Khalanchuk","doi":"10.1109/PAEP49887.2020.9240810","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.1109/PAEP49887.2020.9240810","url":null,"abstract":"Mathematical computer modeling of the state of electrons in a cubic quantum dot with a shell is considered in order to use the research results to optimize the parameters of third generation solar panels and methodical support of virtual simulation laboratory work in physics courses, physical foundations of modern information technologies and physics programs. The solution of the Schrödinger equation for S-electrons in the 3D case is obtained. To solve the Schrödinger equation, we use the Fourier method of separation of variables, as well as the numerical method of successive approximations (iterations) to determine the eigenvalues of the electron energy. Boundary conditions are used, in this case the wave function must be continuous and smooth at the core-shell boundary of the cubic quantum dot. The dependence of discrete energy levels on the parameters of the nucleus and shell of a cubic quantum dot is studied. Scilab, MathCad software packages, numerical methods for solving partial differential derivatives, and discrete structured grids are used for mathematical computer modeling and plotting the corresponding wave function and probability density of an electron in a given region of a cubic quantum dot. The research results are used to provide methodological support for laboratory workshops for undergraduates majoring in “Computer Science” and “Electric Power Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Electromechanics” in the disciplines “Physics”, “Physical foundations of modern information technology” and “Physical and mathematical support of master’s programs”.","PeriodicalId":240191,"journal":{"name":"2020 IEEE Problems of Automated Electrodrive. A generalized complex model is substantiated, which contains system-informational, topological and computational components of the description of an electrical object or concept – an element of the system of professionally-oriented content of electrical engineering education. The system of concrete complex models of elements of the system of the professionally-oriented maintenance of training of electrical engineering is created according to the generalized complex model. An experimental test of the created system was carried out, which showed its greater efficiency in comparison with the traditional system of the content of electrical engineering training. The method makes it possible to use knowledge about the object for the synthesis of an MRNN structure and the computation of their coefficients from measured instantaneous values of currents and voltages in the circuit. NCP in the proposed MRNN were realized by expanding the input signal space of the network, using the normalized signals of polynomial terms. The proposed method can estimate MRNN structure to meets with NCP accuracy requirements. The NCP approximation in the one and a few function forms were also provided. The proposed method of NCP identification is based on the weighted MRNN coefficients. A comparison is made of the accuracy of identification of NCP for different MRNN structures and previously known measurement object data. The article describes the development of models that will allow you to adapt the general international standard ISO 50001: 2011 for its implementation in enterprises of a continuous type, taking into account the peculiarities of the operation of electrotechnical complexes of such enterprises. A strategy for formulating the goals of the functioning of the electrotechnical complex with the establishment of clear relationships between its components and the construction of a scene target model of electrical equipment has been developed. A fuzzy cognitive model has been created for predicting energy consumption, determining effective strategies and scenarios for the operation of the electrical complex of continuous production. It is noted that the existing methods for determining hydraulic resistances are approximate and do not take into account the properties of the pumped liquid and an increase in pipe roughness caused by wear. The possibility of determining the parameters of the electrohydraulic complexes based on the equations of the energy balance, formulated for the equivalent electrical circuit based on the method of electrohydraulic analogy, is shown. It is found out that the system of identification equations should be grounded on the equations of the energy balance of the harmonic power components between the hydraulic power source and the elements of the hydraulic system. The modularity can apply to on-board power supply systems, power semiconductor converters and even traction electric machines. This paper uses one of the modularity options in the construction of a hybrid energy storage system (HESS) which consists of five identical modules, each of which includes a battery and a supercapacitor (SC) module, interconnected through bidirectional DC-DC converter. A multilevel cascaded converter (MCC) connects the power supply modules and controls the DC bus voltage, which feeds the inverter of the BLDC motor of the EV drive. A simple energy management system (EMS) strategy is proposed for this case of the HESS modular structure. Another EMS function is the battery state-of-charge balancing which performs by the MCC. Currently, manufacturers of starting devices provide only general information about the various technical advantages of using soft starters, without affecting the economic aspects of their application. The start-up of powerful electric motors has a profound effect on the reliability of electromechanical equipment and creates additional economic risks for the enterprise. It is for powerful electric motors that the decision to use a soft starter needs a deep economic justification, since such engine operate in a long mode, and the initial cost of a soft starter is high. It has been found out that in the consciousness of future electrical engineers educational trajectories are presented as a four-factor functional structure. The major part of it is played by the content regulatory component associated with such characteristics as relevance, cognition, responsibility, manageability. The emotional-dynamic component takes the second position by the degree of its significance for students. The third component testifies to the advantage of the collective nature of the educational trajectory of future electrical engineers over the individual one. The fourth component is related to the assessment of its progressiveness and innovation. The models take into account the presence in the kinematic scheme of the mechanical differential, the dynamic properties of the electric motor, the nonlinearity of the dependence of the friction coefficient on the wheel slip velocity. A computer simulation of the slipping processes has been made while driving on a horizontal road, when starting and overtaking with a run over a section of reduced grip with one wheel, as well as driving downhill to a similar area with two wheels. The analysis of time diagrams has shown their full compliance with the physical concepts and laws explaining the processes, and confirmed its adequacy. This allows us to consider these models as basic for studying the processes of slipping with various types of electric motors, electric drives systems, methods of control, as well as conditions of adhesion deterioration. Such researches may allow generalized conclusions to be drawn when creating systems for the implementation of maximum traction force and microprocessor control in case of an emergency.","PeriodicalId":240191,"journal":{"name":"2020 IEEE Problems of Automated Electrodrive.
