The corresponding corrections which are usually small play a key role in some cases since they are the main reason for the solution movement. Based on the generalized equations, several problems of practical importance have been solved. Due to the limited scope of the paper, only one simplest example is given.","PeriodicalId":24047,"journal":{"name":"Доклады Академии наук","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-11-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"76641564","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this paper, a stable analytical solution (without interference) was obtained for the wave field of longitudinal waves in a layered (discrete) ball of planetary size. The calculations of the total wave field, rays and travel-time curves of longitudinal waves for the spherical model of the Earth AK135 with a carrier frequency of 1 hertz are presented. The analytical solution showed that at angles smaller than 145 degrees ahead of the PKP‑waves, low-amplitude waves appear, with a higher frequency of about 1,3 hertz. Indeed, these high-frequency oscillations have the form characteristic for waves scattered at a certain object. The ray pattern and the travel-time graph show that these high-frequency oscillations are due to exclusively to the spherical geometry of the Earth. This could be explained by the interference of refracted and reflected longitudinal waves in the bottom of a discrete outer core. This field propagates even further towards smaller angles due to the interference of diffraction waves.","PeriodicalId":24047,"journal":{"name":"Доклады Академии наук","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-11-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"83084104","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this concept, the conclusion regarding the presence of toxic substances in a sample, which is being analyzed, is connected with the inhibition of enzymatic reactions that are responsible for various functions of a live organism, such as luminescence, respiration, etc., these functions are taken as test functions in classical bioassays, which are using live objects (luminous bacteria, daphnia, algae, etc.). The regularities of the impact of different classes of toxicants on the activity of individual enzymes or coupled oligo-enzyme chains have been established. These enzyme reactions are selected as potential test objects - markers of pollution. The set of enzymatic bioassays consists of three enzyme systems with maximum sensitivity to different classes of toxicants: butyrylcholinesterase, NAD(P)H:FMN‑oxidoreductase + luciferase and lactate dehydrogenase + NAD(P)H:FMN‑oxidoreductase + luciferase. The possibility of using enzymes instead of living organisms in the bioassay of natural complex systems is shown.","PeriodicalId":24047,"journal":{"name":"Доклады Академии наук","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-11-10","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"82325898","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

A wave signal obtained with described method in the port of Crotone (Italy) is compared with data from nearby station of the Global Sea Level Observing System (GLOSS). The example demonstrates the high recording quality of the seiche oscillation system of the port with periods from 40 to 2 minutes, which is comparable to GLOSS. At the same time, unlike the GLOSS stations, signals obtained through video contain responses of even shorter-period (up to tens of seconds) seiches, swell waves, wind and ship waves.","PeriodicalId":24047,"journal":{"name":"Доклады Академии наук","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-10-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"82484071","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The investigations were carried on potato plants (Solanum tuberosum L.) of the mid-season variety Lugovskoy. Plant-regenerants were grafted and cultured in test tubes on modified Murashige-Skoog agar medium in the absence (control) or in the presence of JA at concentrations of 0.001; 0.1 and 10 M under optimal growing conditions or with the addition of NaCl. After 28 days of cultivation, growth (length of stem and root, number of tiers and leaves, plant mass) and physiological (proline content and photosynthetic pigments, determination of the osmotic potential of cell exudate) of the plants were assessed. For the first time it has been shown that jasmonic acid (0.1 and 10 M) manifests a pronounced protective effect on potato plants under salt stress condition. The protective effect based on the partial removal of the salt negative effect on the main photosynthetic pigments and the maintenance of the osmotic status of cell contents during salinization.","PeriodicalId":24047,"journal":{"name":"Доклады Академии наук","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-10-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"91536929","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Eighty percent of the testing samples confirmed this theoretical statement.
