The analysis aims to domestic scholars who have published papers in 88 international library and information science journals collected by JCR. By combining traditional citation indexes and Altmetrics indicators, the research topics of high-impact scholars are analyzed detailly. Using Twitter mentions, Blog mentions and Facebook mentions to disseminate academic achievements is the main way for domestic scholars to promote social impact. The positive and strong correlation between the social impact index and the academic impact index shows that the appropriate Altmetrics indicators can characterize the social impact of scholars. If the research topics of domestic scholars are consistent with the hotspots of the international community, it will actively promote the scholar's international social impact. The research topics of high social impact that domestic scholars rarely involve are mainly distributed in public health and medical health","PeriodicalId":240142,"journal":{"name":"2021 IEEE/ACIS 20th International Fall Conference on Computer and Information Science (ICIS Fall)","volume":"368 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-10-13","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121737183","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

A good link design provides a low BER transmission channel for satellite-ground information interaction and gives full play to the observation and communication capabilities of satellites. By designing the RF transmitting and receiving systems in the satellite-ground transmission link, the performance of the satellite-ground link can be predicted after the satellite is in orbit by considering the losses in the transmission path. The article illustrates the compression coding algorithm, modulation mode coding selection, link design and implementation from the subsystem level, which is a strong practical guidance for satellite data transmission subsystem link design and working mode selection.","PeriodicalId":240142,"journal":{"name":"2021 IEEE/ACIS 20th International Fall Conference on Computer and Information Science (ICIS Fall)","volume":"62 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-10-13","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126303354","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In recent years, CPUs have developed from single-core to multi-core to make up for the shortcomings of CPUs that are not good at large-scale calculations. How to balance the computational load of multiple CPUs has become an urgent problem in the academic community in recent years. This paper uses BP neural network to predict the current weight of the smooth weighted round-robin algorithm by extracting the characteristics of the computer system and task graph characteristics, and then improves the smooth weighted round-robin algorithm. In the end, the load of the multi-core heterogeneous processor system when processing large-scale tasks is significantly reduced.","PeriodicalId":240142,"journal":{"name":"2021 IEEE/ACIS 20th International Fall Conference on Computer and Information Science (ICIS Fall)","volume":"122 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-10-13","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133804140","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Detecting online advertisement of sex-trade is crucial for law enforcement parties, but it is a challenging task. Applications of machine learning algorithms have been investigated to solve the problem. However, one of major obstacles is the lack of techniques of selecting effective features for model induction. This paper proposes a new method based on explainable artificial intelligence (XAI) to extract those important features for model creation. We carried out an experimentation of our approach with three classification models, Naive Bayes, Decision Tree and Neural Network, using the trafficking-10k data set. The result has shown that our proposed technique can improve the detection accuracies of all three models significantly.","PeriodicalId":240142,"journal":{"name":"2021 IEEE/ACIS 20th International Fall Conference on Computer and Information Science (ICIS Fall)","volume":"54 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-10-13","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129513670","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Accordingly, enjoyment of a learning game is often an important design and evaluation criteria. However, while it is often declared that learning games are fun for children players, empirical evidence is hard to come by as measuring fun is not straightforward. Additionally, instruments suitable for adolescents are scarce. FunQ is a recently developed questionnaire specifically designed for adolescents for the assessment of the experienced fun. In this paper I review the development and validation of FunQ, elaborate on the psychometric properties, and across several studies I discuss application areas, suitable ages, and the translations of the instrument. I conclude the paper with suggestions for best practices for using self-reported measures for game evaluation with children respondents.","PeriodicalId":240142,"journal":{"name":"2021 IEEE/ACIS 20th International Fall Conference on Computer and Information Science (ICIS Fall)","volume":"28 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-10-13","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124038085","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, in many cases, the persona design process is confined to the classification of customers based on limited attribute information projected from the past to the present using cross-sectional data. In this study, we propose a method, based on attribute information extended by social simulation, to improve the persona design process. The framework consists of the following procedures: 1) treat changes in the external environment explicitly and handle target customers' possible attribute changes (i.e., “virtual life”); 2) classify customers based on a large quantity of attribute information supported and extended by social simulation. As a demonstration of the proposed method, this paper presents a specific case study that focuses on the customer asset situations. We conduct a simulation of customer asset situations at a future point in time, taking into account asset succession and price fluctuations of risky assets, based on individual questionnaire data concerning asset formation and withdrawal in retirement. We design personas using the conventional method and the proposed method, and we compare the two. The results show that the proposed method facilitates a) estimation of future changes in customer states, b) incorporation of possible future events in each persona, and c) consideration of future customer state changes in the state of classification of personas.","PeriodicalId":240142,"journal":{"name":"2021 IEEE/ACIS 20th International Fall Conference on Computer and Information Science (ICIS Fall)","volume":"12 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-10-13","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115281493","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

For CPS, there is a complex interaction between the physical environment, hardware platforms, and the software running on them. We will briefly introduce CPS characteristics as well as challenges for their design. Mechanical, energy, thermal and dependability issues have to be considered, leading to the requirement of multidisciplinary design. Sensors may be providing huge amounts of data requiring sophisticated data analysis in order to generate reliable information. The collaborative research center CRC 876 at TU Dortmund (see http://sfb876.tu-dortmund.de) addresses the need for data analysis and multidisciplinarity. Its focus is on resource constrained machine learning and its applications. With this focus, it merges fundamentals of embedded systems and machine learning with applications in many scientific areas such as physics, medicine, logistics, and factory automation. In the second part of the talk, we will present exemplary results from cooperative work at the collaborative research center. These results will demonstrate the potential of interdisciplinary research using concrete examples. Final remarks will concern approaches for CPS education.","PeriodicalId":240142,"journal":{"name":"2021 IEEE/ACIS 20th International Fall Conference on Computer and Information Science (ICIS Fall)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-10-13","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115985249","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
