The research of the crowd system requires the mutual interaction between the mass underlying units to support, that is, the support of the business operation environment. Every unit is a single service unit, so at this time the business operating environment can be called the service Internet. Therefore, some related researches on the architecture, form, norms and nature of the service Internet have also been taken as important parts of the research of the crowd system. And they have gained extensive attention and in-depth exploration in the academic community. This paper analyzes the development and connection of crowd system and service Internet, and discusses the overall framework, ideas, key technologies and solutions for researching the service Internet architecture in the current complex environment.","PeriodicalId":241191,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 4th International Conference on Crowd Science and Engineering","volume":"50 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-10-18","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116806732","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, because crowd network owes characteristics as large-scale, dynamic and diversified online deep interconnection, and its most results cannot be observed in real world, which cannot be carried out in accordance with traditional way, simulation is of great importance to put forward related researches. This paper adopts a data-driven architecture by deeply analyzing existing large-scale simulation architectures and proposes a novel reflective memory-based framework for crowd network simulations. In this paper, the framework is analyzed from three aspects: hierarchical architecture, functional architecture and implementation architecture. According to the characteristics of crowd network, hierarchical architecture and functional architecture adopt a general structure to decouple related work in a harmonious way. In the implementation architecture, several toolkits for system implementation are designed, which connected by Data Driven Files (DDF), and these XML files constitute a persistent storage layer. From the functional point of view, crowd network simulations obtain the support of reflective memory by connecting the reflective memory cards on different devices, and connect the interfaces of relevant simulation software to complete the corresponding function call. Meanwhile, in order to improve the credibility of simulations, VV&A (Verification, Validation and Accreditation) is introduced into the framework to verify the accuracy of simulation system executions.","PeriodicalId":241191,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 4th International Conference on Crowd Science and Engineering","volume":"115 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-10-18","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124225305","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Meanwhile, blockchain technology opens a new era of value exchange with trustless security among strangers. Its decentralized architecture and cryptography based data storage pattern bring light to vast application areas with high security and scalability requirements. In this work, we provide a general solution for intelligence application development on blockchain. Specifically, we propose a novel design of a smart agent inspired by the smart contract concept in the blockchain. Based on the proposed smart agents, a system architecture composed by smart agents is built supported by blockchain, where the agent network and blockchain network is overlapped. Then, a demonstration of the proposed architecture is designed in a case where private data required to be \"properly protected\" in a distributed manner. The implementation of the designed system is further conducted in the Ethereum development environment, showing the effectiveness and applicability of the proposed architecture in developing a secure distributed application.","PeriodicalId":241191,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 4th International Conference on Crowd Science and Engineering","volume":"13 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-10-18","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114911663","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Through the calculation of nine typical test functions, the FA algorithm, LevyFA algorithm and OLLevyFA algorithm compared and verified. The results show that compared with the FA algorithm, the LevyFA algorithm and the OLLevyFA algorithm can jump out of the local optimum more effectively, and the OLLevyFA algorithm has the characteristics of higher precision and faster convergence speed. Finally, the FA algorithm, LevyFA algorithm and OLLevyFA algorithm are put into the magnetization temperature measurement model. The comsol software is used to simulate the calculation results and the results of the particle swarm optimization algorithm. The results show that the results of OLLevyFA algorithm have higher precision and can meet the requirements of the system.","PeriodicalId":241191,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 4th International Conference on Crowd Science and Engineering","volume":"14 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-10-18","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116790884","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Prior studies suggested and investigated a variety of factors that influence the crowd participation in KI-C. However, to our knowledge, a structured account and integration of the important factors influencing participation is still lacking. So this study aims to fill the gap by conducting a literature review. This review classifies factors into four categories, i.e., task properties, crowdsourcing platform characteristics, motivations of the crowd, and requesters' feedbacks, according to the process of crowdsourcing and its components. Furthermore, we present eighteen factors under these categories. The findings from this study may offer guidelines for developing comprehensive models and approaches to sustain the crowd participation in KI-C.","PeriodicalId":241191,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 4th International Conference on Crowd Science and Engineering","volume":"73 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-10-18","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123364714","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, in many real applications (i.e., abnormality detection), there is a lack of sufficient data to achieve a good deep learning model. Considering the fact that collecting massive labeled training data for a new task is often expensive and time-consuming, it is critical to transfer and reuse the knowledge of the labeled data or simulation data to the new task. To tackle this issue, we propose a deep transfer learning method in this paper. On one hand, we pre-train a basic deep learning model with the related training data. Then, we treat the learning model as a starting point for the current problem to train the new deep learning model. On the other hand, we utilize the Generative Adversarial Nets (GAN) in the learning process to transfer knowledge from simulation data and further enhances the discriminative power of the model. Besides, we apply the proposed method to abnormality detection problem. Experiments in Bone X-Ray anomaly detection show that the proposed deep transfer model can significantly improve performance compared to the basic deep learning model.","PeriodicalId":241191,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 4th International Conference on Crowd Science and Engineering","volume":"38 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-10-18","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131864799","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, The non-immobilized images, such as product labels at ports, is very difficult to be extracted structured data information from tag images because the formats and contents of tags in different countries and different product vary widely[8]. The process is complex and the error rate is high. This paper combines the characteristics of the Cross-Border Products label, overall format complex and simple local structure (top-to-down and left-to-right), and proposes a method for identifying and structuring port commodity label information. The method mainly establishes a template library of keyword and data unit information of commodity labels according to the port commodity classification and then separates the keyword and the data information from the multi-line text with accurate location information recognized by the OCR engine. Finally, the keyword and data are structured according to the local layout pattern between the keyword and the data, and the structured Cross-Border product information is obtained.","PeriodicalId":241191,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 4th International Conference on Crowd Science and Engineering","volume":"29 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-10-18","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115767992","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Most of the previous work has focused on the estimation of head poses rather than the identification of specific head motions, which are more useful in human-robot interaction. Based on the results of the head pose estimation, we define eight head motions which contain most of the head movements we use in daily life and design a finite state machine(FSM) to identify these motions. Our framework shows excellent accuracy and low latency in real-world test. Besides, we set a group of thresholds that can be easily changed for the duration and intensity of different motion definition, so that it can be adjusted according to the needs in future applications. This framework is robust with great potential for domestic caring in an ageless aging society.","PeriodicalId":241191,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the 4th International Conference on Crowd Science and Engineering","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-10-18","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116523785","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
