the Spirit of God with human. Böhme was a theosophist, means either theologian and philosopher, in one person. As a theologian, he drew the knowledge from God’s revelation, and as a philosopher he perceived the traces of God in the world. {"title":"The greatness of Pastor Valerius Herberger as a person and his work in the light of his bynames","authors":"Adam Kalbarczyk","doi":"10.14746/pst.2018.32.11","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.14746/pst.2018.32.11","url":null,"abstract":"Summary Many attempts have been made to describe the life, fame and fate of the great German Lutheran pastor, preacher, theologian, humanist, poet, composer of well-known church songs and social activist, Valerius Herberger (1562-1627), who lived and worked in the Polish royal city Wschowa. The excellence of this figure has been proved by ample theological and homiletic works published in print. This article depicts the richness of both Herberger as a person and his works by making references to as many as ten bynames given to him. The first three of them were coined by drawing an analogy to the father of the Reformation, Martin Luther, namely „the little Luther”, „the other Luther”, „the Polish Luther”. In two other epithets: „evangelical Abraham a Sancta Clara” and „the other Ignatius Loyola” Herberger was compared respectively to two figures well-known in the Catholic world, that is to an Augustinian Friar Abraham a Sancta Clara, one of the most famous, early baroque preachers, and to Ignatius Loyola, the founder of the Jesuits. The remaining five bynames refer directly to Herberger’s performance as a preacher and a pastoral worker, that is: „Preacher of Jesus”, „Lover of Jesus”, „Preacher of the Heart”, „Warden of Hearts” and „Pastor of the Plague”.
