In this paper, a bellow-type flow rate control valve for high temperature working fuel is developed. The construction and working principle of the valve are introduced and the mathematical models of the valve are established. The dynamic characteristics of displacement are simulated by using Matlab/Simulink platform and experimented simultaneously. By comparing the simulation and experiment results, the dynamic response characteristics of flow rate can be studied, so the working reliability of the valve can be guaranteed. The solution for the above problems is to analyze the multidisciplinary coupling characteristics in the EHA system. However, there is little related research at present. Therefore, this paper focuses on the analysis of the multidisciplinary coupling characteristics in EHA system and builds a complete model of the characteristics. In the event of fire, The poor emission of toxic gases such as carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide generated through combustion process are harmful to personnel on account of the confined space. Smoldering fire plays an important weight in the fire in the enclosed space. It is difficult to detect the smoldering. If it is not extinguished in time, it will spread and convert into naked flame, which causes serious losses of the surrounding environment. This paper focused on the experimental study on the application of water mist in extinguishing the common smoldering fire in enclosed space. Comparison and analysis of the air composition before and after the effect of water mist in enclosed space were made. Industrial dehumidifier was utilized to conduct post-processing. The results show that water mist can extinguish the smoldering fire effectively with high efficiency, with short time and little water consumption. The efficiency of fire extinguishing is directly related with the working time. The longer the water mist works on, the smaller possibility of after-combustion for smoldering. Electrohydraulic stactic loading system is the singnificant equipment of the testing. With its function of transfering low-power electrical singal to large-power hydraulic output quickly and precisely, the servo valve plays a key role in an electrohydraulic servo control system and dominates to a large extent the performance of the whole control system. Conventional electrohydraulic servo or proportional control is subject to the nonlinearites of their electro-mechanical interface, such as hysteresis, saturation and finite resolution. In this paper, a direct actuated digital servo valve was applied in electrohydraulic static loading system. It can be driven directly by computer needn't D/A and has the advantages of simple structure, high tolerance to contamination and high reliability. DFF (Depth From Focus) is adopted to realize the autofocus of thermography. Firstly, a focusing target is designed, and then the horizontal temperature distribution of its thermal image is operated by using energy gradient function as the evaluation function of edge detection, finally the hill climbing method is used to achieve the optimal focusing position. Existing position/orientation sensors commercially available in the market, though capable of providing linear or angular high-resolution measurements, mainly rely on mechanical connectors and linkages that introduce frictions, backlashes, and motion singularities. The system becomes bulky and complicated. In addition, multi-degree of freedom (DOF) motion should be deduced from the individual orthogonal measurements. To overcome such difficulties, the method presented in the paper aims to develop an efficient method for designing a magnetic field-based orientation sensor system for devices. The method utilizes Distributed Multipole (DMP) model to accurately characterize magnetic fields of a magnet. The field is furthermore approximated in a compact form to efficiently configure system parameters and maximize sensor capacities and performance of measurement.
