Pemanfaatan bonggol pisang sebagai pupuk organik cair merupakan alternatif yang dapat dilakukan sebagai pemanfaatan dan pengolahan limbah pertanian agar dapat menciptakan pertanian berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui respon pertumbuhan dan perkembangan tanaman cabai hidroponik pada berbagai konsentrasi Pupuk Organik Cair (POC) Bonggol Pisang dengan sistem wick. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 3 kelompok perlakuan dengan 1 kelompok kontrol. Perlakuan 1 dengan pemberian konsentrasi POC 50 ml, perlakuan 2 dengan konsentrasi POC 75 ml dan perlakuan 3 dengan konsentrasi POC 100 ml. Parameter yang diamati yaitu tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, dan luas daun. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh berbeda antara setiap perlakuan berbagai konsentrasi POC Bonggol Pisang terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman Cabai (Brassica juncea L.) dengan sistem wick. Tinjauan sistematis ini bertujuan untuk merangkum Petai (Parkia speciosa) kupas sebagai phytomedicine yang mengontrol manfaat kesehatan tertentu. Review ini menggunakan kata kunci seperti Petai (Parkia speciosa Hassk.) kupas, Fitomedika, Masalah kesehatan, Kulit petai, Farmasi, Khasiat kesehatan khusus, Parkia speciosaHassk. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Greenhouse Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Islam Jember pada bulan Juli sampai September 2019. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) faktorial dengan 2 faktor. Faktor pertama adalah bahan setek terdiri dari setek pucuk (A1) dan setek batang (A2) dan faktor kedua adalah konsentrasi nutrisi AB mix terdiri dari 400-700 ppm (B1) dan 500-800 ppm (B2). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan setek pucuk (A1) menghasilkan produksi tertinggi dan memberikan pengaruh yang berbeda nyata pada parameter tinggi tanaman dan jumlah cabang. The river is used by local people for daily needs such as washing motorbikes and clothes. In addition, at some point it is also used to mine sand. Seeing this phenomenon, it is estimated that there has been a change in the plankton community in the river, so it is necessary to conduct research on the plankton community in the river. This research was conducted by purposive random sampling to take existing plankton samples to see their abundance, diversity, dominance and evenness using index calculations. Based on research that has been done, the Noemuti River has an abundance of plankton 11400, 8716 and 7241 cells/L. The diversity index is 2.362; 2,627; and 2,880. Dominance index 0.173; 0.121 and 0.071 and the evenness index is 0.753; 0.838 and 0.918 this shows that the Noemuti River has a moderate and relatively even distribution of plankton diversity. Pengambilan sampel uji berdasarkan ciri-ciri yang sudah ditentukan oleh peneliti sebelumnya. Adapun langkah penelitian mulai dari pengambilan sampel, steriliasi alat, pembuatan medium tumbuh bakteri, isolasi hingga identifikasi bakteri dan analisis data.Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara teknik analisis data deksriptif. Based on the results data, it is known that the percentage of classical completeness in the pre-cycle is 25.80% of the 31 students who did not complete and 8 students who did not complete, in the first cycle 54.83% of the 31 students there were 14 students who did not complete and 17 students who completed because the students were less focused when the researcher explained the material, many of the students did not pay attention to it because other class conditions were not conducive, another cause the students were still confused when the researcher directed the students to carry out learning by using the Think Pair Share type cooperative model and in the second cycle occurred the increase in the value of completeness that is 87.09% of 31 students only 4 students who did not complete and 27 students completed. And the interest result data is known to be the percentage in the pre-cycle, which is 64.18, an increase after the research is 89.95. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Program Studi Pendidikan Biologi Fakultas Ilmu Tarbiyah dan Keguruan UIN Raden Fatah Palembang pada 02 Juni 2017. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus (case studies). Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Biologi semester 6 Fakultas Ilmu Tarbiyah dan Keguruan UIN Raden Fatah Palembang.yang terdiri dari 5 kelas yang berjumlah 176 mahasiswa. Pengambilan sampel digunakan dengan menggunakan teknik purvosive sampling. Sampel penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Pendidikan Biologi 2 dan 3 dengan total jumlah sebanyak 174 mahasiswa. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tes berupa peta konsep dimana masing-masing setiap mahasiswa diminta untuk membuat peta konsep. Sedangkan panduan untuk menilai peta konsep tersebut telah divalidasi oleh 3 dosen pembimbing. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman konsep mahasiswa pada materi sistem peredaran darah Mamalia berada pada level sedang dengan presentase 78,4%. Dari ketujuh indikator pemahaman konsep yang digunakan, mahasiswa mengalami kesulitan pada indikator menafsirkan, mencontohkan dan membandingkan. This is intended to make learning more effective because it helps students to achieve the comprehension of the material being taught. The research apply mix methods by capturing quantitative and qualitative data. The quantitative data are collected from the percentage of answers from 291 students who have filled out quizzes through online surveys. While qualitative data is collected from garnering students’ answers through unstructured interviews. The results showed that students of Natural Science discussed biotechnology more technically and normatively resulting in product effects, while students of Social Science focused more on the policy and risk aspects of biotech products. It is the difference in perception between the two majors that requires the SSI approach to be infused into the STEM approach. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Juni-Agustus 2021. Berlokasi di kawasan Sungai Logawaabupaten Banyumas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei, pengambilan sampel dilakukan 3 kali dalam jangka waktu satu bulan. Metode pengambilan sampelnya secara purposive random sampling yaitu Stasiun penelitiannya di pilih berdasarkan kriteria tertentu. Terdapat 5 Stasiun pengamatan, Stasiun 1 di Sunyalangu, Stasiun 2 di Dawuhan Wetan dan Stasiun 3 di Karanglewas Lor, Stasiun 4 di Karanglewas Kidul, dan Stasiun 5 di Patikraja. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh 8 spesies yaitu Baetis Fuscatus, Dicrotendipes septemmaculatus, Hydropsychidae Ceumatopsike, Isoperia Orata, Mecistogaster simpleta, Stenelmis canaliculata, Baetis Tricoudatus, dan Thysanura sp. Terdapat dua kategori keanekaragaman yaitu kategori rendah dan kategori sedang. Keanekaragaman tertinggi terdapat pada stasiun 1 dengan nilai indeks keanekaragaman 1,64, nilai indeks keanekaragaman tersebut termasuk dalam kategori sedang. Keanekaragaman terendah terdapat pada stasiun 2 dengan nilai indeks keanekaragaman 0,00. Terdapat dua kategori dominansi yaitu kategori rendah dan sedang. Dominansi tertinggi terdapat pada stasiun 5 dengan nilai indeks dominansi 0,56, nilai indeks dominansi tersebut termasuk dalam kategori sedang. Dominansi terendah terdapat pada stasiun 3 dengan nilai indeks 0,00, nilai indeks tersebut termasuk dalam kategori rendah. Wahyuni","doi":"10.56013/bio.v11i1.1359","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.56013/bio.v11i1.1359","url":null,"abstract":"Penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui peristiwa segregasi pada keturunan kedua (F2) labu madu dan bentuk fisik (fenotipe) yang terbentuk telah dilakukan sejak Juli sampai Nopember 2021 di Greenhouse Hidroponik Farm Perumahan Pondok Bedadung Indah Jember. Penelitian ini tanpa metode, hanya menanam biji dari buah F1 yang ditanam di tiga tempat yaitu instalasi NFT, polybag dan tanah. Pengamatan dilakukan dengan menimbang buah dan melihat bentuk fisik (fenotipe) buah labu F2 yang terbentuk. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sifat yang tadinya terkumpul di F1 100% keturunan seragam.
