Whereas temperature, number and position of people in the room are vary, an average return air is used to control compressor period. However, this method leads to wasting energy with other loads such as tables, chairs, books, and so on. We propose adaptive actual load for energy saving in the split type air-conditioning. Firstly, we use image sequence for predicting the positions and number of people, and demanded temperature of actual load. Then, we adapt actual load by Takagi - Sugeno (T-S) fuzzy models. We calculate time period of condensing unit which consists of compressor, condensing fan and speed of evaporator fan. Finally, we use Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) for operating compressor and condensing fan and speed of evaporator fan. The experiments are performed and the results are compared to the conventional method. The results show some improvement in energy saving.","PeriodicalId":240381,"journal":{"name":"2016 16th International Symposium on Communications and Information Technologies (ISCIT)","volume":"28 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127932536","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, 4G is a typical co-frequency interference network with characteristics of hard handover and mode 3 interference. Thus, it is of great significance to identify the high-risk original 2G/3G sites which may cause interference problem. Based on the purpose, a novel 4G site reusability scheme considering both site attribute and coverage efficiency is proposed to improve 4G network planning accuracy. And we demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed model by quantitative correlation analysis. The prediction results indicate the proposed scheme can achieve great performance and help to improve 4G network quality effectively.","PeriodicalId":240381,"journal":{"name":"2016 16th International Symposium on Communications and Information Technologies (ISCIT)","volume":"22 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134012606","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Under such motivations, we employ a QoE assessment model over SDN to analyze the impact factors on user demands from various dimensions, including network conditions, equipment characteristics, ambient environment, and the user themselves. In this contexts, we propose a dynamic inter-cell wireless resource allocation scheme which expends and provides a more generalized architecture for heterogeneous radio access networks, especially in terms of resource allocation based on QoE requirements with support of SDN. Analytical and experimental results demonstrate that the proposed scheme has improved more than 10% of user QoE satisfaction due to the high efficiency and extra flexibility of optimization over more dimension of heterogeneity provided by radio resource allocation scheme among SDN in HetNets.","PeriodicalId":240381,"journal":{"name":"2016 16th International Symposium on Communications and Information Technologies (ISCIT)","volume":"264 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2016-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134050902","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, in traditional heterogeneous wireless network architecture, the data plane and the control plane are tightly coupled, and it is very complicated to support flexible control strategy. The novel wireless network architecture based on Software-Defined Networking (SDN) can meet the demand, with the controller manage the whole access network, and by programming to it we can realize the control functions flexibly, such as access control function. Access control is very important decision making ensuring the user's Quality of Service (QoS), and a good access control algorithm should make improvement in Call blocking probability and drop probability. In this paper, a SDN-based heterogeneous network architecture with the cooperation of various access networks are proposed, and the access control method named Dynamic Reservation Channels for Handover Call (DCRHC) under this architecture is designed to decrease the blocking probability. The method contains MTs clustering method and cluster head selection methods. The MTs clustering method is based on the distance information of MTs. The cluster head selection method is based on the energy consumption or the residual energy of MTs. And Quality of Service (QoS) is also taken into consideration and evaluated in the simulation. Simulation results verify that compared with non-collaborative case, the proposed methods can save energy by approximately 70% and 48% in the uplink and downlink respectively. In reality, the materials of buildings affect the parameters of the channel model in terms of reflection and diffraction. In this paper, signal propagation is studied in the 2.4 GHz band based on ray-tracing method in two empty rooms, one with wood walls and the other with ceramic walls. Based on our specific scenario, a 3D channel model is built.
