The purpose of empowerment is to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the herbal medicine-making process through a pharmaceutical approach with granulation techniques. This service is based on data obtained quantitatively in the laboratory, including the characteristics of the size distribution of Simplicia powder and granules and the flowability of herbal medicine powders. The data obtained were analyzed statistically with a 95% confidence level (p=0.05). The results showed that the granulation technique increased the flowability of the herbal powder with a flowability of 0 to 11.94±0.54 g/second. The granulation technique is able to improve the process of extracting herbs during brewing. The success of this activity is measured through the technique of increasing the flowability of herbal powders and the use of automatic teabag fillers. On the other hand, web-based information transparency can improve the orderly administration of village government. The main problem with village government officials in Segorotambak Village is the lack of knowledge and skills of village officials regarding the management and utilization of village information systems. This program aims to increase the capacity of village officials in managing village information systems and to encourage the creation of orderly administration of the Segorotambak Village government, Sedati District, Sidoarjo Regency. The implementation methods include (a) training in the application of village information systems 3.10 in administering village apparatus administration and (b) training in the management and utilization of village information systems on a continuous basis and assistance for its sustainability. The results of the service show that (a) there is an increase in the knowledge of the village apparatus by 63% and (b) an increase in knowledge and skills in the management and use of the village information system (SID) by 62%. To overcome this problem, the Head of Subdistrict Banjarsari took the initiative to create a PAPISARIMAH (Forced Sorting Garbage From Home) program. However, not all residents are well-informed about the program. This observation aimed to educate residents to sort organic and inorganic waste from their homes to make it easier to classify waste when transported to the TPA. This service was carried out in Tapen Village RW 6, Nusukan, Banjarsari District, Surakarta. The implementation was conducted through socialization which consists of (1) lecture method, (2) demonstration method, (3) question and answer, and (4) direction. The result of this service, namely the socialization of sorting waste in Tapen Village, received a positive response from the residents, and more residents became self-aware of sorting waste from their homes. Also, the residents intend to sustain the program by gradually forming a Waste Bank. This figure is still above the standard set by WHO, which should not exceed 20 percent. The prevalence of stunting in Central Java showed an increase from 2014 to 2017, while the prevalence of stunting in Semarang City was 21.0%. It is feared that the increased prevalence will continue to increase due to the low or even non-functioning posyandu in the new normal era. This condition causes the skill capacity of the cadres in anthropometric measurements to decrease. This was triggered by the concerns of most mothers about the transmission of Covid-19. This service aims to maintain and increase the activity capacity of posyandu cadres in the new normal era, especially in preventing stunting. The implementation method was carried out by counseling about stunting, training and assisting cadres in anthropometric measurements, filling out and interpreting the Towards Health Card (KMS), preparing stunting books and posyandu menus. Stages of activities include preparation, implementation, and evaluation of the program. The results of the service showed an increase in knowledge of cadres before and after being given education by 53%. The reason is the delay in early detection so that survivors of this type of cancer are generally detected at an advanced stage. The community service entitled \"PKM Knowledge and Early Detection of Breast Cancer in Women of Reproductive Age\" aims to provide knowledge about the importance of breast self-examination (BSE) as an effort to detect breast cancer early. The method used is through online seminars via Zoom Meetings to 20 employees and their families at the Obstetrics and Gynecology Clinic, Muhammadiyah Asri Medical Center Hospital, Yogyakarta. The material provided was in the form of knowledge about women's health, breast cancer and its treatment, and training on BSE, which was preceded by a pretest to measure participants' knowledge before the seminar and a posttest at the end of the activity after receiving the seminar. The results of the pretest and posttest were analyzed using the Wilcoxon Signed-Rank test method. The results of the pretest showed that 17 participants (85.0%) had sufficient knowledge about BSE and 2 participants (10.0%) had less knowledge. The posttest results showed that all participants (100.0%) had knowledge in the good category about BSE. The majority of the population of Mekarsaluyu Village, Bandung Regency, West Java, have jobs in the agricultural sector and lack knowledge of health. The global pandemic of the Covid-19 virus has lasted for two years. This condition causes people to need to make several adaptations and changes in behavior, including oral dental health. The purpose of the community service is to implement the Independent Learning Campus (MBKM) program to empower the role of students. The method of implementing this community service program is through outreach activities to the community regarding natural materials from the surrounding environment to improve oral dental health in the target villages of the Mekarsaluyu Village area and evaluated using a questionnaire to 16 respondents before and after the activity. Data were analyzed using T-test dependent (p0.05). The results of community service showed that there was an increase in knowledge after the implementation of the extension indicated by (p = 0.00). Diarrhea is often associated with the pesantren environment because the santri live together in the same environment, share the same food, and use the same facilities. Various strategies and efforts have been made to reduce the incidence of diarrhea, one of which is health promotion. This community service program was carried out to determine the effectiveness of counseling with audiovisual methods to increase knowledge about diarrhea in PMDG Female 2 students. This service used a quasi-experimental method with one group pretest-posttest design with a sample of 96 female students. Data were collected using a questionnaire in the form of pretest and posttest, which were then analyzed using a paired T-test with a significance level of 5%. The results of the service implementation showed that the audiovisual counseling method was effective in increasing the knowledge of PMDG Putri 2 students about diarrhea as indicated by (p 0.05) by 14%. This shows that students' level of knowledge increased from good criterion (82%) to very good (96%). The activity was carried out to improve the quality of patients with obesity and Diabetes mellitus (DM) in Family A (families with problems with non-communicable diseases or PTM) in Bantul, Yogyakarta during the Covid-19 pandemic. The methods used in this service are education, mentoring, monitoring, and evaluating consumption patterns, physical activity, measuring weight, and checking blood sugar levels. In addition, the commitment of patients and family members is initiated to achieve a good quality of life. The results of this service activity indicate that mentoring impacts improving the quality of life of patients in the form of improving diet, exercise habits/physical activity, weight loss of 1.1 kg in 2 weeks, and decreasing blood sugar levels by 116 mg/DL. In addition, there is a patient's commitment to implementing a healthy lifestyle vigorously in the long term to produce better results. Family members also expressed a commitment to continuously provide motivation, support, and an environment to improve the patient's quality of life.
